The oil change was quick and I'm sure it was done correctly, too. The mechanics also provided with a free comprehensive assessment of the vehicle's condition. One of them pointed an issue with the battery. I will likely come back for future service.

Every time we have had work done at this Jiffy Lube, the service has been quick and very efficient. The personnel, especially Will, have been very friendly and polite. And the restroom is very clean which is very unusual in a service business such as this. I recommend this business highly.

My sister and I went in to get her oil changed, and I can t say better things about the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind towards us, considering we had no idea what we were doing. Nate was absolutely amazing, he tested everything with her car and explained everything that was wrong in a way that we understood. Then, we pulled to the side and her car wouldn t start (fully on her part because she needs a new battery and didn t get one), Nate fixed all the problems within seconds and then got us safely out and efficiently. Will be recommending jiffy lube to everyone I know, especially Nate!!!

Nathan F. was professional and informative. He took the time to explain why my tire needed replacement. He was the third technician I had approached in town. The first place offered no explanation and the second place seemed shady. Once my decision was made, I was back on the road in no time flat...pardon the pun.

Best shop I've been to. I thought I had a serious problem with my car burning oil, and came here for them to top it off. They figured out it was a loose filter, and fixed it, and got me back on the road in just a few minutes! Literally life savers. I spoke with Nate, who is extremely professional and knowledgeable about cars. I will be coming back here for ALL my oil change needs in the future.

I normally go to the dealership for my vehicle, today was my first time at jiffy lube, for a tire replacement & rotations and I am very pleased! Nathan the GM assisted me immediately, was very friendly & a lot more professional than a dealer, I was in & out. I will definitely be going back in the future!

After waiting in line one hour, a car that came half hour after me was pulled into an open bay before me. Companies do not care, employees do not care. There is no morals and customer service sucks. I waited a few more minutes then drove off.

They did not put the oil plug back in correctly. We had to take our car to Walt s garage(Walt s is amazing) to be repaired from Jiffy Lin s botched job. I asked to be reimbursed for the oil change and nothing from them. I now have a lawyer who will be going for the oil change and the car repair due to their botched job. Stay away from them unless you don t mind paying to have your car in need of repair.

Run from this place! I made an appointment a week in advance for a brake fluid flush, I drove 45 minutes each way only to be told that they have no mechanic to do the work so I just wasted an hour and a half of driving not to mention gas for nothing, these half wits didn t even have the courtesy to call and reschedule

Went to this location with my RAM truck for an oil change. After returning home, noticed an oil leak because the filter was not properly tightened. Decided to give them another chance since it is a convenient location from my office and specifically told the attendants about the prior problem and instructed them to please double check the oil filter. Once again, they failed to properly tighten the oil filter resulting in a leak. I was able to tighten two full rotations with my bare hands. I am a small business owner with a small fleet of trucks. None of them will be returning after the carelessness shown at this location. Terrible Service.Service: Oil change

Nate (Manager), is in lack of words extremely disrespectful. We came in with a valid discount. The gentlemen Bailey (who is recommend to ask for), will ultimately do his job, provide exceptional service, and make sure the customer is happy. When I say valid discount it was a groupon (location specific to this one) and Nate said nah we don t take those I m the manager. $158 for an oil change in a Toyota 4Runner that used to me 80/90 and $120 recently from the economy. Anyways, Nate (the manager) should find a job where he can treat customers so poorly. Good businesses start with exception service; Nate has no idea what he s doing. I sent my wife to get her oil changed you told her you would vacuum car never did it looks terrible oil prints on both fenders and all over the hood. Very disrespectful. I have 5 trucks I bring there. Never will be back and will let everyone I know about my experience with you people

They did my oil change quickly. However, the paperwork stated that the vehicle was vacuumed and the windows were washed on the exterior. Neither service was done! I paid $110.00 for the oil change. They should have done everything they stated that they would do. I'm Very disappointed. How can you trust people who lie about some services?Service: Oil change

I pulled in to the Jiffy Lube and told them I needed an oil change. I was quoted 24.99. I asked if there were any specials that were included in that, and he said, a tire rotation. So I repeated that back to him, so oil change and tire rotation is 24.99, right? And he said yes. I walked in to pick up my car and was charged $80. Turns out I was quoted incorrectly by the sales associate. The tire rotation was an additional $55 which I really didn t have the money for today. I explained to the man at the register that I was quoted 24.99 and pointed to the guy that told me the wrong info.. I m a bit angry - Very disappointed, I was only told, I m sorry. I am so pleased with my latest experience here. I had an emergency tire situation 20 minutes before they closed. William, Hunter and Derek were awesome. They brought me in and helped me put my spare tire on, even though a previous place turned me away because they were soon to be closing. We had an unfortunate mishap that caused me to have to stay an extra hour after closing and none of the guys complained. They were so kind, patient and helpful. They took care of the situation and waited patiently until I was able to leave. I will definitely be back.Service: Tires

New policies since purchased from original owner.Former customer lounge is now the employee break room.Did not understand new setup.was left standing outside service area.Also consider $63. to be high for an oil change since I supplied my own oilIs convenient though

This Jiffy Lube's service was ABYSMAL, from beginning to end, including Will, who had the customer service abilities of a pig IN mud, although he could not even grunt. The "service" - such as it was - took 30 minutes longer than promised and it wasn't as if they were slammed. I was even left to affix the reminder sticker myself, as if that was just too much for them to handle, never mind not having any typical Jiffy Lube service performed, under its so-called Signature Service, which is supposed to include vacuuming the floors and washing the windows - neither of which were done, including affirming that the vacuuming was, in fact, performed, despite the trash being left in place that I had purposely deposited there. All of which means this location cannot be trusted to have performed ANY service that you could not see actually being performed. Do NOT take you car here. I am a certified mystery shopper for another out-of-state Jiffy Lube franchisee, so I know of what I speak.UPDATE: Trying to now shift the blame back to me is patently disingenuos especially considering no one has actually spoken to any of the technicians who serviced my vehicle to know that the "trash" left behind was only a single, cleaned-out milk carton that 1) had not been moved; and 2) would have ordinarily been simply disposed of had it been vacuumed as had been stated on the invoice.Moreover, there was so much more wrong with this visit that you seem to dismiss that your position is laughable, particularly the absolute lack of a review of conditions and a review of services provided as if neither of those did not matter in the least.Service: Oil change

I took my car in for an oil change. While I was waiting, the technician working on my car came in and told me I needed an engine flush. I asked him how often do you need one because I had one but didn t tell him how long it had been he fumbled his words around and didn t give an answer. So I asked again because I felt this was just him trying to get me to buy more than I needed. He quoted the price after tax for the flush and oil change would be between $104-$130. Which is quite a stretch. I agreed. When I was paying the bill, the total was $143 more than I was told. When I got into my car there were items from my glove compartment on my front seat. There was no reason for them to be in my glove compartment and they didn t even put the items back.Service: Oil change
