I never thought I d be the one posting a review this bad. I bought my car at the end of September, I m officially 2 month and 6 days with my new vehicle. My experience was so bad my conscious wouldn t allow me to not say something. I know it s too late for me but maybe it ll save someone else thousands of dollars!I don t even want to throw names out there because the amount of negligence that happened with my vehicle and service would most likely get someone fired.I don t believe the gettel advantage I got was the norm but my gettel advantage was a $3000 waste. The dealer had my car for two weeks. I drove from Orlando twice and time everything smelled right like things were clean but it was really a bandaid. As you can see from the photos it wasn t I should ve saved the photo of my cabin filter it had squirrel feces on it. Which it should due to the gettel advantage air cabin spray. After I asked the manager to comp me for getting my car detailed, even though it was supposed to be detailed when I got it back he said yes and has now ghosted me.Truth be told unless you re buying a brand new less than 20,000 mile car off the lot and negotiate to not get the ghetto advantage. It s not worth buying from here. If you don t mind throwing away some money, feel free to shop here you ll enjoy the experience. I can not recommend this company to anyone I know based off of the service, ignorance and attitude I got.

While it took us five hours to close the deal, we had a really good experience with Gettle. We brought our own financing which may have been a factor either way, but in the end, everyone was great to work with. Jexson in Sales is awesome, highly recommended.

Easiest purchase in most friendly staff I have ever experienced in the car dealership. Thanks to Kyle and Michael! Adding to my first comments, I have now experienced bringing my car back for an oil change tire rotation, but also completely redoing my protection package. Another great experience with the service staff rental cars, so I was able to do what I needed to do Love the dealership!

Me and my husband had such a great experience, we each left with a car that was the perfect fit for us , Manny Turner went above and beyond to make us happy and had us laughing the entire time, he made sure he got us each a car that fit our personality and lifestyles, the staff was also just as amazing it felt like a family there and we were treated as such!!!!!! I definitely recommend anyone looking to buy to check this dealership out and of course ask for Manny you won't regret it!!!

BEWARE of this dealership. We purchased a used automobile here and the next day it would not start! It cost us a jump start a new battery only to find out the bulbs for lighting need replacement as well. STILL have no title from our January 2024 purchase due to the missing paperwork and getting a call that we would be on our second delay in February. Well, here we are in mid-March and can t get a call back from Gettel Lincoln.They promise but they don t deliver. Do yourself a favor and don t buy anything from them.UPDATE- Now we find out that they collected over 400 for registration and only sent in 72 dollars. We have to pay 271 dollars to get our vehicle registered! They are a ripoff on all fronts from sales to processing.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

Reached an agreement over the phone, got there and they honored everything. They took great care of us. Manny went over all the features on the car and showed where to adjust settings. Paperwork went really smooth too. In and out in no time!

I had my first big girl about a month ago and decided to buy a Lincoln. Jaxson at Gettel Lincoln was such a great help. He was very honest and straightforward. I though buying a first car was going to be so nerve racking, but Jaxon helped me tremendously by breaking everything down and throughly explaining how the purchase would go about.

Dropped off my suv because it was running rough and smelled of antifreeze. Found out the antifreeze was going into the engine oil and causing damage. The engine had to be replaced.Gettel contacted my warranty company. They got rental car on Saturday and had the engine replaced and ready for pick up by Thursday. They did all this in less than a week!!! Great job Gettel!!!Thank you for getting me back on the road.M. Franklin

It was a very poor experience and it bordered on feeling singled out and not treated the same as others. When we started receiving all the follow up canned survey emails after the sale, I emailed the GM directly to contact us and that never happened. We love the vehicle and the deal is done so we don't have to associate any longer. Additionally we're told They would fill the gas tank. They did not.

If you're looking for vehicle service from a dealership that respects their customers, you've definitely found the wrong place in Gettel Lincoln. I made an appointment to get some work done on a car, and the online scheduler didn't have anything available for the same week, so I accepted an appointment the following week. Within the next 7 days, I not only received one email confirmation for my appointment, but also three sales emails, including one from the dealership manager to the sales manager with instructions to email literally everyone in the customer database with a sales offer. And then today, I get a phone call, not from the service department, but from the sales department saying they'd love to have my car on their lot.Apparently this is what you can expect from this dealership. Aggressively rude sales tactics. Thanks, but no thanks. I've already cancelled that appointment.

So not sure on the sales department, however the service department needs improvement.My service tech was good, however the service techs are another story.I brought in my truck and got the we can not seem to duplicate the issue.. now I understand that unless they are duplicate the issue they can not fix it, however if this happened 1 time I would understand it. I brought in my truck 3 separate times to have them tell me 3 times they can not duplicate the issue. To only have another dealership or mechanic shop easily find the problem and get it corrected.Now this isn t my complaint (even though they should hire more competent service techs) on the 3rd of we can seem to duplicate the issue, I reflected that on the review they sent me.Explaining the same as I stated above, to now have the dealership tell me since I gave them a poor review they will not do any service to any of my vehicles So unless you give them a glowing review they will not assist you further

We bought a very nice used Lincoln Navigator from them and were treated very well with no pressure to purchase it. Driving 3 hours from eastern Florida to there was well worth it. The vehicle was in perfect condition for a 2008 with only 61,000 miles on it and it had a clean CarFax. Our salesman, Manny, answered all of our questions and treated us very well. I would strongly recommend this dealership when buying a used vehicle!

I was in contact with Manny at the dealership and he was absolutely efficient and honorable in our dealings. The Finance manager was by far the best informative and nicest finance person I have ever dealt with. My overall buying experience was very positive and I would recommend any of my friends not to hesitate in dealing with Gettel Lincoln.

Gettel dealership was chosen because they had the largest stock available. From the moment I arrived I was helped, directed and shown the automobile I was interested in, the Nautilus. RANDY EILERT moved a number of cars into the front so that I could get in and experience the car first hand since I had a back injury. He is pleasant and knowledgeable and answered every question. Every employee that I came in contact with was pleasant. The entire buying experience was painless, and a pleasure; what a wonderful team. CONGRATULATIONS to the owners for your choice of employees. Went in today ready to buy a car today.Our original sales person the day I came into test drive, Jexsen, was super attentive and very informative.But we Went in today, unfortunately had a different sales person today, Randy.He CLEARLY did not want a sale. He was super rude and condescending. Seemed annoyed with us and just absolutely unpleasant. I have never met a more arrogant sales person. and it s unfortunate because we are in sales as well.The listed price online was $8,000 cheaper than what he was asking. And the $3,000 gettel advantage add on is unnecessary and you can t even request to take it off.Honestly, even if the price was right, i wouldn t feel right buying a car from him.

I am not sure why Florida continues to allow deceptive advertising.The salesman who called me was friendly and answered my questions factually, but the management of this dealer (and all FL dealers) engages in shady pricing.there are $6000+ in additional fees over their advertised price on a USED car they have listed for $33,000. That is 18%.
