The service was excellent, worth the wait time . Willie my technician was able to resilve my tire issue and was kind enough to point out another potential issue and resolve it. This service station also helped me dodge a bullet with a car i has been interested in buying

I went for an oil change. Only get a discount if you sign up for their special program, kind of a credit card. No, thank you, probably won't go back.... You can't buy my loyalty With discounts connected to a credit card.... Good service and Fair prices would be better...

Had an appointment 3/11/24 to get two front tires replaced and an oil change. $490~ and a nail in my ride's tire from this place's parking lot later...I left the car at Tires Plus with Vince at the counter. Ten minutes later I get a phone call from Vince asking if I wanted a $150~ alignment done, since it's "recommended". I said no thank you I can get it for cheaper, and hung up. I received another phone call ten more minutes later. "We broke a lug nut stud off your tire rim, it's $8.99 to fix it if you want us to." Followed by, "But, it's $249~ for the labor, and we could possibly break something else." I said no thank you, and thought if I can't afford a $150 alignment what makes them think I could afford almost double that? "It's highly recommended you have it done, otherwise your new tires will be shredded quickly. Also for your safety." Again, no thank you! Then, a long silence. I ask Vince, "Alright?" Then I hear, "Yup, alright *click*".First, I shouldn't have to pay for something that the business you work for broke on my vehicle. To claim, "It was probably whoever put those tires on before. They put the nut on too tight probably." when my last service record for those front tires was at your business as evidenced by your interior mileage sticker and paperwork, is a cheap excuse. Most likely the young guy working on my car was a little too trigger happy with the impact drill, and no one wanted to claim the responsibility. Otherwise, I can only think the nut rusted off. And vehicle rust, in Florida? Don't think so. To immediately come up with excuses when I arrive to pick up the car, without me having said a word, is not a great look if you're confident it wasn't your guys.Second, to the owner, take a magnet and run it across your parking lot.I read one review mentioning this location is under new management, and it shows. There's a feeling or vibe when you walk in of an old retiree, or someone, just standing in the back sipping coffee from a foam cup watching his new "money maker" in action.There wasn't even an apology for them breaking my vehicle, just an offer to fix it if I were to pay with the added bonus of them, possibly, breaking more. Perhaps if they had fixed the problem for free, since they broke it, or at least discounted the tires or labor I wouldn't leave this review.At least my oil got changed.

Employee named Javier, has provided me with exceptional customer service. Explained everything in detail that my car needed. He is a great asset to this store. I've been getting my car serviced here for years and can't say enough on the service that he provided.

I have always had all of my service done to my vehicle at Tires Plus in Cape Coral I unfortunately got a large screw in my tire and the closest Tires Plus to me at the time was the Port Charlotte location. Unfortunately I arrived there at 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday which I know can be frustrating for the techs and staff because nobody likes to work on a Saturday. The gentleman at the counter greeted me and I explained that I have four tires that I have purchased from Tires Plus that I am a Tires Plus credit card holder and that I get all of my service done at Tires Plus none of this seem to matter and he was extremely rude about the time of the day it was and how long it would take to look at my tire. I am aware that there was other people ahead of me and I would have graciously waited as long as I needed to for safety concerns if the gentleman behind the counter wasn't rude condescending and sarcastic about how long it would take and how we'd have to wait until closing to get our car back with them on a Saturday because it was inconveniencing them. I took a chance and left the location because of the approach the gentleman had with me and drove my car with a screw in it all the way to Cape Coral where I was graciously met and taken care of like I always am. The gentleman could have gotten his point across about how busy they were and how unhappy he was about working on a Saturday without being rude and being sarcastic it's not what you say it's how you say it and his location lost business with me because of it.

Do yourself a favor. Don't bring your vehicle to this place. My husband brought his truck in, they replaced the lower intake manifold that we found was leaking after they 'fixed it' and crawling underneath it, there were no bolts in the pan! They sold him a compressor and what needed to be replaced was a leak at the condenser. Then after the ac went out they said they couldn't provide any warranty. They are scam artists. Do not allow them to screw you as they did to us. I'll be filling a BBB complaint. Thanks for nothing.

They were great! My vehicle had an issue that was the Nissan dealers fault. They worked with them and took care of the situation. Great experience at this location

I went in to get a leak in my tire plugged. The nail was on the side, so i needed a new tire. Rich gave me a great deal on a tire! I also got an oil change while i was there.

They really saved our vacation! We had nails in a tire, so we decided to put on 2 new tires. We had to special order our tires and on appointment day, Tire Kingdom's compressor was down. They told us we could take our tires elsewhere to be installed but wouldn't help us find another company to help. Chris at Tires Plus was super friendly and told us to bring them right over. $42 later we we on our way. Thank you again! We will always get our tires here from now on.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new place to get my 2013 Ram serviced. I am so glad I went here!! Shane was great to deal with and every single person I talked to at this place was great and truly cared about my experience. Thanks to you all and I will not go anywhere else for work on any of my vehicles! Thank you to Shane and team!!!!

Have been dealing with George for years. Always takes good care of his customers.I left a 5 star review for this shop 6 years ago when George was still the manager. Wish he still was because the people working there now are nothing short of con men and highway robbers. I had an issue with the brakes on my truck that if given the time, I could have fixed myself in a matter of 2-3 hours at a cost of roughly $300. I didn't have the luxury of the time needed to do this so figured I would let them do it at the shop since I had always been treated fairly there in the past. Big mistake. I was told to bring the truck in at 9:00 a.m., they would do the brake job(front only) and be done by 2:00 p.m. That ended up being an overnight stay and half a day the next day before my truck was ready to pick up, $1738 and change later. They also informed me that my rear brakes would need replacing very soon and that they could do that for me for $1000. Now I get that these auto repair places mark up their prices but this place resorted to outright extortion. The prices they charged for parts were higher than OEM costs and they used aftermarket parts bought from NAPA and Auto Zone. I have no issue with the parts either of these places sell and as a matter of fact ordered the parts to redo the rear brakes(drums, shoes, and wheel cylinder)myself from NAPA after leaving Tires PLus today. My cost? Call it $200 for arguements sake and these yahoos at Tires Plus want to charge me $1000 to do the same work I will do in my driveway with $200 worth of parts and an hour or 2 of my time. Bottom line, I'm done with Tires Plus. I will never spend another dime of my money there and will never recommend anyone going there even to get air in a tire.

Three months ago I dropped a tire off to be replaced, they were rude and they misplaced my work order for a week, but they apologized profusely and knocked $50 off the price, so I decided to give them another chance. Today I walked in, I was told my the rude man behind the counter that 40 people per day are walking in with nails in their tires, I could drop the tire off, ie. change it myself, and he didn t know how long it would take to get to it. Never offered to make an appointment and acted like my business was an annoying inconvenience. I m usually a very patient person, but I am done with this place.

Unfortunately, I had a nail in my tire and I needed to have them look at the tire and possibly replace it but since hurricane Ian Charlotte County has been overwhelmed flat tires from nails. This company was very polite and informed me that there was at least a week wait for them to service my tire because that how busy they were repairing tires. Honest answer

I was going to give this place 5 stars, Craig was awesome and got me a new tire (ordered) and installed. Took a little longer than expected but this is an area recovering from a hurricane so thats normal. What i don't like is that I told them to put my spare back under the truck since they had it lifted anyways and was told they would and I got home to see my spare sitting in bed of my truck. Something that would have taken them 3 minutes to do. I now had to go out of my way, to do it. This has never happened to me.. but oh well.. maybe they will educate the person who did this so it won't happen again.Service: Tires

P06mI made an appointment for noon, got there 10 minutes early & was told to leave it & they'd get to it by 7 pm. We left, went down the street a half mile & had the oil changed immediately . I will never go to this place again. The manager Oscar is a very RUDE individual. Sorry for such a negative review but people NEED to know before attempting to go here

I had a vehicle emergency with a torn tire...Shane and staff took care of me right away and I was back on the road with two new tires and a wheel alignment! Very courteous and efficient!Today is October 31st, 2022..I would like to add to my review a special recognition to Chris who works at Tires Plus. He is always so kind, especially to senior citizens, and is very educational and good at explaining the mechanics of your car. He is a true asset to the Tires Plus organization! I had an issue with a car battery and it was quickly resolved!

Friendly, competent staff. Bought 4 tires from them last year and recently stopped by for free tire rotation, after 5000 miles. Other services include oil change, battery, etc. Always happy to check air in tires.

I made an appointment online to get 2 tires fixed that had nails in them. I arrive and am told they never received the appointment online. They say they can't do the job as well as no future appointments for it. What is the point of online appointment service, if it isnt efficent. I wasted my time and gas.

Good place for tires, suspension work. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are fair. The work they do is good. Had a nail in my tire, they patched it from the inside. They were busy, so I had to wait close to 2 hours, but considering how busy they were and that they could accommodate me that morning was a godsend.If you need new tires or suspension work they are worth checking out.
