I have purchased five bass boats in the last 17 years and by far this was the greatest experience ever. Kathy doesn't just accept a boat from the factory she goes over it with a fine tooth comb and any little imperfection is made right before they'll even think about selling the boat. She worked very hard to make all the numbers exactly right the entire process from start to finish was a piece of cake and I really feel like I just joined a great family.Update - post sale services are also amazing... the team there makes sure I'm ready to roll !!!

5 stars!!!!!! If I could give more stars, then I would. A-1 has always gone above and beyond for us. We are located 500 miles away from A-1 but because of their top notch service they are our go to for all of our boating needs.

Had a few issues with the order of my boat. It was a factory issue, all due to the COVID delays. A1 made everything right and kept me informed along the way. Service after the sale has been excellent. Drive a ways to shop this business, you will not be disappointed.

This is the WORST experience I ve ever had with a mechanics shop. They took 2 1/2 months to repair my vehicle, charged me $350 for diagnostics and couldn t tell me what was wrong with my car. They agreed to fix the car. They called me and told me the car was ready to go and they charged me $750 total. I was in a great mood. I payed my money. They gave me the key and the car didn t even start. The mechanic had a terrible attitude about the situation as well. They never said that the car was in the exact same condition as it was when I dropped it off. I was furious. I am now taking them to small claims court for this. No honesty, No integrity. I wouldn t recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

This is a very knowledgeable, trustworthy company. I purchased a boat from them a year ago and they followed up and provided services after the purchase they could ve easily charged me for (but didn t). I believe they value their customers and have an acute understanding of customer relationships.

I was driving on I-10 heading to central Florida when my car started shaking and making noises. I was able to barely get the car to A-1 Auto where Kathy was able to look at it and tell me what the problem could be but that they wouldn t be able to get to it that day. Kirt gave it a look as well and said they wouldn t be able to get to it, which I understood because it was a big job and they already had other customers lined up.While I was making phone calls to find a hotel for the night, tow truck and finding someone that could potentially get to the car in the next day or so, Kathy and Kirt had already decided they were going to get to get me on the road. Next thing I know they were pulling my car in the shop.I can t thank them enough for getting my car running and squeezing me in with no obligation to do so. It s easy to see why they stay busy and have been in business for over 30 years. They made a very stressful day a lot less stressful.Thank you again so much.

Went to A-1 for because my alternator went out in my car. They charged me $700 for parts and labor when the alternator they got came from auto zone and it s a $200 alternator. Now if you know anything about cars this particular procedure is very simple. Maybe about an hour long process. I am from Georgia and my car broke down in Quincy on my way home and they took full advantage of that. And now here it is September and the alternator they put in has gone out. DO NOT COME HERE. They re A-1 at ripping off

I was advised to head here when I had car trouble on the road nearby. As it was a Saturday, the auto shop was closed. But the folks there selling boats were very nice and gave me good advice even though it wasn't their jobs. So, thank you!

My car was towed there by police after it was recovered. It had been stolen a month earlier but right off the bat these hillbillies where rude to me and acted like I stole it . They hiked the price up to 300 for one night . Because it was stolen I didn't have my registration and they wouldn't let me look in MY CAR to find it. THIS PLACE WAS OS A JOKE

Worse mechanic shop I been to went with my brother to get his truck an the lady at the desk was on personal phone while there was customers in the place an then she demands us that we better get cash because she will not take our card then when asked about the bill she said I dont care now go get me my cash an that we can not get our truck until she has her god damn cash for the labor so do not trust your mechanic needs with them cause they will charge you for work that was not done as we were charged 2 bills to just get a look at to determine the problem
