I've trusted Gregg for more than twenty years. I like to keep my vehicles in the best shape. Gregg certainly helped me with that. For maintenance and repairs he has always provided outstanding service. Gregg's Auto wants to understand the problem you are having with your auto before beginning repairs. In my opinion this attention to the problem aids in making repairs in a more timely fashion. I am completely satisfied the work on my auto.

Gregg and his team at Gregg's Automotive Maintenance & Repair are top notch in customer service and technical support. The mechanical seal on the water pump of my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 failed causing the engine to lose coolant overheat. Gregg took care of my problem on extremely short notice and had my truck back on the road the same day! I highly recommend his business and I will be taking all of my vehicles to Gregg for any and all future repairs.

I called Gregg s Automotive to request a tow to his shop and he took care of it quickly, did the servicing and analyzed the entire vehicle, sent me a great report, changed the oil and filter, topped off the fluids and did all of this for a very reasonable price. Any service you need on you car, just call Gregg s you will not regret it

Great service, friendly. They give the personal touch. We brought our M Class BMW in for service. They are as honest a mechanic shop as you will ever find. I was an automotive rep selling parts for 30 years. I ve seen them all in my day. Absolutly the best repair and service facility I have ever dealt with, and I'm 74. From large to small jobs - he replaced an engine for me last year - I recommend Greg's for any automotive needs you have. Also, he's a great guy, runs a good shop.

I chose this establishment from the many positive reviews. I was not disappointed and was very impressed. All workers were extremely professional. They communicated via text messages and included a review on what they found. My car's check engine light would mysteriously go on & off while showing glitchy codes. They were even able to provide a ride to and from their garage as I have never used a ride share app and had issues scheduling a ride with that app. I highly recommend Gregg's Automotive!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I started using Gregg's in 2021 and the first few times were a good experience but since then not so much unfortunately. I believe they truly care about their customer's vehicles, but the quality and professionalism is suffering. Despite having something go wrong with each visit, I tried to stay loyal but I just have to cut ties now; I have lost all confidence at this point. Things like missing a part during an oil change and having to come back so it stops leaking, not knowing the car I dropped off was mine, and poor communication and organization overall. And my last visit involved a major A/C fix that went poorly and I got the vehicle back with a dash panel part not in place correctly and my sensor for the Auto headlights doesn't seem to properly work anymore, but I felt I had to have the work done because they had been troubleshooting the A/C for over a year and it seemed tricky to start over with another shop on that. I hope they can find a way to correct course as they seem deeply routed in the community.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

Took my vehicle in for a complete check up, bought used. Was given an estimate for all work needed. Shop got the job done under budget and on time. Not many places do that anymore.Revisited for a check up. Gregg helped us out immediately after we called him. Thanks for that! The only thing that they should improve is to inform to their clients that there is $50 fee for using any type of card so that people can use other ways of payment and avoid that high fee.

My 2005 Cadillac XLR's battery died. Normally not a big deal but in this car it's a very big deal. When the battery died the car locks down and the only way you can get in it is the security key located on the rear bumper. That didn't work either and at that point Gregg got involved. I spoke to all the experts, and they told me that was the only way to get into the car. Gregg spent a great deal of time and figured it out and got into the car. These people are salt of the earth. Gruff on the outside but honest and good hearted. They fixed my issue and when I came back the next day with a different issue they fixed that too. Never too busy to help someone in real need. I would have been in real trouble without them. They got us back on the road again.
