I called several times and left messages requesting a quote to repack wheel bearings on my RV over the course of several days. Never got a call back. I would probably seek a business that is interested in customer service.

Brandon is a real professional!He showed up on time, quickly found the issue with my air brakes and air compressor, gave me a fair price, and fixed it all the following day got us up and running again!! We had some trouble getting our schedules to line up, but once they did Brandon did a phenomenal job fixing 2 of the 4 issues on my RV. Brandon was great and very professional and courteous. He came to the rescue very quickly and had my issues fixed when the part came in the next day. I highly recommend Brandon for anyone who wants any type of issues that you can t do yourself. I will call him the next time I have more problems with my camper. I have used Brandon twice this year. 1st time was an entry step problem and a headlight replacement. Brandon did fast reliable work on time and budget.The 2nd time was a very last minute emergency. The large slide out wiring tray got buggerd up in the half out position. We were leaving for the Keys in the morning and this was about to ruin our trip. I called Brandon and he was out to the house in an hour. Less than an hour later we were fixed & in business.All I can say are good things. My wife and I recently purchased an Rv. Things were great, until they weren t. We couldn t get water in the RV which was not making anyone happy. I read The Book that came with it (which was more confusing to me than I already was), I watched countless You Tube video (showing people doing exactly what I had tried) before ever trying to understand The Book. After hours of my time, energy and effort, I finally conceded I Needed Help! The manager at the RV Park we were staying told me if I wanted someone who knew what he was doing and was an honest, hard working RV Repairman, I should contact Brandon Saunders of Saunders Mobile RV Repair. I called and explained that we had no water working inside the RV and that while I didn t consider this an emergency, it would certainly ease tensions between my wife and I if we had running water. Brandon came out within a few hours, (very timely) diagnosed my problem and within a few minutes told me that my water pump had been hooked up incorrectly from the factory Something that I never even remotely considered possible. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brandon Saunders for any work needed to diagnose and repair your RV. Brandon is conscientious, reasonable, and was able to help us much quicker than I expected. We were stuck by the side of a Hwy with our 35ft 5th wheel having a broken leafspring (can't use the axels). Wasted most of a day with tow insurance trying to get us towed only to find out after 6 hours of attempts that we can not be put on a required flatbed truck because we would be too tall and had to spend the night on the Hwy. Called Brandon in the morning and he came as soon as he could, took off the leafspring and went hunting for a replacement. After multiple attempts he found the piece and came back and installed it quickly and ended our predicament. Not only was Brandon committed and efficient but we also appreciated the reasonable pricing and not being taken advantage of. Replaced on demand water heater. Sealed roof seams. Immediately responded to roof leak, day before tropical storm. We stayed dry. Today replaced water heater. Kept us informed of its shipping status and installed on arrival. Friendly, efficient neatly cleanup work site. Highly recommend him.

Arrived in Punta Gorda from Canada with a busted hydraulic levelling system, we called Brandon at Saunders Mobile RV repair, in a matter of short time he had a hose made and replaced. Brandon is a courteous and professional RV technician who goes the Extra lenght for his customers!

Our camper slider needed a complete repair along with the carpet replaced & he did just that and beyond! We also had some soft spots in the camper that he repaired at the same time. Can't say enough good things & we will use him again for all our camper ussues!!
