I had a great experience at Gettel Toyota. Our salesman, Austin Owens, was very friendly and efficient. He assisted on finding the perfect vehicle. I d highly recommend Austin to friends and family. Maddie did a terrific job on accessories for my vehicle and the service department also did a terrific job on installation. Would highly recommend! Love my new 4Runner!

Luke in the service department got us in quickly. When we arrived, his knowledge of the problem made us feel secure the car would be fixed correctly. He was friendly and made chit chat about our home state, and had a great sense of humor. We were sent to the waiting room, which was large and filled with sun. The air temp was perfect, and let's not forget how the coffee was actually good! The repair bill was less than first anticipated, a pleasant surprise. While paying, Luke made us feel like valued customers. Some places take your money and just hand a receipt. The transaction was as though he was a neighbor, who was also an expert. My dread of dealerships is now put at ease, thank you Luke.

I didn't purchase my truck here, however I do get service here. I'm in between Venice and Punta Gorda. Ft Myers is just too difficult to get into. Gettel gets me in and out of there is a reasonable timeframe. The workmanship is always top notch and they up to date on the latest recalls and technology. If your able, there are sidewalks of restaurants nearby too and if not they offer to drive me to one. I just walk because Punta Gorda is beautiful.

When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Cheryl King who was very friendly and personable. Without hesitation, she went and got the keys to the vehicle we were interested in and accompanied us on a test drive. Upon agreeing on a price, the paperwork was drawn up quickly and Zeke Garcia worked with us to get everything signed. All the folks we dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for helping us with our "new to us" car purchase!

We had a fantastic experience here with Sage Dillon. The process was smooth, fast (compared to most dealerships) and we felt they were honest. We didn t fell pressured to buy and they were great at laying out the options for us. We ended up purchasing a 2018 Toyota Camry for our 2nd home in Florida.

Gettel Toyota went above and beyond to help me make my first car purchase! I worked directly with Dwayne Moore and he made the entire process easy. He communicated clearly, helped me understand all of my options, and was happy to answer any of my (multiple) questions. I am a caregiver for my 86 year old grandmother and leaving the house is difficult. Dwayne made the car buying process pain free buy having the car delivered right to my house. I highly recommend Gettel Toyota for any of your car buying needs. Will definitely be a return client when looking for another car in the future.

I contacted Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County back in October of 23 to place a special order for a vehicle; we ended up coming to agreed terms in November and I placed a deposit for the vehicle of $1000. After waiting for a handful of months for them to get allocated the vehicle and communicating with the sales associate I was working with (Birgit - who was a delight to deal with) we ultimately decided they would not be able to get what I was after. I finally decided to just have one shipped from a dealer that actually had one on the way, I went in to get a refund on my deposit on 03/27/2024 and had no issues; the sales manager was a little rough in his approach as to me canceling the deposit but did not give me any issues and I left with my full refund. I fully expected to have to fight for my money back but am glad they are a standup dealer that recognized how long I had already waited. I will not hesitate to go back to them in the future next time I am considering a Toyota.

Ryan is my hero, he took time out to communicate with my warranty company . Gave me a loner. I m new to Florida and didn t know about my free windshield law. Ashley was friendly and articulate. A crack was on my windshield and she has me set up to replace it. Thanks Guys. My first experience with Gettel Toyota was excellent and to me first impression is a lasting one. Gettel Toyota is the only place that I trust with my car. I m usually skeptical with dealership because of past bad experience but you have my trust. Thanks again

I will start by saying this place and people make you feel at home. I went to several dealers and this was not the case at those other dealers. I worked with Cole who is new and Mike as my salesman and they were easy to work with. Cole responded right away doing a great job getting me to come in. He was very personable and actually cared about you as a customer. Would highly recommend either of these guys if you want a great hassle free experience. 10/10

Friendly and efficient service. I brought my Rav 4 Prime in for my last covered regular maintenance and to have a recall done. John Tremblay was my service manager. Because a part had to be ordered for the recall, he ensured my next visit would be quick. I did return and my car was serviced in a very timely manner. Thank you. We recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna from Gettel Toyota of Charlotte County. Sales Associate, Murray Wallace did an exceptional job of welcoming us into the showroom, explaining the features of the vehicle, and answering questions about the car. We purchased the vehicle because the pricing was good and the vehicle was in great shape. The business manager was overly aggressive in trying to sell us the extended warranty.

My husband and I were in search of a new vehicle. We really wanted two new vehicles but weren't sure if two would fit into our budget. We explained what we were looking for and what our maximum budget was to Brian, the General Sales Manager and Sage, our Product Specialist and let them try to make it work. Happily, Brian was able to offer us two great new vehicles that perfectly fit our needs. Sage walked us through the process and explained the vehicles to us, and the Ezequiel, the Finance Manager had us in and out and on our way in no time. A very nice experience.

I had been bringing my car to a different dealership and felt my time was not one of their priorities. I decided to try Gettel Toyota and I am glad I did. The Service Rep met with me within a few minutes of my arrival, even though I was early for my appointment. I was quoted a fair price for the service I requested and was given a time frame for the repair. The car was ready early and the tech went above and beyond in checking it out; right down to spotting bulbs that were burnt out. Checking out was quick and the bill was what I was quoted. Nice dealing with professionals that care about what they do. I will definitely be back.

The service appointments take longer than I am used to and sometimes you are left waiting even when the car is finished. They still have a sign up from the pandemic about worker shortages that irritates me because I wonder if they focus on the customers needs or their own.Sales is hit or miss and they don't seem very motivated to get your business but that may be only with people who aren't willing to overpay. Florida's car buying experience is definitely different than I am used too.

I brought my tundra on for an 80,000 mile service, the service guy (assistant manager) sold me extra stuff maintenance wise (transmission flush or clean). I checked with him before leaving the dealership to eat breakfast. When I returned, I informed my service rep so he knew I was on the property. He replied it would be another hour to complete the transmission fluid exchange. I returned an hour and a half later and inquired as to when my vehicle would be done. The service guy was doing something on his phone and then looked and stated he was getting ready to check on it, but would rather settle my bill first. Well, if my truck is not yet done with service, why would i pay the bill now? What if the mechanic finds something else that needs attention? I told the service rep, that I will gladly pay my bill, once my service is completed. My truck finally arrived and I paid my bill. Customer service skills are lacking for this individual, especially if he is an assistant manager for the service department. Venice Toyota treated me a lot better than this dealership. It may be worth the drive in the future for my vehicle service needs.

First off our salesman Desmond Pierre is the best. He always goes above and beyond to help his customers. No one better. And it s been great from the time we walked in the door til we leave. We have two Tacoma s and absolutely love them.

Worst customer experience ever. Came yesterday and spent two hours waiting for installation of a new tire which was supposed to be covered under warranty. The person that was taking care of me came saying I will need to come back the next day because they didn t have the tire. Came back next day, around the time he said and the place was swamped. He told me they were keeping the rim and when I come back the next day all they had to do was swap the spare with the new tire. Ha ha ha , don't make promises to customers you can t keep. I have been waiting for more than two hours for 1 tire, at this point I can install it myself under 20 minutes. They charged me more than the Venice dealership even though it was supposed to be under warranty. Not a good experience whatsoever. If you value your time and Money go some place else.

My husband and I were looking to buy a Rav 4. We have never owned a Toyota before but, we were looking for a small SUV with good safety ratings. We met with Birgit and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She had us test drive a regular gas model and then a hybrid. She explained everything about both models during the test drive and made us feel very comfortable in both cars. We opted for the hybrid and we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you Birgit for all of your help with our purchase.

Mark Stewart the sales associate was excellent going to bat for us, traipsing back & forth to help make the numbers work. The managerial & financial/ closing departments were there for us also, but again Mark was our person! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and had them service both. Salesman was easy to work with. Service department was pricey but always did a good job.Unfortunately shortly after both purchases the calls, emails, letters and harassment began. Please come trade. Please come buy new. I ve asked to be removed on numerous occasions! I will never set foot back on that dealership and I do not recommend anyone to! Buy a car the dealership takes pride in selling and understands you will want to keep!

The best part of my experience was that I did not get attacked by the sales people. Friendly customer service and they give you plenty of space to breathe and think about a large purchase such as a new vehicle. My salesman, Kenneth, was super easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and relatable. Not for a moment did I feel pressured or cornered like other dealerships do. Kenneth worked with me on negotiating a price that I was comfortable with and left the dealership happy with my investment. Management made their best effort to come to an agreement with me so that we all end on a deal comfortable for everyone.

This is a great dealership with great employees in all departments! Mark Stewart from sales has been working with me to get my dream car since June of this year and has been amazing throughout the whole process. It s my first car purchase and he has been very understanding, informative and has made sure all of my wants and needs have been met with this sale. I finalized my sale on Friday and got to meet Rhiannon Richards, a lovely woman that works in the finance department, and she was also very wonderful and easy to work with. She helped me through every step and made sure I understood everything I was signing and agreeing to. Everyone I ve had the pleasure of meeting and or working with at this dealership has gone out of their way and all have dazzling personalities that make the environment inviting and comfortable. If anyone ever asks me, Hey, what s a good car dealership to get a car from? I will 1,000% recommend Gettel of Charlotte County every time!

My wife and I moved to the area in early 2023 and neededto find a dealership to continue servicing my Tundra.Coming from a top tier dealership in PNW that we had been loyal costumers of for well over 20 years.Gettel Toyota of Charlotte county service is poor in my opinion and extremely overpriced and not even having basic services included with oil changes like tire rotation, interior vacuuming , providing a summary of items checked and fluids topped off as well at least offering a car wash.All this is included at my previous dealership during an oil change for the same amount they charge.I thought I was just unlucky on the first visit and returned for my most recent service and to diagnose a small oil leak I had developed since last visit.Was surprised at time to pick my vehicle up with not a free estimate on issue but a full vehicle diagnostic including up to 3 thousand dollars worth of upcoming services that were going to be needed in the next 20k or 2 years time as needed per the owners manual, some of which had already been performed by me and all these are available to view through the Toyota app/website.I was completely aware of all upcoming services as I look through the owners manual and keep detailed records on my truck.All this at my charge I never consented them doing.They offered a small discount when I brought this to their attention and offered to wave charges if I had any upcoming services performed by them, what a huge SCAM!They lost my business and a future sale which I purchased at a smaller more reputable dealership.
