Old and crackling staff, workers who do not do their job well, I asked him for a favor, even though he was a worker, he would reset my car's computer and he said no because the manager had ordered it for me. That is something very absurd since it did not cost him anything, but still Stupid people should do a good job.

This is the best O Reillys in Southwest Florida they have, and had the best employees since that store is open. Always very professional and knowledgeable and willing to help anybody that comes in there. And they will make sure they get you the correct parts for your vehicle

When I'm looking for parts,I always check O'Reilly's first. Sometimes the counter help can find it, sometimes they just don't know how to properly use the computer.I tossed a sealed wheel bearing across the counter, nobody else could find it. Paul took a few minutes and found it at a local store that has previously told me they didn't have it. He called, had them actually go to the shelf and put eyes on it. I paid for it and it was ready when I got there. That's not the most impressive part though. After securing the new one for me, he gave it back and told me exactly what it was, though I know I hadn't told him the usual year make model,etc...If nobody else can find your part, I know O'Reilly's in Punta Gorda will try their hardest to find it.

I needed to rotate the tires on the truck. Not sure what load rating to get, so I asked. I spent a little more for the 3 ton jack and stands,but I felt good about it. Then my neighbor drove by as I was working and told me he busted a 2 ton jack trying to do a 3 ton job. Then I felt really good. Thanks guys.

I have always liked O Reilly, wheeler shop is very clean great pricing they will match any price in town including AutoZone. And then I got a catchy radio jingle nonetheless give them a try

Just left O Reilly parts in Punta Gorda. Kevin provided the best service. His knowledge is extensive and his personal service was excellent.Having owned a business I would hire Kevin immediately.Great service, with total knowledge is almost impossible to find.Thank you Kevin.

Stopped in to get a few parts. The employee who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He walked out to the car with me to evaluate what part jai needed to fix the issue, he was on the money because it worked!Had to go back the next day because the pack of bulbs i picked up were not the correct ones. I didn't even get to the exit door when I was fumbling around to get the package in my purse, they fell to the floor and shattered. Walk back up to the register and the kind man saw it all and replaced the package. Very kind of him

Conveniently located Auto parts store, Hwy 41, downtown Punta Gorda. friendly staff. Got what was needed. Wished inventory quantity could have been better. purchased generic versus Valvoline brand due to lack of stocked bottles. Great parking: clean & well kept.Easy in & out. Will be a return customer.

The guy I spoke to on the phone he was pleasant. Went in was helped by thin longer haired shorter guy he was not as pleasant and actually made me feel unwelcome and like he was trying to hurry up and get me out the door. I understand im female but I'm not stupid and know what I'm looking for most of the time so I dont appriciate being talked down to like I'm stupid by some scraggly guy. . Probably would of been better experience if the older man helped me out.

I needed a new car battery and after calling around, I found out that O Reilly had the item in stock when Autozone and Advance Auto did not. Steven helped install the new battery and was able to get the old battery taken out even though it was so corroded. He also helped me replaced new windshield wipers. My car starts up like a charm now and my wipers worked better than my old wipers even when it was new. Fantastic service from Steven and good quality parts make this store my go to car parts store now, they are the best!

Moe was great! He went above and beyond. I needed a head for my Ford excursion. Moe got me a great price and monitored it to see when it can in. He called me the moment it came in. This to me is more than was needed, but More is just that kind of guy. If you need parts go to O'Reillys and ask for More.

Just stopped in to ask if they stock trailer brakes. Response was a staring through you "No...gotta a call earlier today and I said no." That may be but I'm not the one who called and your rude one word response wasn't helpful or appreciated. Most stores try to help you out. Really disappointed in this location.

I've been visiting this store since they opened up, never had an issue and have spent hundreds of dollars here. Last night was a different story, I go there to purchase some brake pads for my wife's car and ask the worker at the desk who's name is Kenny, to pull up a quote for OEM Front Brake Dads. He asks the car make, model, and trim package to which I tell him, then he asks me the rim size. Firstly, this threw me off because for this specific make, model, and trim package comes with only ONE size of rim. So, I brush it off and walk outside to verify the rim size. I come back inside and he's already moved on to another customer, even though there is another clerk standing by at his station doing absolutely nothing.Okay, no big deal there. I wait and am patient for him to finish with his newly acquired customer. Then he prints out a receipt and hands it to me, tells me its the quote for brake pads. I look at the paper and see there are only two types of brake pads listed,($100 a pair and $200 a pair) both of which are Ceramic. I then ask Kenny, where are the other types of pads? He says "types?" and looks at me dumbfounded as I have no clue what I am saying. So I explain to him I am a mechanic and just here to pick up parts that I need. I do not need Ceramic brake pads. I know the difference between Ceramic and Organic, and that I specifically asked for OEM. He then goes on to try and explain how much better ceramic is, basically trying his hardest to convince me that I need $200 Brake Pads.Again, I ask where are the other types? He just keeps on pressing the issue about ceramic pads being better and that I should know that with me being a mechanic. I've used Organic Brake Pads since I started working on cars over 20 years ago, I've never had a single issue. I asked him again if these were the only two options he has for brake pads, and he said "yes thats all we have".At this point, I'm becoming frustrated because prior to even coming to this specific store, I went online to see the choices they had for brake pads, to which there ARE MANY. Now, not every one available online is available in the store, I get that. But to stand there and basically try to steal money from me by means of deception is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I left in disgust feeling like Kenny was trying his hardest to take advantage of me and assuming I have no experience with automotive parts.I'm never going to shop there again, I'll take my business across the street to Advanced Auto where the Clerks don't try to rip off their loyal customers and tell you the prices of ALL their products available, not just the expensive ones.
