Highly recommend this garage.Everyone was very pleasant.Brought our truck in for service and was told it was nothing but a vacuum line that came loose. Reconnected it for us and all is well!Thanks for helping us.

We were on Interstate 75 ready for a short girl s trip when the car suddenly sounded like it was dragging something we got off at Jones Loop and googled Auto Service. McCom s Auto Service came up as close by so we drove over. They were closing at noon and it was 11:50 when we arrived. Patrick cheerfully and immediately identified what was wrong and moved us into the air conditioned office while he repaired it. We were back on the road in 20 minutes to continue our fun day ! Patrick was professional and knowledgeable plus he didn t seem to mind that we were keeping him from getting out of work on time. What an asset to this company! We will remember them the next time we need maintenance or work done on the car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Positive review for auto"I had a great experience at this family-owned auto repair shop!staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt like they really cared about getting my car back on the road as quickly and safely as possible.What I appreciated most was the level of personal attention and care that they gave to my car. Unlike some of the bigger, chain repair shops I've been to in the past, this shop took the time to really listen to my concerns and diagnose the problem thoroughly before providing a solution.The pricing was fair and transparent, and I never felt like I was being pressured into unnecessary repairs or services. I searched for an auto repair place to fix the plastic piece under my car that was coming off. They showed good reviews so I scheduled to being my car in. In less than 24 hours they looked at my car and was able to fix it quickly. Though they were busy, and my repair not taking too much time, they took care of it right away. They were professional and pleasant from the first phone call. I will be back.

This shop saved my day. I ran something over on I 75 and my bottom shield was damaged. I came here and explained what happened and they took care of me right away. I was out within 45 minutes. Thank you so much.

Always fixing my cars, and honest. I've been to 3 other auto repair shops that do not fix your car and still charge for it. They say they fix it, but ends up being an band aid. Mccoms has fixed my cars thoroughly.

Could not get my car into the Ford dealership for service for a month. Took it in to McCom s and in one day they diagnosed and fixed my problem.

Was referred to them by three other people. They took great care of me and my car. Needed a new compressor for my air conditioner. Prices were very fair. Patrick was a great help start to finish. The owner was a great guy. Will definitely recommend and return for all my car needs.

WOW!!! After having worked in the auto repair industry for almost 10 years, I am very skeptical about who I take my vehicle to. I cannot say enough great things about McCom's. They have been incredibly fair, efficient, gracious, professional, you name it! They have just been awesome. I appreciate their honesty and customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic!

I can't complain. I have been using Mc Coms for two plus years. Totally awesome experience. We were on our way to move to Georgia heard a weird noise with no indicator lights. Stopped in with no appointment was serviced immediately. Turned out to be a plastic cover on the undercarriage came loose. We were in and out in less than an hour with a total bill of $24. Kudos guys and thank you!

Called ahead of time to make sure that they were open. Gentlemen on the phone was polite and welcoming. Came in for an oil change, price and customer service was exceptional. Bruce was very nice. I was in and out in less than 25 min. Will def return!

These are some good mechanics, they will tell you if somethings needs to be fixed. Went to tires plus the other day because they have good warranties on tires. They said i needed front brakes. Took it to Mc Comb's a couple days later and they said that brakes i have fine, a bit worn down, but i got 10,000 miles left on em. These guys care about what they do, they aren't going to lie to you juat so they can make a quick buck.

Bruce was awesome! I was told by several other mechanics that my daughters Equinox needed a rear main seal but lo and behold all she needed was a new dipstick tube to replace the rusty holey dipstick tube that was causing her oil leak!Saved us well over $800!Other less scrupulous mechanics may just have changed out the rear main seal and dipstick tube and we would have been none the wiser. But out a lot more money! Thanks Bruce

This is by far the most honest service I have ever been to. Mark has had MANY opportunities to charge me for work that didn't need to be done, but he has always shown great integrity - and the same is true for all his people. Because of his truthfulness, knowledge, and fair pricing I have been using McCom's for 15+ years, and I will continue to take him all my automotive business!

Dealing with McCom's could not be easier. Everyone I've Interfaced with has been professional and personable. The service is excellent and fast. Their methods are those of "old mechanics" meaning rather than just swap parts they try to fix the existing part. This method saved me over $200 from the dealers estimate.

I own four vehicles and use Mark and his team here religiously. They have more than once pulled me out of a bind and were able to meet timelines that surely set them up for failure. Best in town (and in my experience quite a ways beyond town)! Been using McCom's for over ten years and send friends and family there whenever they ask for recommendations. When I moved to Orlando for a few years I even planned car maintenance around my trips back home. That is how much I trust these people, no fluff, no beating around the bush, just honest mechanics who will take care of you and your vehicles as best they can. This is the kind of small business you want to keep going to.

Worst experience ever. Dropped my truck off to get a quote for rear breaks. Thought the quote was high so told hem I d be back to pick it up. I come back pay the $20 inspection fee. After paying I go out to the truck try to open the door and it s stuck, won t open right all of a sudden pops, I walk around the door and see a dent. I walk back in ask to speak to manager. He comes out and looks. Automatically says we didn t do that. Proceeds to tell me that it s not there fault. I said well I didn t drop it off like this. And he decided to tell me well not his problem, gets nasty and rude says he doesn t have time for this cause he has a ton of other things to deal with other then this and that he wasn t wasting any more time. I asked him what I was supposed to do then and he said figure it out. And walked off. I will never do business with these people ever again. I will be filing a lawsuit. Please do yourself a favor and stay away. I have pics not sure how to add them.
