Drove 2 hours to get to this dealership and it was definitely worth it.. Aubrey was my salesman and everything went extremely smooth.. had me ready to go when I arrived.. signed some papers and the deal was done.. he came out with us and showed us features I didn t even know the truck had.. really nice people to deal with.. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.. and I saved thousands vs any other dealers I checked into.. small town friendliness that s hard to find

I just have to say a big THANK YOU to Chevrolet Buick GMC of Quincy. I especially have to call out Liz and Shawn thank you, thank you!We were traveling through Tallahassee on our way to Orlando when all of a sudden, our truck suffered a critical failure and could no longer haul our rv, or even drive.What was a scary situation for us (especially being from out of town) was made all the smoother thanks to the kindness of this dealership, along with the accessibility to the exact vehicle we needed all at an amazing price! The team was incredibly knowledgeable with above and beyond service! They worked hard to get not only the best deal for us, but in a quick turnaround to get us back on the road.Highly recommend this dealership, and am so thankful for your kindness and support. Aubrey Powell made buying a new truck EXTREMELY efficient and easy. We were able to work out all the details remotely and by the time I got to the dealership, I was in and out in 30 mins. Definitely recommend taking a short drive from Tallahassee to talk to Aubrey or just call if you can t make it. He saved me a ton of time and was WELL under everyone else in north Florida and South Georgia.

My salesman name is Ken Harris. Very knowledgeable on the vehicles that was in there inventory. Also went above and beyond his job to make sure me and my husband was satisfied we told Mr. Ken exactly where we needed to be with price range and he made it happen. We had been all over looking at trucks and couldn't get the deal we needed. We appreciate Mr. Harris for everything he has done for us. I just bought a truck from Aubrey at Quincy Chevrolet Buick GMC last night. I received a really good deal, although it took me the day to decide. I had been communicating with Aubrey who always responded to my emails and texts very promptly and thoroughly. We met in the morning and I was offered a really good deal. This was the first Tacoma I had seen, so I wanted to see a few more before I committed myself to the deal. I realized how good the deal was as I saw other trucks. I emailed Aubrey and asked if I could return to finalize my deal. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly during the process. He made me aware of the steps as we worked the deal. He was aware of my limited time and completed the process quickly. The prices are great and the service is awesome. If I find myself in need of a vehicle, in the future, I am sure that I can put my trust in Quincy Chevrolet Buick GMC to give me the best deal, through their awesome team.

Son bought a used truck on Saturday from this dealership! On Sunday it was broke down on the side of the road. He ask them to check it good before he signed the paperwork! 2 years ago I bought a truck from them, brand new truck with 8 miles on it. In two months it was messing up. Took it back and they told me they needed to keep it, but that they didn t have loan vehicles. So they expected me to find my own way around, when I offered to talk to the media about it, they got me a rental. They found the part and fixed it next day once they were paying for a rental. Then 1 week later it broke down again. I had another dealership fix it and they told me that Quincy had made the repair wrong. The only reason my son bought there is because I am out of the country and was not available to warn him. Beware making a purchase here.

I went to the dealership planning to start looking for a new Truck, nut not in any rush to buy one that day. I was greeted by Jeff (Salesperson) in the lot and we found a truck with the features and engine that I was interested in. We got into the financial discussion of trade value for my truck and the price of a new Silverado. The conversation started with a significant price difference between both side, however we got to a agreeable price within 15-20 minutes. Shawn (Sales Manager) was very kind and helpful in getting the final sale price down to a number that we could not walk away from. I highly recommend the dealership based on the customer experience that was provided.

We pulled into the parking lot and Bruce was already outside waiting on us! We told him the truck we were interested in- he was quick to grab the keys and we were on the road test driving it! It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for and Bruce did everything he could to get us a great deal on it! Thanks Bruce and Chevrolet Quincy for making it happen!

Bruce was a great salesman to work with for my 2024 Chevy Trailblazer. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but also kept it real with us when it came to pricing. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a car.

The best in the land! Very friendly staff! Thanks to Aubrey for getting me into my dream car! He was so nice and patient. He worked with me from the beginning to the end. Even delivered it to me! Chevrolet Buick GMC of Quincy Fl is where I purchased my first car on my own & they were so nice & friendly, I purchased another one a few years later. Now, here I am .got my third car from them. Exceptional Service! Their website says "Guaranteed Lowest Prices in FL - We Will Beat Any Deal", and that's exactly what they did! They also gave me more for my trade-in than anyone else would. I highly recommend Aubrey Powell. He was very courteous, professional and took his time to make sure we knew everything about our new vehicle. Everyone else we dealt with, including Pete, Amber and Tracy were great.

I test drove several vehicles with Yatesha, and it was very enjoyable. No pressure which I greatly appreciated. I felt the sales experience was all about me and finding what was best for me.

Everyone here is rude and aren t motivated to sell anything. Not helpful when questions are being asked and not forthcoming if the vehicle has issues. Plenty of other places to buy cars from. A private purchase would be better than this place.

The absolute best sales experience that I've ever had from buying a new car at the Chevrolet Buick GMC of Quincy. Monica Presnell was the absolute best. She was very patient and broke down all the numbers and figures with with us and she even helped us test drive the car; as she rode with us she broke down all if the features and told the truth. She was the very best. I don't think I could have found any anyone better to help me find my car thank you.

Aubrey and Bruce were both extremely professional when I was shopping for a truck. They did not pressure me and they allowed me to make my own decision. Very pleased with both sales representatives. Overall great experience. Aubrey went out of his way to bring my trailer hitch to me which I forgot all the way to Tallahassee.

Thank you Yatesha, for your help in selecting and finalizing the purchase for the car I wanted. I really appreciate the time you took while looking over the many options on the lot and talking over the fine points for each. You made the process very easy by communicating with the finance office through the process and aided in streamlining what can sometimes be a stressful path to closing. The feeling of being helped and listened to is priceless and I'm grateful for the wonderful experience you gave me at Plattner!

Well this is the type of dealership before you go l called up to see if they got a particular certain color that lam looking for here comes the good one it shows in the stock number that they do have it then there's a person who works there who's got gold teeth likes to lie to his customers on the phone and take a person like me and my wife who are both disabled both senior citizens am I am myself a disabled veteran then you get there you fill out all the papers then he comes back to you after you asked him you know this is the color I asked for you on the phone and then he says to me well it'll take 6 to 8 weeks not only did he lie he made me come all the way back from Havana Florida be in the way we both are just to make a sale so what I did in front of him I told him it just cost you a sale and now you lost a customer cuz I don't know if you like it or not I don't like dealing with somebody who lies so I definitely don't recommend this dealership unless you like getting lied to then this is your place I hope this review helped you out and seeing my circumstances what happened that was not too good very bad experience

Mostly positive with relatively, fast, professional service but I was disappointed that the engine oil & filter was charged. My Silverado has never had anything but full synthetic engine oil but the shop used used non-synthetic even though the specs call for full synthetic. To further compound this, I had a fill synthetic engine oil & filter change 5 days before this visit...not acceptable.

We had a vehicle that needed to be repaired. Engine failure at 15k miles. GM covered everything under warranty. This dealership took almost 3 months to repair. When we got the vehicle back we noticed issues as soon as we got in the car. We took it to another dealership who gave us a laundry list of issues from a horrible repair job. The new dealership has had the vehicle for 4 months now fixing all the problems. They told us the repair job by Quincy was so bad we shouldn t trust the vehicle anymore. We also received the vehicle back from Quincy with a big dent in the side. We have photos of the vehicle when it was dropped off with no dent and a dent when we got it back. The dealership still hasn t responded to fixing the dent. It s now been 7 months since the vehicle went in for engine repairs and we still don t have it back.

Had a great experience getting a vehicle from here!! Went in last week with my brother and explained what I m looking for and my budget. Mr. Moye came out and was very nice to us, and showed me a traded in truck, very beautiful truck. Fell in love with it immediately, I been driving it now for a week and it is a great vehicle!!
