I had picked up a big shard of metal in one of my tires on US41 in south Punta Gorda, and the psi was rapidly declining. By a massive stroke of luck, I came upon Horner s and pulled in. I got out of my car and asked the first gentlemen I saw if he could please help me. By the time we walked around to look at my tire, it was completely flat. They didn t hesitate to stop what they were doing to help me, and I paid for the tire to be plugged. When they plugged it, that wasn t a sufficient enough repair, so they proceeded to patch it for me, at no additional charge.David, Brandon and Ken were all exceptional and were such a big help to me. I HIGHLY recommend Horner s and will return if I have an occasion to hopefully under less dire circumstances!Thank you, Horner s!!

I was looking for a repair shop to get my Ram Pickup serviced and brakes and tires replaced, I picked Horner's because of the great reviews and wasn't disappointed. They worked with me and my extended warranty company . I am very satisfied and recommend them.

I can't thank Horner's enough for their exceptional service. They not only efficiently repaired my car but also went the extra mile by replacing my radio and conducting a comprehensive check to ensure everything was in perfect condition. The team's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the process. Their transparency, courtesy, and effective communication made the experience seamless and stress-free. Thanks to Horner's, I'm back on the road with a car that feels as good as new. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of reliable auto repairs and outstanding customer care.

I took my motor home into Horner's RV because a friend recommended them to me. I had a long list of service items and repairs to get ready for a long trip across the country. Horner's was able to complete the list in a very timely manner and in time for my trip. I just got back from 3 weeks on the road and I am very pleased to say everything ran well after the work Horner's completed. I will definitely return to them for my service and repair needs. Thank you to all the folks at Horner's RV!

On Friday September 15th my husband and I left for our annual vacation towing our camper across the country. We only got 20 miles from home and one of the campers tires rubber and thread came off and caused significant damage to the tire well above it creating a large hole up through the floor and into camper. We were about 5 miles from Horner s. My husband was able to pull the hanging dislodged metal and camper siding up through the hole and we inched our way to Horner s. Thank god for Horner s. They were so amazingly helpful to us. They changed the tire and rigged and repaired the hole as best as they could with what they had on hand. They had us back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. It truly was the best service we ve had in the camper industry ever and we ve had campers for 20 years. Not only did they work so very hard on it they did not charge us a lot of money. Very reasonable. They made our trip possible and we were able to continue on the road. Thank you so much Kenny, Richard, and Frank. I am embarrassed to say I do not remember the owners name however I didn t want to leave you out so thank you as well.

I have used Horners RV Repair a few times now. My experience with them has always been positive. Their communication skills are top notch. Also they have done exactly what I have asked and have completed everything by the date they said it would be done. I had an AC issue that I took to 3 other shops that no one else could figure out. Not only did they find the issue, they took the time to find a solution. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not only was our air conditioner in our 2003 Subaru Baha up and running in 4 1/2 hours. Since the car had been in the shop for the same problem last year Frank had done the research and went out of his way to educate us about future options we would have should we continue to have problems. We have been takingour cars and our 32' Class A Motor Home to Horner's over quite a few years now and continue to enjoy total satisfaction.

I purchased propane from Horners at a price that was double the going rate of $3.29 per gallon. In my mind they are price gouging. Even though I agreed to pay $6.60 per gallon they have lost me as a customer in the future.

I have had my RV in there for Hurricane damage. It took awhile but after checking with other places I have no complaint. It was a long time for me along with the people at other shops. Parts was a problem and the volume of RVsthat needed service. In the big picture I was happy. Price. This is not the old days and if you have an RV expect more than a car. Had to bring it back after finding problems unrelated to storm. Got it fixed and took it on a trip after picking it up. No problems. As far as estimates are concerned, how do you give one over the phone without seeing vehicle. Learned that along time ago. Counter service was fine however I can't imagine what it was like right after storm.I end with this. I was happy with my experience and would recommend them.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Oil change

We took our new-to-us RV in for some standard maintenance, a check engine light along with a few other items. One item was a crimped black water tank flush hose. The tech said he didn t find it and fixed some other hose. When we picked up the rig, I checked and it was still crimped and exactly how I had brought it in. The tech did come out and fix it after pointing it out. However, it was not tested and we later found another leak, most likely from the incorrect fix he performed first which wasn t even requested.Another item was a cracked vent cover on the roof. Chuck, the owner, said they never found it. We decided we would just fix it ourselves. But when we had it back the second time for the check engine light, we provided a picture and asked for an estimate since we had it back in. Instead, they removed the broken cover and placed the new one on a totally separate vent which didn t even have a cover originally. He didn t even ask if we wanted it repaired. It wasn t until I got on the roof back home, that I realized they took off the broken cover and put the new one in the wrong spot. Not even sure how you do that. Of course, Chuck just said bring it back, {for the third time} and we ll fix it , blaming his techs and accepting no responsibility as the owner. The main issue was the check engine light. They said they diagnosed it, that it could be one of several things, reset the light and after only a few miles driving away from the shop, the check engine light returned. We called and said the light was back on and were told to bring it back. We did and were told more diagnostics said it was the oxygen sensors. Two O2 sensors were replaced and the light was reset. We got less than 10 miles down the road and the light was back on.Upon returning home, we realized that the dinner plates in the upper cabinet were gone. Turns out they must have fallen out of the cupboard and broke all over the rig. We found a couple of shards and realized the problem. The tech obviously tried to clean it up and either never told Chuck or he did and Chuck never told us. Either way, this lack of transparency is shameful. On our third visit to the shop to explain that the check engine was still not fixed, Chuck practically threw my husband out of the store for explaining the myriad of mistakes he and his staff made.We will never use this company again and wish we had read the reviews before we went there in the first place.

I took our RV to Horner's last week for them to replace two in house batteries. They also replaced a slide topper arm and did a wash and wax and a sealant for the top. I will continue to use Horner's for all my repairs and details. Dropped our RV off last year for a pre trip service and stair repair. They had the RV for over a month, big mistake saying no rush. The stair motor was repaired but the blown fuse wasn't so not sure what really was wrong. We found that months after. Over the past year we keep finding things that were missed. Air filter never changed, generator cover not reattached, multiple nuts and bolts in engine had to be tightened. Power steering fluid was not topped off. And when we picked it up noticed a sign that says that they are not responsible for anything that is missing. So beware that items will be missing.

Was over charged by $200+. Was given an estimate of $500 and when picking it up was charged $737. I couldn't personally recommend doing business here.

Highly recommend!!!This is now my go to for all of my RV repairs. I have 2004 VW RIALTA Eurovan. Most mechanics run the other way when I pull in. On the advice of a friend I stopped by in hopes of getting my rv water heater working for and upcoming trip. They were busy but told me to bring it by and they would take a look. I left it and two days later got a call and to my utter amazement it s working!!!!!! I have taken it to a couple of other places the last 4 years and no one could or would touch it. So happy I found them!Thank you Chuck and team for the great service!

I first had dealings with a disagreeable woman at the service counter and wondered why someone with an "attitude" would be hired by a service company so I did not use them. When she left I thought dealing with Horner's new owner, a local real estate salesman, who is now manning the service counter on a full time basis, would be easier since I had known of him, but never met him, for over 10 years. Was I ever wrong. I decided to give them a try when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning condensate drains on my 2011 Tiffin motor home. The owner, Chuck, has not a scintilla of the personality necessary to run a retail business or the technical knowledge to effectively fake it. He was surly, dismissive, arrogant and aggressively ignorant when asked to explain what repairs his techs did to my motor home. If you ask a tech directly he, the tech, acts like he might be fired if he answers. The owner gets really mad when asked how he arrived at the bill you owe and the techs cannot help. He charged me for work not done and over charged for what little work they did. When my wife tried to get a partial adjustment for the work not done he refused saying that was why they did not like working on older motor homes.Service: A/C installation & repair

We started going to Horners on our friend s recommendation. It s a nice change from the big dealers . No long waits for service, we have been able to get in within a couple days to a week depending on service. No beating around the bush with service or pricing. Chuck is always willing to answer questions and give his expert opinion. We will continue to come back!Services: Auto detailing, Car waxing, Oil change

We had a great experience with Horner's. They were honest about our repairs and did a very thorough job in servicing our RV. Mark was my point of contact and he communicated very well what was going on and updating the status of our check up. They were my first call when it came to performing a service as they have been around for a long time. Very pleased with everything and have recommended them to others already. Thanks Horner's!Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Anyone who owns an RV knows how slow and pathetically incompetent dealers are. After looking at Google reviews I decided it was time to ditch the dealer. Do not let their laid back attitude fool you into thinking they are incompetent. They were responsive, reasonable, and professional. They missed something (I had a laundry list) and immediately owned up to it and handled it.I also used them recently for consignment. Jimmy was upfront, honest and backed up his numbers with competing dealers. Again, don't let the laid back attitude fool you. Market for RVs is starting to tank and I was not sure it was going to sell. 2 weeks later, sold at the number we were expecting.Wonderful folks.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Took our 5th wheel to Horner's last spring to replace the floor in a slide. It was a large slide with washer and drier as well as a second slide in it that all had to come out of the unit. So much woodwork also has to be removed before the slide could come out that we were concerned about the possibility of damage on the interior when it was all complete. We were pleasantly surprised to have our camper returned in immaculate condition both inside and out. I highly recommend this business for their quality service.Service: Body & Trim

My wife and I recently took a motor home trip to visit a friend in St James City from my home in Pawleys Island, SC. During the trip we experienced a serious propane leak and immediately turned off the system until we got to our destinations. Upon arrival I made a minimum of 10 calls to all major RV Centers and no one was willing to help me until August.. The problem is that I was only in town for a couple of days. Net/net, I was given Horner's RV number in PUNTA GORDA and drove to their site hoping to get someone to pressure test my propane system and fix the problem... When I walked In I met a smiling Tracy and I could tell she was slammed with work, under staffed and backed up with 3 customers... She was very polite and patient and when she got to me she understood my situation and was able to arrange for a system pressure test in less than an hour.. After that she told me I needed a regulator and advised me on where I could get it... That's progress. The next day I found a very hard to find regulator and went back to Horner's and Tracy was able to arrange to get it installed in less than an hour for a very reasonable rate... Net/net, you can't beat this service in today's day and age and I would strongly recommend Horner's for your RV work... They were GREAT ! Thanks Tracy !Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my Airstream travel trailer serviced by Horner's for my brakes and fresh water pump. They took care of both in timely fashion and both work perfectly. Horner's let me know exactly what was wrong with my brakes and water pump, fixed them at reasonable expense. I feel I received quality workmen ship at good value and will continue to have them service my Airstream annually for routine maintenance.

I used this shop in 2017 for extensive preventive maintenance. They were great to deal with, on time, and very communiative. Now 4 years later I used them to prep my coach for a 7000 mile journey...We have become full timers.I can fully trust their work as requested and feel confident they will let me know of issues I may have been unaware of.. I've used numerous shops over 15 years of owning my Class A coach,. Trust none come close to Horner's.. Very satisfied , over the top.Services: Exhaust, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim, Oil change

Horner's did a great job accommodating the short time frame I I had to get my repairs done and also did an excellent job with the repair itself. The service manager communicated with me throughout the entire process about the status of my repair and any additional services that were recommended. I also had my Trailer detailed and it looks like brand new!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing, Car waxing

HONEST and very accommodating.Woke up and found what I thought was engine oil or brake fluid underneath my 2005 Toyota Sequoia and of course assumed the worst.Called Horner s and told them I was from out of town and asked if they could get me in to diagnose and repair. They said drop it off and they would fit it into the schedule.Less than 2 hours later I got a call that the car was inspected from top to bottom and that all the fluids fine. The technician thought I must have run over something in the road that splashed up on the undercarriage and then dripped on to the driveway overnight. So why did I say honest. They really could have taken advantage of me by fixing something that didn t really need fixing. Thanks HornersService: Brakes
