**BEWARE**The only reason I am giving any stars was due to the kind, attentive & knowledgeable salesman Kyle. Went there to buy a vehicle for my son, who mind you was already scammed out of thousands from the purchase of his first vehicle because the seller was not honest & covered up the "cancer" on the vehicle. Thought going through a dealership would be our safest best & extended our budget in doing so. The price listed on their website is NOT the price of the vehicle, nor did they give any of the discounts listed to make the price even close to the listed price. Anywho, my son loved the car & we found a way to make it work upon the "We Owe" from the dealership. First off I was told they would call to schedule the maintenance owed on the we owe, yet a week went by & I never received a call. I call to schedule & the major issue we noticed on test drive wasn't even listed on my account, luckily I have a copy of the we owe. Get there with the car, same issue... and I explained to Steve for the second time, once on the phone, once in person we listed it as an alignment bc of the funny driving, but not entirely sure that was the main issue. I was then told I would have to pay an additional $189 for a diagnostic check, which I declined bc it should have already been inspected if it went through the 200 point inspection, right?! Not only was the car that "supposedly" went through their 200 point inspection in their shop for 2 days. I received the car back with the same issues as if it was never touched!!!! Although they say they changed the brakes & plugged a tire. Which I did NOT ask for! Nor did they call to confirm I would like it done beforehand. Therefore, to my surprise I was charged for when I went to pick up said vehicle. Which I could have had my local mechanic do for much cheaper, mind you. Now the vehicle has to go back b/c a piece was on back order & will take "weeks" I was told & to expect a call when the part arrives. They also have listed on their website "complimentary pickup and delivery** and a complimentary loaner vehicle or alternative transportation should you need it while your Lincoln is being serviced. They ordered me a lyft but would not take me home bc it was "too far" the lyft was the worst ride I ever experienced & actually had multiple people watching my location to ensure my safety, that bad! I mean no a/c, all his dash lights were on... just terrifying. I did not request a lyft back. And when I inquired about a loaner, I was flat out asked what my phone # was & immediately told "no, we don't do loaners." I'm very weary to bring the vehicle back to finish the service. Just a terrible, unhonest, shady experience & I do not recommend them at all!

worst service i ve ever had dropped car off at 10:30 was told i don t even have a appointment when the manager mike told me to come down, i live over 2 hours away and will have to drive all the way back down for them to fix a problem that was sworn to be fixed already. they finally took my vehicle at 10:30 today waited till 6:30 around in the area for them to tell me they don t even know why the vehicle is in service. after talking with the manager he informed me my vehicle is not fixed and i will have to wait for a part to be ordered then drive back down here . let s see if the second time i make a 2 hour drive it will be any different don t recommend at all

I don t know how your company survives, I ve called three times to get my Aviator serviced. Each time nobody was available to take my call. I ve chatted and they said they would set up service. No results. My next step is to come into your show room and cause such a scene that potential customers will leave,Dave Krol

My '04 Lincoln LS has a radiator system hose leak. They claimed the part was "obsolete" and could not obtain one. Meanwhile, I went online and found it and another shop is hopefully going to help. Also they did an oil change that I HAD asked for but wasn't necessary until the car was running again! I ended up paying them $184.05 for an oil change I didn't need on a car THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX.....

Going on day 3 and the service department has not even looked at my car. I brought in in monday morning for an appointment! Nobody answers the phones or calls back. Terrible customer service

Professional and courteous with apparent excellent repair technicians. Waiting room clean and comfortable. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
