Matthew the Auto Care Center manager saved the day! I accidentally made an appointment for the following week and had my car there already . The manager and the employee of the auto care were extremely rude and told me they didn't have time to look up fu%& policy..and the little girl at the register said she was triggered because i had a military hat on...the absolute most ridiculous experience i have ever had at a Walmart.I went to the store manager and he said he knew they were hard to deal with and fixed my issue...good guy...would never take my car there ever...DON'T DO IT !!!HORRIBLE RUDE PEOPLE!!!!

I purchased 4 tires recently from this location... was fine.1 of the tires keeps losing pressure. Twice I've tried to go it to have it looked at. The first time was 7:30 am on Sunday. There was only 1 person at the desk. I left after waiting there over 20 mins because I wasn't even acknowledged as I was standing there. I go back on a Monday just after 5 pm. Again, the counter person doesn't acknowledge me. Finally, after he sells a battery to a man, the guy says to me that it's too late to help me with my tier because they close at 7. It was 5:45pm. Now I'm frustrated as I have a tire, practically brand new that keeps losing air. Can someone tell me when should I come back in to have my tires looked at? Unfortunately, there is nowhere else to go in this town for tires. Gonna try again Saturday afternoon. Good thing it's a slow leak, and I have a reliable air pump. Would like an explanation.

Called all day and no one would answer, needed tires rotated. Finally drove to store and they said I should have called to set up an appointment.

After seeing the battery for my car was available in store I was told at the automotive counter they did not have any battery for my car I went around to talk to one of them mechanics he said they absolutely do the guy up front just didn't bother to look in the book. The mechanics were awesome and very helpful yet the guy up front needs to be trained he told me to go to my dealer yet he had the battery right there

I m giving 5 stars for Bianca. She was not only working the counter and serving all of the customers, but also driving cars back to the shop. She had a smile in her face amidst a long line of customers.There should be a manager on duty to help keep Bianca at the counter. My guess is that this place is short staffed like most places since CoVid. Keeping the customer facing employee at the counter to work with customers would help this service center resolve most of the complaints I see on here.Bianca should be recognized for her smile, her abilities and her positive attitude.

Every single time we have had to deal with this auto center it s been a complete nightmare. Unfortunately in a small town, there aren t many other options. The latest is my husband brought our vehicle in at opening to get a new tire. The current tire had a nail on the tire wall and we were planning to leave town immediately after on a road trip. They told him it would be a 2 hour wait. He waits 1.5 hours just to get called up to the desk and told that they don t have the tire he needs, that he would need to purchase 4 new tires in order to get the job done properly. I swear we already knew going into this place that they were going to try and upsell with 1 excuse after another, and here we are. It absolutely never fails that they turn the issue at hand into being 2-4x the problem and cost. I ve never known of such a shotty, incompetent, and slow moving auto center in my whole life. If at all possible, avoid this place like the plague.

Avoid for service completely. I was told an oil change would take 45 minutes. They didn t even start until an hour and a half later, I asked the clerk behind the desk and he said it will be another 30-45 minutes. The guy is always incredibly rude, older guy behind the counter. He said, well sorry, it is what it is . I wouldn t recommend this place. I was late to work because they lied on the time.

I've always gone to Walmart auto service centers, for over a decade they've done my tires, batteries, oil changes, but this is the last time I'll go. The customer service at this one is absolutely terrible. They've never been nice to me at this location. Then they messed up when they put one of my tires on, it made a rattling noise the same day that they put the tire on, when I went to have them fix it, they told me to go to a mechanic. Don't go here, you'll end up spending more money to have your car fixed after they mess it up.Service: Tires

Took our car down for the free tire rotation included with the purchase of the tires. Asked the young lady to provide a quote for new tires as well.Was texted over an hour later that our car was ready to be picked up.When we got there, the assistant manager said they were not able to get the lug nuts off so they did not perform the tire pressure. My husband asked him since they had put the tires and lug nuts on, shouldn t they respond be responsible for getting them off. The assistant answered no .Also, the young lady who originally agreed to give us 2 tire quotes said she didn t have time .We used to get great service from this location. Today, these 2 Walmart employees provided the worst example of service not my job, not my problem .Service: Tires

If I could give negative stars I would. Unfortunately this place is the only convenient option to take my car for an oil change in this area. Every single time I go, there is a dilemma. Half the time, our cars miraculously end up with flat tires within just a couple days after getting oil changed, on a normal day the wait is over 4 hours, and the latest is that they completely ruined something in my car during the oil changing process because oil has been leaking out onto my drive way for days. I took it back in to get fixed, and they said it was a defective filter that they used, but the problem persists. I have now had to drive 45 minutes to the next town over to get it professionally looked at, and will probably cost me a small fortune to fix. It is worth the time and money to just GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! No matter how far the distance might be. Otherwise you re wasting a lot of time and a lot of money with this place. AWFUL!

Always greeted and welcomed, they are busy at times so there's a bit of a wait but I never leave unsatisfied. Fixed my tires multiple times and gave me a very high quality oil change for an astounding low price. Great job to everyone here I will continue to bring my business.

Hurricane or not the manager or assistant manager or whatever he wants to call himself has not a drop of brains to be working back in auto. Walmart has went downhill with customer service back in auto. Not professional at all and don't take responsibility of his own actions.

I was the first customer in the door at 7am, I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours for oil change and 4 new tires. 3 1/2 hours later my vehicle was complete. I voiced several times how unhappy I was about the long waitIf I had been told a truthful time frame I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will never use the Walmart Auto Center again. I will not recommend it to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I just spent 3+ hours their waiting for them to put 4 new tires on my car. When I went to ask they said it was still about a hour waiting time smh. I was very . So I left. Never in my 36 years on this hearth have I or known of someone having to wait for that long for tires. Bad for business.

I ve been here so many times for service on my car and every single time I have to wait at least two hours for an oil change... I called today to make an appointment for two tires, and I got put on hold for ten minutes , two separate times... because writing someone down on an appointment sheet apparently requires a lot of effort? Idk, I find the employees attitudes super off putting as well. Good luck.

Called about a total of 6 times. Waited over 30 minutes the first time, left on hold. Decided to call back and waited another 20, again nothing. Called about 4 more times no answer. Finally when someone answered they were completely rude. Will never use this department again! If I could give it zero stars I would!Service: TiresService: Tires

Great experience! Showed up less than 15 minutes before close to get a nearly dead battery changed, and the customer service was excellent. All had a smile on their face, and even were joking around with us, even though they probably thought they got to go home for the night before we showed up. EXTREMELY reasonable prices, and very happy that they were there to help us out. Definitely recommend!

Never again! First time was for an oil change. They lost the valve stem caps to my tires. Now in for four new tires and it took 4 hours!! Horrible! And charged more than was initially told. Beware!!

Got my oil done here last week. Went to my mechanic and watched him pull my dipstick out and put it back in and as he does so the handle breaks off and he shows me how it was glued on. Called walmart to speak to a manager they told me they would give me a call back. No one ever called. Came in and asked for one and no manager was there. Today I came back and they got the service manager who then blamed the handle being broken on my mechanic. They refused to even try to help me and just kept blaming it on the other person.

The tire center is horrible customer service very slow also work performed very very slow every time I'm told an hour or two go ahead and add an extra hour to that if not more. Vehicle always left with greasy fingerprints on it and in it . Maintenance light was still on had to Google how to shut it off myself this was the second time there will not be a third time.

Great prices and great customer service. The main guy in the shop is super helpful and happy to work you in the schedule even when they are really busy. I've been to other walmart tire stores and they are terrible in comparison to this location!

Told them I wanted Penzoil, got Gastrol. Wanted tire rotation as I bought tires there. Ended up without one, but did get broken lug nuts. Auto manager never called back either. Stay away.

Told on phone no appointments. Arrived no one in line but will be 1 1/2 hrs for oil change. No one to do it now!!! Waste of time. Forced to wonder in Walmart !!

Waited 20 minutes just to be told it was gonna be another 2 hours. Not the first time, but it is surely my last time.
