Called the store a couple times and got put on hold forever d/t "Ive got a store full of people and my coworker is outside with customers" and nobody ever got back with me. Showed up at the store while I was still on hold and the store was empty with the employee sitting behind the counter doing nothing and his buddy was outside smoking. There was no customers there at all. I was told that they were so busy. My friend called and was told the same thing. Yeah Right! Customers make your pay check. I know what I would do if I had employee's working for me doing this. Clean House.

This store has great customer service skills. The evening shift staff Mr. Bates and other associates were knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store

My wife called me at work and said her truck wouldn't start. "Houston We Have A Problem!" I was out currently out of town. A friend jump started her truck and she went to local Auto Zone. An associate named 'Tre' assisted her with fitment, selection, purchase, installation of new battery with the courteousness and professional meeting my standard. I appreciate that.

In Friday June 16th my Alternator went out and Harry checked it and the battery for me. It showed my Alternator not charging so I purchased a new one. Harry offered to re-charge my battery while I was waiting and he went above and beyond for us during this experience. I will not hesitate to recommend your store and employees. 5-star!!! If you happen to be in Quincy and find yourself at AutoZone ask for Harry!!! After going to 3 different locations and dealing with 6 different people I found myself at the Quincy location. Harry was more helpful than all 6 of the previous people at the other 3 stores combined and had me straightened out within the first 10 mins. He was so helpful that he has become my go-to guy every time I go to an AutoZone. If you want first rate service with someone who is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he s doing ask for Harry trust me you ll be more than glad you did!!!

We had our a/c stop blowing cold air on our way to Disney World and Lauren went out of her way to help us. It s very rare to find customer service this great. Thanks so much Lauren!!

They had a decent variety of what I was looking for which was car seat covers. The ones I found were priced about average with others. Unfortunately, the ones I wanted one had a box cutter mark on it from when the box was opened to put them on the shelf. The employee did offer to get some more in by tomorrow for me which was very nice. I wasn't going to be in the area then though. I appreciate that they made the offer and they had customer care in mind.

I was served by Don and my experience was un exceptional service. Customer service is very very nice and extended help for the excellence experience . I will recommend to every one need parts and accessories this store with Don and the team is fantastic. Very satisfied customer, thanks to you Don and the team.

Awesome job Harry!!!!! I went to Autozone clueless as to what the particular part was called to attach to the battery of my car. I explained to Harry that my car wouldn't start when I turned it off unless I moved the metal piece connected to the battery. He immediately knew what I was talking about. Not only did he check to make sure I had the one that fits, he also put the battery terminal connector on for me. (Yes, he told me it was called a battery terminal connector lol.) Thanks Harry, you're awesome!!!

Greeted by staff when I walked in the door and assisted by staff and immediately they took me where I need to go to find out what I was looking for and why I was there was able to purchase what I needed there advance auto parts and not have what I need was not even treated at O'Reilly's ignored totally went over the entire store no help nobody then when I found the section where what I needed would be a course and wasn't there very bad job with O'Reilly's advance auto parts they greet you when you go in there but they didn't have what I needed AutoZone rescued me and it worked out great staff in Quincy AutoZone are great very professional dedicated and they do their job well

The fact that the employees were helpful and friendly was a great plus considering past experiences here. We went in for a few things and was just amazed how helpful he was. The employees were on point with the items we requested. I got to say, Way to go Autozone you have done a great job in this store and I will spread the word and be back soon!!

After hurricane Michael, everyone's power was off including theirs. They had security and they were serving customer without power, it was awesome. Handwritten receipts but service with a smile. If I could I would give 10 stars.

I had almost sworn off AutoZones because of the bad customer service I had received at basically every AutoZone I have ever been to. This store in Quincy is exceptional, I've been in a handful of times and the folks working at this store have always been professional, helpful and friendly

This store just saved the day. On a 500 mile journey back home and having an alternator go out and barely making it off the highway they brought us a new one and the tools we needed to fix it on the side of the road. Talk about customer service! Thanks guys it was greatly appreciated.

We have shopped at this AutoZone many times while in Quincy and the employees are always courteous and helpful. They have taken the time to assist us whenever we have come in. Nice and clean bathrooms as well.
