Thought I was buying a quality part no I have to buy more items due to their parts failing only refunding me for their part failing happy about that but that's why I don't use napa should've known thanks napa as always btw it was a gates brand

These folks are absolutly the best ! Always helpful. I needed a battery, and the associate did everything but tighten the clamps which not allowed to do. I had wrong size socket with me and he brought his own tools out to my car....this all saved me from having to bring the core back. They have helped me out several times over past few years in PGI...just want to say thanks, and highly recommend.

Friendly staff had the part i needed in stock for a good price. Huge improvement over oreilleys. Will go back even if parts are alittle more just to be treated like a person. Wish i could remember the employees name who helped me he was great

I was told over the phone they took Napa Easy Pay. Drove from North Port to this store just to wait 15 minutes as the associate told me repeatedly he didn't know what he was doing, only to have the manager called and finally be told they do not in fact take my card. Advice to the store: Get your facts straight before giving them to customers.Edit: Giving two stars because at least the associates were patient and polite about the ordeal.

Well NAPA is never my first choice ( no rewards points ) but when I can't find what I need at my normal store most of the time NAPA has it.This stores parking isn't the greatest but for Punta Gorda it's pretty good. The staff is always pretty knowledgeable and friendly. The prices arn't terribly over priced. I know a few guys that prefer NAPA and I can see why.

Top notch! Needed to do a full AC job and Robert got me a great deal on the parts bundling it all into a package for me. Anytime I need parts Robert and Roger are the guys I count on!

So disappointed! The wife's car needed a new battery and thought I could just pop in and buy another NAPA Legends battery just like the one I purchased previously. After a very short conversation about needing to buy another NAPA battery with the hired help, the guy asked me what the part # was and when did I buy it. I explained it was a Legend battery for the wife's Honda and wasn't sure about the part # was. The guy told me that he needs the number to see if he had it in stock. Me, of course expecting a polite and professional offer to come out and help locate the battery part#, was instead given a blank stare of "what do you want me to do buddy?". So, now I'm back outside writing down every possible # I could find on the battery because after all, this is a NAPA product and have no idea which # the guy actually needs. A few minutes later, the shop door swings open and out comes one of the other guys behind the counter. And I think to myself, well since the other guy has no idea what customer service is, this one is going to help me- nope! He pulls out his pack of cigarettes and starts smoking not even 10 feet away from me! So I go back in with the numbers and then of course it's now the conversation about the receipt, when did you purchase it, how long have you had the battery, etc. The receipt is no where to be found and I'm thinking that's ok, he can look me up by my name or at least the serial # on the battery (after all, isn't that what serial numbers are for?) and find out when I purchased it- nope! Not unless I have an account with NAPA! Really? Auto Zone and Advanced Auto have me in their computers and know exactly what I bought and when_ no account needed! Thought I bought a great product initially but will purchase my parts elsewhere.

Excellent service. Bought too much and they immediately gave me a refund when returning 2 days later. No nonsense questions asked as long as it wasnt installed yet. Great place and very knowledgable about my caddy. Thxsz again.

I've was in the automotive business for the over 40 years I have never been treated as well as I was today. I now have a new business and when one of my trucks went down today, i needed a part not available locally. It was 2:30 pm when the owner took his time to drive to Sarasota to pick the part up from one of their sister stores , if that wasn't enough he delivered it directly to my home that same day @ 5:00 pm. I just want to tell the team @ Napa they have earned a customer for life .

Roger really came through for us in a pinch, delivered our parts directly to us and ultimately saved the day! Great service and at a better price than we we had found anywhere else locally.

I m visiting from Northern Virginia and wanted to drop off three old batteries that had been sitting at my parent s house for a while. I pulled right up and someone came out to take them from me. They didn t charge me a dime and they were very friendly.

I call for a jump started service and the guy that answers the was very nice person and he will send some body to help fix the problem but then I fix it so I call them to cancel the service. But they are very nice and helpful I do recommend this place thanx.

They work w MR FRONT AND END. VERY EXPENSIVE NOT QUALITY THEY MADE PAID FOR A BATTERY TWICE W DAVE LOWE AND THEY KNEW THEY HAVE THE BATTERY. NO NICE

Sign on front door reads Saturday 7:30 open pull in side door reads 8:00 open ,O'Reilly's battery return blows these guys away 18 months replacement napa 3 months
