The guys at this location were very helpful..my radio went out and the battery light came on and a few other lights on my dash. So I turned into this location to get it checked and found out it was the altenator. I left it there overnight and they assured me it was fine. The next morning I arrived with a mechanic and the District Manager Mr. Safford was there he was very nice and introduced himself to customers that were in the parking lot. He told everyone that he appreciated their business. Also that he is available to assist if necessary. Awesome! Always a pleasant experience when I'm at this location.

Clean store, nice employees that are knowledgeable about the parts that they sell. They will do their best to make sure you get the right part, if it's not in stock they can usually get it pretty quick.

I miss the old days here when ms. Nita was running the store and Carlos the Hispanic because that crew now is so lazy how many times I m going to come in this location and you don t even have basic stuff on the shelf I ve recalled 2 weeks I ve come looking for something on the shelf and it s been out then I drive over to the other stores to pick it up. And the crew don t even ask me can we order it for you just always picking in cell phones. Don t know nothing just sitting on the clock getting a check .

Really enjoyed the customer service here at this location. Ms. Shenita and Travis were superb in assisting me with find the appropriate bulb for my tag. I definitely didnt need to be confused on which bulb would fit. I didn't really browse the store but it did appear to be fairly clean and organized. I haven't really had many bad experiences here at this stor; because Ms. Shenita is gonna get me right every time! So if u need some automotive parts, devices, or tools...then this is the place for you. Tell them Jasz sent you amd mention this Google review!

Very nice gentleman running the store young guy very cooperative and very helpful me and him worked out everything I needed you got your good worker right there you need to put him in a management position pay him good money and keep him he's got a very nice disposition about himself

Had minor car trouble traveling from Montgomery to Jacksonville. My savior at Advance was kind and patient, put my worried mind at ease and got me back on the road. I didn't get his name, but THANK YOU!!

Prices are pretty high on some items, especially on the item that i needed. Found the same thing at WALMART for a lower price.
