We were/are traveling from Delaware thru Florida flat towing our Jeep ( Liberty) behind our truck camper. Not far from home we started experiencing the tow not tracking properly. Moved weight around on the tow and slowed down. It still was active back & forth. We may it to our first destination in Punta Gorda Fla and called JSN about looking at it.The next day they called and said the rack & pinion steering was shot but, they could get the parts and repair it. At that point it was either fix it or junk it!3days later and after calls about tie rod ends and control arms it has a new new front end! At a reasonable price and executed by a shop unafraid to tackle a really tough job in a cost affective and timely manner.They are highly skilled all! Managers and Mechanics! They saved our trip!Real mechanics and honest straight communications and commitment to getting the job done COMPLETELY!

I m new to the area. Never heard of JSN before. Had a flat tire & they immediately took care of me. Chris was awesome as he was the one who helped get me in so fast & even dropped me off at work while they had to wait for a new tire. They are honest -told me the tire could be repaired. But, through my own fault, because I drove on it while flat I felt better replacing it. Punta Gorda crew were great! Highly recommend!!

I called JSN as it s very close to my apartment and needed appt for oil change. Xavier was very kind and was able to give me appt for the same day. They helped me right away when I arrived and took great care of me. I had a coupon I had received in mail and they honored price without any hassles or extra fees. The service was quick and excellent! I would highly recommend JSN.

The mechanics here are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They diagnosed my issue quickly and provided me with a clear explanation of the problem and the necessary repairs. They were open to me bringing a Mobil 1 20,000 mile oil filter and my choice of all synthetic oil. Very reasonably priced labor. I found them to be very honest. Even gave me back the remainder of a quart of oil. Xavier and Tom represent the family owned business as one of the family. I am very glad to have been sent to them . I'll definitely use them in the future for anything needed on the Nissan Frontier. Thanks to them all!

Needed some help with a flat and Josh was more than happy to take me right in. After a few minutes of talking I felt like I was back at my local service station in New York. Tim was very knowledgeable about the car I had there and my show car in Florida. Zero pressure on me to have some much needed work that they noticed. I can see I found a clean reliable knowledgeable crew to care for my vehicles properly.

I had my oil changed today and they did a great job. I had an appointment, they took my car in on time and it was finished quickly. Xavier was my service advisor and he is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable! I will recommend them to everyone!! Thank you!!

Took my car in on a Friday for an issue without an appointment. It was repaired same day and I was provided transportation to and from my home while my car was being serviced and when my car was ready. Awesome service and friendly staff. I feel I can trust them with all my automotive needs.

Angels!!! Complete angels!!! Thank you to the whole team, at JSN auto repair. I wanted to make sure that my vehicle was safe for travel after getting it out of storage.So, I dropped in to see if they could look at my vehicle and they fit me in there schedule and checked my vehicle over and got me moving safely down the road, on my journey!! Always have my oil changed at the location in Punta Gorda they are prompt and very nice. I had my regular oil change on 11/1 they found I had a cracked valve cover ordered the part and repaired it on 11/8. It was a little pricey I thought but what isn t these days. They were extremely kind and gave me 15% off the cost of labor. I would recommend them anytime.Service: Oil change

The shop manager was very helpful, courteous, professional and knowledgeable, likewise with Xavier. They helped me out with my tire problem. It's too bad they are not a Michelin dealer anymore.

Tim is great service manager. Good price Lets you know first if something else is wrong in case you want to wait another day on having it fixed. Place is clean. Other personnel were also friendly. Filters needed were ordered and replaced same day.

Do not get your oil changed here. I thought everything was fine until I went to my next oil change. Pit stop over tightened the filter and cracked the housing AND did not thread the drain plug properly. Over $300 to repair sloppy unprofessional work.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We had a low tire pressure warning on I-75 and pulled into JSN. They discovered there was a screw in our tire. We had to replace two rear tires. All of the staff were very helpful and got us back on the road as soon as possible.

This is my first visit to Punta Gorda and I had a tire problem when I arrived. I initially stopped at JSN just for air to be added. Mike was great and checked the air in all my tires. The problem persisted nail found in my RFT so it needed to replaced. Once again JSN came to my rescue. Lee and Chris provide super great customer service.Thanks for a great job!

I was low on gas, noticed a low pressure light on and stopped for gas. My tire was practically flat, while paying I asked about the air machine and got a questionable answer. This led me to the next question is there a auto repair near by, yes next door JSN.BARELY got there on the tire, once there two very kind men greeted me Xavier and Tim. They got me right in and determined that the tire was shot, not dealers of that brand the service person ( very kind) installed my spare put the other tire back up under the car. Xavier referred me to others that carried that brand. ALL AT NO CHARGE WOW what a blessing JSN was for me Monday!Thank you,God Bless

When our vehicle broke down and this was our only car, I talk to Tim the manager and he assured me he could get me right in. I was always kept in the loop and the price was very fair. Would definitely recommend.

Had a loose splash guard on my Sonata. They had my car on the lift quickly, fixed the problem by replacing washers and screws. I was in and out in 15 minutes. No Charge! I'll definitely be back

Chris back in November saved me from a terrible accident happening with very bad tire that was found unexpectedly and got me new tires the next day so I could be on my way to Ohio. Thank you! Everyone was willing to assist me immediately.
