Great place! Nick and Roger were both super friendly at check in and check out. I was able to drop my car off and was offered a ride home. Honest and reliable place to take your car. If I could give 10 stars I would! Will definitely be returning.

One of the best garages I have ever used in my life! Their customer service is always top tier. Not only do they send you pictures and explain what's wrong with your car, they tell you how much it's going to cost upfront. So no surprises at the time to pay. They offer a shuttle service that makes it incredibly easy for us working folks to get our car fixed. I have used their services two times and I honestly have only nice things to say about them. They also have a discount for AAA customers which is really nice.

Walt s Garage was a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly. I was made comfortable leaving my car for an extended time as I had to fly north. The repair menu they sent to my phone was clear and understandable with descriptions and pricing, I happily ok d all repairs recommended. Walt s Garage is now my garage here in Florida!Thanks!

Everyone I deal with from scheduling my appointment to get my car worked on to pick up is wonderful. All proposed work is discussed thoroughly and explained. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Mo at the front desk is awesome.I appreciate the technicians and mechanics who didn't give up until they found the ambiguous problem with my engine. I appreciated how they listened and took care of all my concerns. They treated me with respect and went above and beyond, to ensure my satisfaction. That kind of caring and professionalism is hard to find these days. Thanks to all at Walts Garage.

I'm so impressed with Walt's Garage! They're always polite, professional, do great work, AND don't overcharge you. A couple of times I've asked if I need additional work done on my car, and both times I was told no, that it was unnecessary. So I know I'm not getting taken advantage of. Trusting the folks who work on your car is one of the BEST reasons to use them.

The communication is top-notch! They patiently answered all my questions, explained the repairs in detail, and provided a fair and transparent estimate. Not only did they accommodate my schedule, but they also kept me informed throughout the entire process. The regular updates via phone calls and text messages were a testament to their commitment to keeping their customers in the loop. It's rare to find a mechanic shop that goes to such lengths to ensure you feel well-informed and valued. I can t say enough about this company! Unfortunate to get a drill bit in my tire, fortunate enough to have been towed here by AAA! They went above and beyond to find me a new tire, get me fixed and back home in time to feed the pups their dinner!! Thanks again so much to everyone and Happy New Year!

Walt was quick as could be getting back to me with availability and scheduling for my new tires. I know that this is not their typical thing, tires, but this is the second time I have used them and would not use anyone else. Josh handled all the paperwork and arrangements flawlessly. I had a flat tire on the way to my 45 minute commute to work in Port Charlotte. I had no options considering my tire isn t readily available in 99% of tire shops. Walt s answered the phone 10 minutes before open & they had my tire shipped within a couple hours. I made it to work and returned to the shop with my car ready to go. When I felt like I had no options, these guys were there for me with kind, efficient and genuine service. I ve never left a Google review in my life before this moment. Cannot speak highly enough of my experience. I wish I had these guys in my neck of the woods. Thank you again, Walt s!

My first visit there, and I will be back! Reasonable prices. Very friendly and comfortable setting. Coffee soda cookies all free! Gave me the TV controller and I was only there an hour felt like a Family.

We had just bought a used Mini Cooper and our friends recommended Walt s! From the moment I called, I knew it was the RIGHT garage! The lady I spoke to explained everything to me. After the tech went through the car, I got a text and could approve or decline what needed to be done along with the price/tax. Picking up the car was great too as everyone there is very nice! The technician even came out and told my husband he has a great Mini, which made his day.To top it off I got a text today asking how our car was doing.. I can honestly say I have NEVER gotten a call from any garage asking how my car/service was! Walt is an excellent mechanic. He is the only person we trust to not only do the job correctly, but with care and precision. Over the years Walt has done extensive work on our 2010 TDI VW Jettawagon, from just general maintenance to transforming it into one of the most deadly consistent diesel bracket cars, winning or runner-up in over 77 races, many of which are NHRDA championships. He has done work on our 2009 BMW 335D, which held the title of quickest diesel BMW in North America. He also has done work on our 2002 Audi Allroad, which after much deliberation and calculation, he has helped it become an incredible bracket racing machine, with killer air conditioning. Currently he has been doing all the care and maintenance on our 2013 TDI VW Tuareg and our 2014 Audi Q5. Walt is excellent at collaborating. He always gives sound advice. One of his best qualities is that when he does not know something, he will not BS you, instead he will go and look it up or do the research and give you a real answer.

Got my truck in quickly, did some overdue maintenance issues at a fair price. I like the system they use for recommended items. No pressure just honest assessment. Walt s is the real deal. They accurately troubleshoot, clearly convey their understanding of the problem and the solution. Then follow up a week later to confirm the fix. We just moved to the area and we had a local garage/mechanic that we trusted with our vehicles for 35+ years. We knew that was something we needed to find here in Fla. We have had both of our cars serviced by Walt's and feel like the service is as good or better than we were use to. Great knowledge of what is needed to maintain your car without selling you something you don't need. Fair repair prices and outstanding front office personnel that keep you well informed. Walt s Garage in Punta Gorda is fantastic. I have been going there for service work for about one year. Stopped by today to get a tire repaired from a nail. The repair was done in about 20 minutes at no charge for the plug.Walt s Garage has earned my trust, respect, and all future business. Wait a go guys!
