Went in for a nail repair. They didn t even want to mess with it. I was 1 inch from a sidewall only had 6000 miles on the vehicle. I just wanted to sell me a new tire went down the street got it patched easily.

There are really rude people, specifically Tracy. I was 20 delayed for my appointment, because I have 92 years old dad care, and they was really rude and unprofessional with me.

Went to this location to get suspension work done I was told the only maintenance technicians available no one there that is qualified to perform work service writer would not even write a quote so if you re getting anything other than oil changes would not recommend this location to

They only had one service guy and could not even fix a tire only had one car in the bays all others were empty probably won't go back

Horrendous experience. Took my KIA Sorento in for a simple oil change. When they jacked my car up they cracked my plastic gas tank and cracked the top of my fuel pump ($1,400 dollars). Lastly they didn t replenish the fluids!Of course they denied it but we started smelling fuel as soon as we picked it up.Calling Corporate and the BBB next STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Nice enough guy at the counter but they will not last in business long for anyone who actually cares about customer service. One car in the bay, three people sitting in an office, I want a punctured tire repair but I was told that there were two appointments coming up in 10 minutes and they're unable to do this work. It is sad that businesses do not actually want to do business. If I was the owner of this facility, I would definitely make some changes on the business model.

Awesome. Friendly staff and speedy, too! We rolled in on a bad tire and they replaced all 4 within 45 minutes. Some sort of tire miracle.

They were incredibly rude. I made an appointment for 9am on there website. They said that they called me a few days before to tell me they moved it to 2pm, but I never got it. So I showed up at 9am, only to be greeted with a man that looks like he would rather be anywhere else then there yelling at me because I brought my car in early. I asked if there any chance they could look at it early and he said no. I gave them my keys and was in the process of scrambling to find a ride home as they were not going to look at my car until 2pm. I ended up taking my keys back and going to another mechanics not even a mile away who was a whole lot nicer. I know I don t know a lot about cars, but the work I wanted done ended up being $980 at another garage. I am not paying $980 to a company who employees are disrespectful over a mistake. Me and the other 2 cars in my household will never be back.

This group in Punta Gorda always provide excellent service and never try to sell you something you don't need. Wayne is especially great dealing with a customer. Have been going there for years and will continue to do so. Not the closest location to me but worth the few extra minutes drive time.

Took my truck with Goodyear tires to Punta Gorda Goodyear for wheel balance. Had a little vibration at highway speeds last trip down from Atlanta. While watching them work i heard them say several times "cant see it from my house" loudly, not sure if it was for my benefit so i just ignored it. Store manager called me up to check out obviously with a nasty attitude and first words out of his mouth were, did you get these balanced somewhere else since the last time we did it? Started to tell him they were balanced in Atlanta last year and he cut me off, we,ll never balance them again, we did it for free this time ( Lifetime Balance on tires) but not again. I asked him if i heard him clearly and he claimed i needed new tires anyway but if i had them balanced somewhere else to not bring to his store again. I assume he thinks wherever you are in the country you should disregard safety and common sense until you are in Punta Gorda, Florida again. I have heard him in the past being disrespectful to other customers while i was in waiting area. Bad attitudes and terrible customer treatment seems to be the way they operate at this store. I am definitely going to find another tire store. Life is to short

Went to this Goodyear store yesterday to have my tire plugged which was off my vehicle. Waited for 25 minutes for the front manager / employee to even acknowledge me, saying what do you need. Said I have a screw in my tire and before I could finish he said I m booked until next week. Okay don t let me finish telling you that the tire was off the car and would ve taken 5 minutes to plug the tire. Apparently Goodyear doesn t need any business with a attitude employee. Where did the manners go with this company. So I took my business up the road to Discount Tire. Thanks but no thanks. Jim K.

Good job but little nervous setting up appt. over the phone. Wasn't sure if my quote they gave me in person the day before would be valid. Problem was, there was no quote number or my name on the quote nor did he put me in the system to confirm my quote. Tires where a 205/70r/15 for an old CR-V. Cost was $415.00 bucks for 4 small tires but had no choice in the matter every on else was way to busy. Wait time was a little under 2 hours. Got a quote from Tracy originally and then tried calling back and got a hold of someone else maybe "Wayne" not sure but this is when the confusion began.

Made an appt. They got me in , and took care of what I needed done. With no issuesTracy , Steve , and Dan were great. Met a couple other employees, but I didnt catch their names. Good group of guys there

Got a lower pressure light on the highway checked the tire and could hear air leaking, stopped at Goodyear to have the tire plugged. The tire was completely flat when we arrived, sidewall puncture could not be repaired. Unfortunately they did not have the tire we needed due to the odd size. They put the spare on our car at no charge so we could continue on. Great sevice, the tech or manager that helped us was very nice, the help was appreciated.

Friendly staff, clean facility, prompt service. Thanks to Tracey, Wayne and John. And thank you, John, I had just detailed my car including the engine bay and it came back spotless exactly the way I gave it to you. I highly recommend this business.

Corect and accurate insight given about the tire insurance for 80 bucks. Correct service given on first tire rotate( free with the insurance plan) that has to be done every 6 k miles to maintain warrenty. 9 am wad the appointment, 9 am it went in the shop. Thxsx.

I went there with a flat tire. The gentleman looked at the tire told me it couldn't be repaired. I needed a new tire. I responded ok I buy all my tires at Sam's with the warranty. He seemed annoyed. Upon going to Sam's they told me I didn't need a tire they could repair it.I felt that being a older woman with a grandchild. I was being taking advantage of as a women.This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.Treatment .I will never recommend or walk into this establishment again.

Thought I needed a new tire and was told it just needed repair. Good news just saved over $100, then I go to pay for repair and the guy says the repair is free. I'd give them six stars if I could.

Great service st this store. Best money I have ever spent on tires.. Free tire rotation. Got a nail the other day and they replaced the tire for 42.00. Best warranty service ever. Kuddos to Good Year in Punta Gorda

Quick to service. I had an emergency break down, they close at 6, I showed at 4:15, they retrieved radiator, installed and I was out the door by 5:45. Friendly, courteous staff.

Had to get a new alternator installed. The Explorer broke down in Port Charlotte and Goodyear allowed it to be towed there. Repaired next day. Thanks to Wayne, Tracy and the crew.

Very friendly staff! Highly accommodating and fast service. Oil changes, tire patch, and new tires- all completed without pressure to spend more money.
