This is my second time here and I love it! They tinted my 2007 Hyundai accent back in 2021 and I came back with my new car they work super fast and efficiently. I called for an appointment and was told they could get it done same day thank you to the sun guard team!

I called and they had a next day appointment! The lobby was a clean comfy space that includes treats and coffee! I was quoted 2-3 hours and I got a phone call right at the 2 hour mark! When I picked my car up I was given directions on how to care for the tint for the next week or so and It s has a three year warranty! Wonderful service all around!!

Took my jeep Cherokee here and was a fantastic visit, beautiful clean welcoming customer area, got right in and their techs were fast, and the windows look fantastic! Will be taking my truck to them! Great job, thanks, Sunguard.

Top quality service and friendly staff. Had my windows tinted one week and even though I usually do my own wiring I had them run my amp, stereo and backup camera and you can't see one wire sticking out anywhere very professional and clean. Nice waiting area also very comfy couch. If you have high end needs they got you and if you just want tinted windows they got you no bs no hassle and quality material.

Excellent work tinting my 04 Ram. Everyone was friendly, even the Hungarian. I'm glad they were able to schedule me in so quickly. Highly recommend getting your window tinting done here.

We needed the tint on our windows in our home replaced. After 22 years, several windows were failing so I called around for quotes. Most companies wouldn't even return my call - I suspect because I had film on the windows that needed to be removed. One company, On The Spot, came out and measured my windows but never submitted a quote. They wouldn't even respond to my call or email after wasting my time. Awful! Finally I had two quotes and we opted to use SunGuard Window Tinting. Dan did the quote and the actual installation. He was on time, clean, efficient, pleasant and most importantly, experienced in what he was doing. He removed the film on each window and then installed the new film. It looks fantastic. I would highly recommend Dan and SunGuard Window Tinting. I'm going to take our cars to get them done next. Very expensive to install dash cam. $100 an hour, plus an additional fee for not paying cash. The final price was more than $100 over quoted price. The additional charge for using a credit card was never mentioned and was on top of tax which is the charge for not paying cash. The installer very nice and did get me in on short notice.//

I ve had three vehicles tinted with them over the past 6 months, I had heard they were more expensive than other places around town but my first experience was good so I decided to stay loyal to their small business.After getting my daughters car tinted there last she made an appointment to get a sub & amp (that she already had) installed. They quoted us $100 an hour and estimated it would be two hours so we scheduled it for this Thursday.Today (Tuesday) a rude woman from the shop called and acted like it was our fault it was scheduled incorrectly, said there s no way they can do the car this week, it would be next Wednesday at the earliest. AND they d need the car all day After I agreed to that, even though I was a little put off by her attitude, she begins again asking if we were given a price. I tell her what we were quoted and she exclaims oh no, that s not right. More like 4 hours and $400! I respond to install a sub & amp? 4 hours? She says yes & says they gave us the wrong price. I explain to her that it was her shop that scheduled us and gave us the price and how unprofessional it was for her to call me with her attitude and DOUBLE the price without any explanation except it s the shop policy. I told her they wouldn t be getting any more of my business, this is how they treat a customer who chose to be loyal to their business. Not anymore Service: Vehicle window tinting

"Customer satisfaction is critical to our business and we make it our top priority. Here at Sun Guard Audio & Window Tinting, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We put our customers first, the job isn t done until you re happy." Those statements are posted on their website, but I find it hard to believe considering I was not satisfied with my tint job and the owner did not seem to care. My complaint was concerning a so-called "free" windshield strip that was haphazardly placed (likely by some untrained kid) on my new vehicle. I voiced my concerns to the owner and he simply stated that he was not going to damage a $200 job (ceramic over windshield) for a "free" strip. As a customer, I value great customer service. Based on my experience the statements posted on the companies website is false. I'm not a happy customer, so according to their business slogan, the job is not done. If this company truly believed customer satisfaction was critical to their business I would not be posting this review. If you're someone who values great customer service then take your business somewhere else. This place only offers mediocre tint jobs and no customer service.

A few months ago we had both our ford escape and our truck tinted with amazing results. So when we decided to have our front windows of our home redone we knew just who to call! Bill is their home window tint guy and let me tell you Bill is amazing! Not only is his work top notch, but his professionalism and customer service are out of this world! We are so very happy that we recommended him to my mother and 2 neighbors all of whom agree and have scheduled additional work. Best Tinting service and accessories shop in Florida there work will hold over the years where others will bubble and fad these guys know what they are doing if you need windows tinted give them the job!

Walked into the store at 1 in the afternoon and made a appointment for 2 hours later at 3. Came back took about 45 minutes to do the tint on the Mustang. They did a great job! The price was reasonable and fair.

Great customer service and amazing work! I had Ryan put lights on my boat and they look great! I also had my truck tinted there while I waited and it came out perfect. On my next boat I'm defiantly having them do the sound system. I defiantly recommend SunGard

The owner is a stand up guy. A seal was mistakenly sliced during my tint job on my Corvette. To repair the seal, the whole back glass had to come out in order to replace the sliced seal. The owner covered all costs in returning my Corvette to like new condition again. Some shops probably would have not taken responsibility and left me on my own. The people at SunGard are honest and good local business people. I would definitely use them again. The tint turned out great and there price was significantly less than other local tint shops.Service: Sun control window tinting

Excellent work! I am, and my family, take our vehicles here to the Windows tinted. Usually get an appointment right away and the work itself does not take longer than a couple of hours, and that's for but traditional tint job on a car.

Had my car and many other vehicles tinted here and several years later they are all in good condition. No peeling or fading. I recently had my van's windows tinted at this shop. I was initially instructed to go here from my car deslership to have my backup camera adjusted. While I was there I asked Jenny the front desk staff if they could do my tinting as well. I couldn't have ask for a more pleasant experience. They were friendly, professional, prompt and done a wonderful job. It is too bad that I can't say as much about my auto dealership. I would not think twice about recommending friends or family to have work done here on their auto or to their home. The cost was fair and reasonable. sticker shock here. Thanks guys may you continue to grow with much success.

They ve done my window tinting and more recently worked on my new boat with a premium WetSounds Stereo system. Several issues with the way the system was installed elsewhere. They fixed everything and got it sounding better than I could have imagined. These guys are pros and don t BS. I ll be taking my classic truck in soon for a new stereo. Can t wait!!

Ripped me off pretty decent. About $140. After making an appointment in person weeks in advance and they make you pay half of your quote( for replacing 4 speakers) upfront which I did , I arrive on time and he acted like he had no knowledge of my appointment. His receptionist quickly pointed out the book to him showing my time slot and my name/number. After he realized he wasn t getting around it he then asked me if I had anything else to do instead. I replied no I scheduled my day around this appointment, that s the whole point of AN APPOINTMENT!! So sorry to inconvenience you!? He then reluctantly took out 2 of my front speakers and afterward told me nothing was wrong with them the problem was somewhere else but replaced them anyway? Then he says sorry but maybe the problem is in the car stereo head mount itself. So I am like what do I do make another appointment or? He gave me some half ass answer and basically didn t want to be bothered with me. I get to the desk to checkout and he tried to charge me again for all 4 speakers!! Tried to get another $140 out of me! I said I paid half so that should cover the 2. Of course the receptionist backed me up again and said that I m good to go. He agreed and I went on my way. Nothing fixed. Paid for speakers I didn t need. I get some of that involves labor but damn I got really crappy customer service. Oh by the way there s a creepy guy that hangs out in the office that made a comment to me looking at my legs while my kids were standing next to me. I felt super uncomfortable. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from here.

They made a 9:30 appointment with me when I arrived they told me they couldn't take me until 10:30. Left the car they told me one to two hours it would be done. 12:45 they called and said it was done. Went to pick it up and they didn't even start on it yet. Finally at 3:45 they finished installing it. Told me to get a teenager to set it up because he didn't know how. I'm a seventy year old woman that they let sit there for the day. They might be good at tinting windows but sure are stupid when it comes to radios.

I am beyond pleased with the work these guys did. Just moved down from WA state, couldn t get a quote back home for anything less than a grand . I called SunGuard, set up and appointment for the next day, and that s all she wrote. Dropped it off around noon, picked it up around 4. Couldn t be happier with the finished product, my Subaru is much more enjoyable to drive around in without the sun blasting through. Make sure you go to SunGuard next time you re thinking about getting some tinting done!!Services: Sun control window tinting, Heat control window films, Vehicle window tinting

Disappointed!I have had 7 cars get their tint done here. Went in today to get a gift certificate and when I told them which one I wanted they informed me that if I used credit card it was an additional 3.25%I said I would go elsewhere....I own a business and it is a cost of doing business...build it into price. They let me walk out the door and lost a $180 sale over $5.80.Went down the street to Starr Custom tinting who took my card at no charge and saved $40 because they were running a special!
