Don t use this business. He charged me $556 to get 180 miles further down the road. They came to fix my blowout on I10. I asked for a new tire. They brought out a used tire that was patched before, but the screw was left in the tire under the patch. The next morning the tire was flat. I called the owner, he said to have another shop look at it and he would pay to fix the problem. The new mechanic found a hole in the tread near the sidewall, there were 3 tears in the inside wall due to dry rot, and that s when the found the screw still under the patch work. Told the owner all this and he basically refused to honor his word.

Dexter is very professional and attends to service requests promptly. His prices are competitive and he's mobile!! You can't beat that! If you're ever in the Tallahassee area and experience automotive issues, he's your guy!!

DO NOT USE THIS Business! Charged me over a grand to come change 2 trailer tires with some used tires cause that s all he had and next morning 1 of them is flat!

Absolutely under no circumstances use this place called at 2:20 was told to meet at a gas station off exit 192 would take 45-50 mins for them to get there, hour and a half later call back was told 10 mins 30 mins later they won t answer their calls and still never showed up I d give less than 1-star if I could

They came out right away after a tire blow out my husband had on I10. They had him back on the road quickly. The office has been exceptional in follow up after the fact. I would highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Was charged over $700 for one tire plus service and labor fees. This job was a temporary fix and only last 40 miles down the road before the wobbling again. It's really sad how companies take advantage of truck drivers. They will do or say, or charge anything because they know you don't care about anything but getting back on the road.Service: TiresService: Tires

We've been waiting for 3 hours for someone to change the tire on our RV. We were first told they would be here in under an hour. An hour and a half later, when we called to find out when they would be here, we were told 15 minutes. 45 minutes later they said they were almost here. They finally showed up right after I called someone else. After all that waiting, it cost $50 more than the other place would have. At least if this should happen again I'll know who not to call.Service: Tires

Had a truck with a blowout on a lonely stretch of I-10 around 10 o'clock at night. The men had been working for two weeks and trying to make it back to Jacksonville for a weekend. Dexter answered on the 2nd ring and within 30 minutes he was on the job to replace the tire and get the men back on the road, heading home. Awesome work and very professional in every way, Dexter delivers. Very reasonable price for outstanding service,Thank you Dexter

My wife, daughter and myself hit a log that was thrown from another vehicle around the mile marker 155 weigh station near sneads/grand ridge. It completely blew out both passenger side tires and incapacitated the vehicle. Not having been in a situation like this before, I immediately called my roadside assistance with progressive. While waiting for them to find a service provider to come tow us to a nearby facility, after a whole hour of not hearing back from them, my wife and I looked for other options when we came upon Goldwires 24 tire service. We called him and he picked up immediately and told me he could take care of us and he could get his buddy Earl to come get us and bring us to him or he could come to us to fix the tires. Whichever we preferred. Earl called me and said he would be about an hr before he made it to us so we settled in for more of a wait as we had already been on the side of the road for going on 2 hours. Earl showed up 30 mins later and loaded the car on the trailer and we hopped in the backseat. He was extremely friendly and curious to our situation and very positive and uplifting. 30 min ride to Dexter's shop and 30 mins later Dexter had our tires swapped to good tires and even changed the TPMS since they were broke in the blowout. Such great service that would recommend these guys to anyone I know. The price was more than fair and so was the hospitality. Really appreciate these guys.Service: Tires

We had a flat on our way through Quincy, FL, on a Sunday at 6pm. Called Goldwire's and they were there within just a few minutes. Our situation was a little out of the ordinary, but they stayed in communication about everything that was going on, went above and beyond to see to it that we were taken care of and were more than fair on the cost for their services! I wish all businesses had the customer service and work ethic of these fine folks!Service: Tires

This young man was awesome. Driving a conversion van from Daytona Bach to Destin, an the battery just went dead. We were able to make it to the exit to a gas station. We called Goldwire an he came within 10 mins an told us it s was the alternator an it s was draining the battery. It s was 11:00 @ night an he told us he would be able to fix it in the morning. The next day he came early an had us back on the road by 10 am. He was truly an Angel . I pray that God keeps on blessing you, your cousin and your business. You were amazing!!

Beware !!! Stay Away dont waist your Time !!!Spoke to Dexter at 7:30 am said he will be there in 1 hour never showed up .called again at 10:30 he answered and said he is picking up parts and caught an attitude " if you are in a rush call someone else" he said .called and texted again 11:30 no answer , finally at noon he texted back saying he is running late because he had to go to vote .Do yourself a favor and skip Dexter Services , he will not show up !!!

Wonderful service in the middle of nowhere. We was on our way to Perry FL and broke down on the side of the road and they came to help out. Thankfully they had 2 tires in stock and the right size too

Goldwire 24 hour roadside assistance help me out big time.. It almost felt as if I was stranded until it dun on me that I could call dexter's roadside assistance and in a matter of minutes I was able to receive help and get back on the road without complications
