I would definitely find another repair shop! Cost went from $9800 initially to over $19,000 and 16 supplements. Gettel Collision Center had my car from April 4th until June 21st. The car was returned with a a coolant leak, misaligned and damaged hood, paint runs, and a broken bracket. The car was towed back to Gettel due to the leak. I addressed the issues with Kenn Murphy and JP the manager MULTIPLE TIMES over the course of the next 6+ weeks while they worked on the car. Neither were very responsive. Finally on the morning of August 4th JP advised that everything was done and they were putting the car back together and I could pick up the car at the end of the day. He d call with an update. I got a call at about 3:45. JP said the car was back together and looked great but the issue with the hood was a manufacturer s defect. I could accept the car as is or I could leave it with them and they would return the hood to Honda and Honda would replace it under warranty. He ultimately agreed to return the car and take car of the hood at a later time. I had to wait until the following day to pick up the car so it could be cleaned. When I picked up the car the hood was still misaligned and damaged, the paint run was still there, other joints were also off, nicks unpainted spots where metal met metal. During the time that they had it metallic debris was sprayed all over the car causing rising and damage to the paint. It was also dirty. Returning the car after 4 months in this condition is completely unacceptable. I contacted the insurance company and they referred me to another shop to do business with. Notice the fit of the hood. Unfortunately the photo doesn t capture the poor fit of the hood, fenders, and bumper.

Dont ever go to Gentle body shop. I had minor repair after being hit in the rear. October 6 2023. Couldnt bring car in until they schedule me. Car had to sit in my driveway until November 6th appointment. After not getting a call from them I called. No one ever answers phone. Called many times , left messages , nothing. After my 2012 Corvette Gran Sport sat in their lot for 3 months I got a call. I was told that an obscure part not even damaged is not made anymore by Chevrolet/GM. I was told they couldnt find the part anywhere in country wide search. I dont believe they searched. Got call from my insurance company that will be declared a total loss. Car was taken to Copart to be auctioned off. I will NEVER go to Gettel for anything ever again. Horrible place run by crooks.

I recently had my vehicle repaired here. I was hit by another driver and their insurance had me bring it to Ken Murphy. He was amazing at explaining the whole process and making sure my vehicle was repaired to pre accident condition! It s a tough job to turn a bad day into a great experience. Good job Gettel team!!!

They do great work! Everyone there is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to and with about the work being done to your vehicle... esp Kenn Murphy... he's the best... highly recommend him and this facility.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The only thing this place is good at is committing insurance fraud! If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. My jeep compass has been at the Gettel Collision Center since October 11th, 2023 and I did not pick it up until February 16th and of course not without a fight. At first the manager said that the Jeep manufacturers were on strike and that a warehouse in Canada should be opening up soon so that they could order the parts that they needed. I was understanding. A few weeks later they had the parts and got to work fixing the car. From there, it was one thing after another, multiple supplements and multiple phone calls made to Gettel that were never returned. Good luck getting anyone on the phone there because the girls up front just do not answer. If you are lucky and get someone on the phone, they will promise to have the manager call you and guess what, they won't! This went on for over four months. A few weeks before picking my car up,I was told by JP, another manager there, that my car was finished but once they put the vehicle through QC they noticed some other issues and were getting error readings that they could not understand. So I called my insurance adjuster to see if he had heard anything from Gettel and after 3 months he was shocked to hear that my car was still there because Gettel had not communicated with him whatsoever AND had never formally requested additional supplements. Gettel has lied repeatedly about the circumstances, specifically Steve who is a waste of space and resources. Steve has been downright rude on the rare occasions that he has actually answered and has hung up on me multiple times for simply asking questions that he didn t have a lie for yet. Finally, I am told that the car is done on Wednesday (2/9), they are just waiting on the supplement. I called my insurance company and they said they had submitted their part, all they needed was for Gettel to provide receipts of the work done. Conveniently, Gettel could not provide proof of their work with receipts. On Monday (2/12) I called Gettel and Steve answered (shocking). I asked what the status was and he said Well we have been waiting for the supplement for 2 weeks now I cut him off right there and explained how he was flat out lying because he did not even request the supplement until my car was finished 3 days prior. On February 14th, my insurance adjuster had to physically go to the facility to try and work this out and get me my car back. Gettel still could not provide proof of their work, therefore, my insurance company was unable to write the check. Finally Gettel agreed to only bill for what they could prove they did. This is the shadiest establishment! Come to find out, they were billing my insurance company for parts that my car did not even have! Not to mention that once my car was ready to picked up, they never called me to inform me, in fact when I showed up to pick the car up, they lost it. They claimed to replace my rear window and they did not!! I wish I had read the reviews before having Gettel work on my car, if you are thinking about using them, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!!!

I've always experienced exceptional service, and above and beyond attitude at Gettel! Ken Murphy was always there to answer any question I called with! I will be bringing all my future car repair needs to them!

I have had several vehicles repaired at this shop over the years. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. They did not let the insurance company push them around. Special thanks to Jessica and Kenn.

John Paul and ken murphy are insurance scammers! When you walk in a sign says At least we showed up to work really pathetic once you get to work work u give a service not order parts and store them while my car still has same parts missing parts and charge for bumpers, hood, fenders and doors that you keep and never put on my car that s a crime! It s considered theft and fraud! John Paul laughed at us when we called him out , ken Murphy refused to speak to us when we wanted to talk to him about taking a 9800 estimate to 20k on a fender bender. I just noticed ken Murphy left a review for his own job even more pathetic. Not only do you scam customers you scam google with fake reviews hoping to keep all the people you upset from effecting the real score from the scam work you provide!

Ian damaged my car I was told it would take a year to get to it . I dropped it off 1/8/24 - I was asked if I had another fob two weeks after I dropped it off . They lost or missed placed the other fob. It is now 2/20/24 a week ago Monday I was told they were waiting on a bumper , then weds it was glass they were waiting for,now they are waiting for paper work I will be looking to buy a new vehicle but it won't be from them .

Rude, incompetent and INSURANCE FRAUD!! They lost my car tried to fry the computer before I drove it off the lot and didn t fix half the stuff they billed the insurance company for. In addition, their only positive reviews are from their own employees!

Man I dont know what these other people are talking about. My car looked amazing when I picked up. It took twice as long than originally said, but that was due to insurance and parts delays. Apart from those delays everything went good. Gave them a wrecked car, got a fixed one back

Had wife s car for months and used with aftermarket parts that didn t fit at all. Took back and they explained they would have to order an OEM bumper to fit properly along with an OEM headlight that works properly. They ordered parts and I took it back in. They had it a week, replaced the headlight and left the bumper as is hanging off the vehicle. Called last Saturday and now a week later on Friday with no return call. Unacceptable piss poor customer service, quality control and workmanship. Avoid at all costs

Just finally took home my beautiful Mercedes! Unfortunately it did take quite a few weeks to get my baby all fixed up but the wait was well worth it. Jorge was very communicative with me throughout the entire process. I guess the saying you cant rush perfection really does apply here. Overall I would highly recommend Gettel to anyone needing their car repaired, they really do make it look brand new again :)Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Poor workmanship! Worst, laziest excuse for a job done wrong. Stay away, far away from these hacks. Ripoff specialist. My Lincoln required a three coat process for the pearlized white finish and they only did the first white coat, but charged for all. POS

This was the second time I've had to get a car repaired here and this had even better results than the first time. I had my hood painted because of sun fade and when I went to pick is up it looked like a new car. Color matched perfectly and they took the time to give the whole car a going over. This shop is really easy to work with. Great people and one heck of a paint shop.M. Simpson
