This dealership told us that we won a $2,500 cash prize. When we showed up we realized that we got duped. My wife called the dealer earlier today confirming if it was legit money we won. They said yes, come on in and claim your money. We drove 25 miles to get there. Once we arrived, we were told by a gentlemen who was selling cars here that the ad was basically a scam. He said You guys know that all advertisements and marketing in the business world are misleading. He literally started his sales pitch like that, and then when we questioned him he said well I gotta finish my pitch here, and it s fine if you don t like it, I ll get on with the next customer. This is why dealerships are losing their credibility these days. What an absolute disgrace this place is.

I would like to thank Coastal Jeep Ram of Quincy vehicle service department for not properly identifying a repair issue on my truck and for not being a business that has integrity. Thanks Alex for your lack of communication skills, thanks for being dismissive when your customer ask general and or basic question concerning a prior repair made that was paid for and was not resolved. Also, thank you service manager for asking your customer how should you have communicated, although you documented the issue, documented my contact number and told me that you would let me know what was going on with my truck (communication). I made you aware that no one called me to communicate the issue and I informed you that I had received a email from my vehicle warranty that Coastal Ram Jeep of Quincy had filed another claim, I m not sure why due to the fact that my vehicle has the same problem Izzy identified and stated he was confident that fuel vapor issue got resolved. Service manager thank you for your dismissive attitude and for not wanting to take responsibility, you know that your mechanic did not properly identify the issue. Thank you for allowing me to pick up my truck that still does not take in fuel properly, I really appreciate you for that. I highly recommend using Coastal Jeep Ram of Quincy if you would like your vehicle to be in their shop or under a tree for more than a month and if you would like your vehicle partially repaired. Remember Coastal Ram Jeep of Quincy where everything is easier . General manager your service department has my number on file. I keep receipts and have documented all my communication with your service department. I m looking forward to your call, thanks.

Exellent!!! I've been trying to get our Jeep in for a recall over 2 years now at Tallahassee Jeep. I went in 2 different times they made me wait 4 hours . Then said .. they didn't have to part. This dealership I called they scheduled it the next day. Its very busy and at times they can't get to the phone. But in my opinion they are well worth the wait and the extra drive!

I showed up to my service appointment 16 min late the service tech greeted me by saying you're late. I explained I was late due to GPS misdirection and I apologized. Still the service technician showed no signs of concern and continued to give me attitude as of he was having a bad day. I asked to speak to his manager who piggybacked off his reasoning and reiterated I was late by 30 min in which I wasn't. I asked how can we move forward it was already obvious I was late but needed service instead of attitude. The manager told me they will squeeze me in. 2 hours later after complaining to another manager as well as staff member I was approached by the initial tech that asked was I waiting for service while throwing old dip spit out his mouth and licking his fingers. I explained I Came for a oil change that past Thursday and now im hearing a rattling sound in my car, something had damaged my car in between. The service technician said it was a coincidence that something is now wrong with my exhaust on my 2021 Dodge Challenger and it was a recall on my exhaust. Which didn't sound right I requested paperwork on what was the recall and the part they was going to order to fix it. The service technician advised me that I would be contacted when the part came in and they didn't have no paperwork to give me. At this point I was totally disgusted and just felt it was best to leave. While in my car I took a survey on my experience and reference the above listed series of events. At 5:55 I received a call from the service department manager that said since I didn't won't to ever come back they will be canceling the part to fix my car. They tech was a wide back heavy set tobacco chewing incompetent pony tail wearing sloth and his Conrad manager was a Joey that didn't understand what it meant when I greeted him good morning and gave him my complaints and concerns and also felt the need to call me and address my review I had submitted on my HONEST experience at the dealership. The actions of these two was very unprofessional unethical lacked customer service skills and was unapologetically rude to the upmost. I will be contacting someone in the corporate office as I have already contacted and initiated a complaint with my financial institution. If I'm paying my money I will be respected and treated fairly and it want be dependent on if a representative having a good or bad day. I will try to get my future services at a different location

Parts department was very rude at the time of p/u. I was told by the previous manager that the part would be covered asTallahassee Dealership lost the part. Not to say this vehicle was under warranty and had to be towed for leaving me on the side of the road, but parts department blamed it on the tow truck driver.I have made two trips from Crawfordville Fl to p/u this part. My license plate was stolen two weeks prior off my vehicle and the tag plate customized one and agin I had to make 3 trips to get this settled and not one person offered to help.I stopped using Tallahassee Dodge for this same reason. Don t be rude to a return customer.

These people do not keep their word. My wife was told and promised one thing so she made appointment. We show up at appointment and not only did we not have the sales associate who made the appointment, but were told they could not do anything, even though we were completely honest about the situation before we made the appointment. Thanks for nothing

Very disappointed and they are pushy. I got a call from a woman named Morgan. Not sure if she is a real name or just the online sales name. I had appointment for 4:30 to come by and ask for her. She told she had a truck saved in my profile for me to look at just once I get there they can pull it up.I got there asked for her and never once got to see her or anything. They showed me other trucks that I wasn't interested in. They wanted to know my payoff BEFORE they gave me a trade in value on my 2022 truck with 12,400 miles on it that I purchased from them. I told them I'm not calling the bank because my payoff doesn't change how much my truck is worth to y'all. I told him 47,000. He wanted to run my credit before even showing me the truck I was there for and before I got the appraisal price. I told him I'm not running credit before I look at the truck I came here to see or before I know what my truck is worth to y'all.I asked for my keys back and he asked why. I said so I can leave without having to look for them. He came back with a price of 31,000. I said no thanks. He said what's the problem. I said that is low balling. I was expecting 32,500-33,000. That's in fair condition. So I left. He said try paying down the truck and try again. So the price of my truck would be higher if I had less negative equity. I never told them I had money to cover most of the negative. They lost a customer.So if you go here for trade don't tell them your payoff. Lie to them by telling them that it's less to get a better trade value it may help.

This is one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Eddie was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us pick the right Ram truck. Everyone was just really nice and worked with us through the whole buying process to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

This place is just horrible!! I brought my Gran Cherokee in because my battery keep dying. They checked the battery and they said it was good but something was draining the battery. They fixed two things they thought were draining it, then said I need a new battery. They charged me 1,955 dollars. I brought the jeep home on Saturday and it was dead the next morning. They refused to give me any money back. Think twice before using this place I I still.have a Jeep that the battery dies evey night and I am out 2000 dollars.

Drove 40 minutes one way to check them out after I got a "winning" prize from their flyer in my mail. Absolute scam. After I showed my numbers that matched, they kept trying to change the subject to selling me a car even though I told them I'm not interested. They finally gave in and handed me a cheap pair of knock-off Air Pods as my "prize." Unfriendly environment, pushy employees.

The entire staff was so helpful and amazing as I was a first time buyer with them. They made sure I was comfortable and the environment felt more like family than a car dealership. I left feeling very amazed at how great I was treated but how they went above and beyond to secure my car purchase. Later on they called me stating there was two spare keys left behind but I could not get to them because of a sudden death in my family. Without hesitation they offered to mail the spare keys to me and offered condolences. It means the world that kindness still exists as I'm still dealing with the passing of my dad. Id recommend them to anyone who is looking for a car. They are truly AMAZING!!!

I did not have a good experience with you all and I understand my situation but I explained my situation before I drove almost 2 hrs to come down there just to get lied to. I was told that the bank was going to call me so I needed to drive around to kill time until they call, fast forward to today no one has called me yet. I was sent a email about a vehicle that I didn t even look at. I was not given the opportunity to look at a car at all I sat in the office the whole time I was there, when I was about to leave I was told to wait around. I really don t appreciate how I was treated during this situation. I felt as if I was being pressured to call my sister to get her to co-sign with me when I clearly stated to both men that I wasn t comfortable with doing that. I was told to call my sister and put her on speaker so that he could speak with her and he jumped up and left out of the room and sent the other man in. This man got on the computer for the first time since I ve been there and started asking me for my sisters information.. so uncalled for!!!! Overall I was not satisfied at all!!!

Don't come unless you have the right credit. It starts off promising but if your not good enough you won't even warrant a call a back or a simple email. I get if you can't make a deal then that's not your fault but to leave patrons hanging for days without a response then days later when we contact you we get "we will be right back with you let me check on it". Still no response after. It's nice to want to give someone your business who only cares if your a sale.

Saw a car on carfax. Anything they have on car fax was not there. Was promised "we work with multiple landers we will get you into a car today!" Ended up walking off the lot on foot and taking a lyft back home because lack of co signer regardless of how much I make for a job. Full of empty promises. Dealer didn't even strike up a conversation with me. Worst customer service EVER!! Avoidance while they could see how much money they could get me approved for. Don't go here. Major empty promises.

The service here was undeniably the the best service I ve received from any dealership I ve ever been too. The entire staff is polite and courteous and maintains their number one goal, getting you a vehicle that will make you happy. I was at this dealership for about hour and a half, I test drove 2 vehicles and drove my purchased vehicle home that same day

They had my van 2 months. Blamed me that they had it that long because I didn't know right away if I could come up with the $5,000 they originally quoted me because they told me it was head gaskets, but $11,500 later I had a new engine and radiator. Got it home and my check engine light was on the next day. I called and was told I could bring it in and pay for a new assessment! Then my starter broke within two weeks because they didn't put the bolts back on! They left bolts off my hood and other parts as well. I had to go to another mechanic to get it all repaired. They paid that mechanic to fix the starter. I contacted the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Coastal Jeep GM Jamie told them they would give me $500 "good will money", and apologized for the broken parts due to missing bolts they didn't put back on after replacing the engine and radiator.Then some other parts broke due to missing bolts as well as loose bolts on the MOTOR MOUNT, to which Jamie claimed they had nothing to do with, (how does the motor mount have nothing to do with the engine?) but he would pay to have that fixed after I already paid over $700 for it to be repaired, and I included receipts through email correspondence between the Dept of Agriculture and Jamie. I never saw a dime of "good will" money or money for those repairs. So he basically lied to a state department. Even though those were small amounts compared to the $11,500 I paid to Coastal Jeep Ram of Quincy, it would've at least been something, considering the vehicle didn't even last a few weeks after they had their hands on it before I had to take it to a privately owned mechanic to have things corrected. I was talked to like garbage, especially by Jamie, and was told that, even though the parts were warrantied (engine and radiator), they would not help me anymore and I could go somewhere else, and that was within a week of them returning my vehicle to me after they got THOUSANDS of dollars from me and my family (who had to help me with such huge repairs that we aren't even sure needed to be done!) They refused to give me the owner's name. Their business practices are disgusting!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had. I'm a first time car buyer and Clay Robinson over at Coastal treated me like his own son. We were able to make a deal in one day with no pressure, no worries, no hassles just genniune resepect and hard work on Clays part. I would recommend Clay to ANYONE. He personally drove my new vehicle with his wonderful wife to my home (on his day off) 3 hours away and it was an absolute joy meeting him.Working with him over the phone and text message was seemless and no work at all. He was able to deliver above and beyond everything I asked of him time and time again. The price was UNMATCHED, service was EXCEPTIONAL, and there's no amount of words in a review I could give to express my joy of working with Clay and owning my lifelong dream vehicle.You won't find a more genuine and caring dealer in all the panhandle and north Florida. If youre looking for a new vehicle and want to be treated like more than every other ordinary customer do not look any further than Coastal. I was so happy with the employees that work here. They went out of their way to help me. I went to several places in Bay county with no help. The cars they wanted to sale me were not very good. I received a better deal here at coastal Jeep and Ram. With no money down and few miles on the vehicle I purchased Shawn was so kind,Chris and everyone else who helped me. Even with not so good of a credit score they gave me the respect so many deserve. Because if you re credit score is low and low income they wave you goodbye! But not Coastal Jeep Ram in Quincy fl! They fought for me and I drove home with a vehicle . Such kind people, who even help get the poor out of poverty

Been working with John, one of the salesmen here. He isn't pushy he lets me contact him first and he gives me the information on the vehicle's I want and doesn't try to sell me something else or something more expensive. He is very polite and courteous and down-to-earth! Only reason I gave this place four stars is because every time I have gone there there isn't anybody to help me. I show up at opening time, which I get people are just getting there, but I've been waiting 30 minutes to 45 minutes before I can even find anybody. 10 minutes is acceptable.

Totally lied to me in regards to repairing my Jeep's transmission, then continued to avoid answering any request to justify actions while it sat on their lot why later attempted to charge me storage because I wouldn't let them replace the transmission at a hugh expense. Requested to talk with a Manager over and over to no avail ... will never spend a dime with them, went and bought a Chevrolet Equinox and never looked back at them again.

I had been looking for a Wrangler for a while in the Orlando area without much luck. I found Coastal Jeep online and sent an online request and was put in touch with John Cisneros. He was awesome to work with. I was so comfortable with him, I bought my new Wrangler sight unseen! They even delivered it down to me 3 hours away! He was quick to answer all of my questions without being pushy at all. He even contacted me after the purchase to make sure I was happy. I will 100% use this dealer in the future for all car buying needs.

I had a good experience the first time I went there for service last year (Service writer (Kate) was awesome!). This time, not so much. First off, the service writer knows jack squat about cars. Then, the tech starts rummaging around my car and hooking up diagnostic equipment instead of asking me why the car won't move (I forgot to unplug security device, my fault, but still...).So, now I have to wait on the radio to reset itself (2-24 hours), and spent 30 minutes in the waiting room only to find out they won't do the work. He says, "We can't do that here", which is a crock because all I needed was the rotors scuffed so I can re-bed the pads due to high-speed brake judder. They would rather try and sell me two $1200 rotors instead of doing this simple job and making me WANT to come back when it was time for the 4k brake job. The car only has 11k miles on it and it's all highway so the brakes are nearly new. Way to throw away a would-be loyal customer, guys.P.S. I'm a retired ASE Master Tech so I'm not just some regular Joe off the street who doesn't know cars.Edit: Just discovered the problem would have been covered under warranty because I was still under 12k miles at the time. Why didn't the service writer know this?

I would say three out of five actually got approved here and other places told me no. I say three because we paid the money for the down payment on Wednesday we were told by the salesman that we could take it home today here it is Friday still don't have my car never have been so frustrated with trying to find out how long a safety test on a vehicle will take. Other than that I would suggest this car dealership. It's been very frustrating we have not had a car since January. Called today to get an update on everything they told me the service guy that is working on the car will not be in until later this afternoon so that kind of tells me that it won't be ready today. My father passed away about a month ago I have things I need to get done today or really soon. Can't do it if I don't have the car. Just so tired of being a burden to other people I'm sure it's not a surprise to anyone these days that everyone loves a busy life and we have business to take care of and as I said I don't want to be a burden to people just wanting the car.

This was, without question, the easiest, most pleasant, unpressured car-buying experience I have ever had.We drove an hour to this dealership, did not speak to anyone prior to let them know we were coming.We walked in the door at 9:05 and I drove my dream vehicle home at lunch!!We sat down with Eddie Grandberry, told him exactly what we wanted to do, exactly the terms we were looking for, and our expectations. He did not try to steer us one way or another, he didn't pressure us into changing our minds, he didn't argue with us over terms. He went and found three potential deals for us, put them together, presented them, showed us the options, and let us discuss.We made our decision, they cleaned it up for us, gassed it up, we signed the paperwork, and walked out the door!!!I used to sell cars years ago, but if I had been taught to do it the Coastal way... I'd still be selling them today, and probably have a heck of a lot more money in the bank!!!They call Eddy "Fast Eddy"...and it ain't because he's gonna try and pull a fast one...he does his job, does it fast, and does it damn well!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I was given false information by Wendy! I drove hours just to get there and not be helped. They will have you thinking they re about to help you .. when they really aren t. Don t waste your time.
