I bought a 2024 2500 Laramie truck that has had many issues, along with not starting on several occasions. I've turned off the safety features because it makes the vehicle unsafe for my passengers, horses that I generally tow and other people on the road. It's been in the shop for a total of 4 weeks. The first time I returned the truck, it only had 58 miles on it. Several men tried to tell me I was imagining things. Many of the electronics, still only work sporadically.It has had three front end alignments before it had 2,000 miles on it. It's still occasionally chimes three times without any information on the dashboard. I have always loved my Dodge trucks.After this mistake truck, I will never buy a Dodge truck again. I'm honestly not sure I would buy from the dealership again.Some of the staff is wonderful and some of the staff is absolutely horrible.

Buying a new car is never fun. But They made it as painless as possible. My salesman, James Freeman was great! If you go there, I would ask for him personally and you will get the best treatment available. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for and got me the price I was willing to pay. I Can t say enough good things about the sales team. Financing office and signing the paperwork was a Breeze.

GREAT PLACE! Michael & Josh in sales are awesome. Got me in what I wanted. Made the experience super easy and fun. Gary & Jimmy in finance got my payment where I needed it, explained everything thoroughly and we re both a pleasure to work with. Will definitely refer anyone I know looking for a new vehicle to Gettel. My family and I will also be return customers. Thanks guys!

I was hesitant responding to an ad for a jeep wrangler on sale at the Gettel dealership. Before I ventured to the lot, I spoke with salesman Noah B. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He assured me this was a legitimate sale price. Upon arriving at the dealership, Noah worked with me to close the sale in a way that was transparent and a very positive outcome as I purchased the Jeep I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. I I highly recommend Noah if you are interested in buying a vehicle.

Matt Olivier and Jimmie G were great. Matt had the car ready for my test drive when I got there. Went through all the operating instructions with me. After a little negotiating I was able the get the car a price we thought was fair. Jimmie G went through all the financing stuff and explained everything. He also had some very good added ons like extended warranty and oil change packages that were really reasonably price. A very good experience all around.

Love the new Jeep , over $12,000 in add ons !Michael Horn is beyond professional and in my opinion should be sales management ,but we did have issues with mystery dents showing up on the sides the day we took it home . The issues arise after the sale and it took Josh Davis the sales manger to step in a help Michael Horn get the issues fixed. Yes we d still buy again in fact we bought two more the following day from their Toyota dealer.

Go talk to Michael Horn he will help you out and NOT be one of those pushy sales people. He treats you like family and does his best to get you the best deal. Bought 2 cars from him in the past month and I can honestly say I m super impressed with him and his dedication to customer satisfaction!! BEST PERSON IVE EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM AND IVE BOUGHT WAY TO MANY!

Noah was great to work with. Worked with me to make the purchase happen and came in on his day off to wrap everything up. Even offered to deliver my vehicle. Everyone loves cars but usually not the buying experience, Noah made it painless and was extremely professional. Jimmy G was efficient and cordial. I feel like I can call those guys anytime and get my questions or issues resolved. Great dealership

This dealership and everyone in it was amazing. Went home in a new 2023 dodge charger same day, thanks to James Freeman. Went in with attitude of if I get a great deal I will buy. Test drove a used car that caught my attention. I used to work in a dealership. Told them give me your best offer right away otherwise I walk. In ten minutes we came to an agreement. Then told them get me through financing in 30 minutes or less and we have a deal, otherwise I walk. I have a new car. Come in with your ducks in a row and it can be quick and painless.

I can't say enough about the Sales Rep -Michael Horn and how he helped get me back into a new Jeep after my other one got totalled at only 2 1/2 years old( not my fault > ).He got me into another Jeep Gladiator and was able to get my payments lower than my previous Jeep which fit right into my monthly budget allowance! He was SO helpful, knowledgeable, understanding of the circumstances for which I was there, he was kind and very friendly. A real pleasure!Thank you, Michael and staff!I love my High Velocity yellow Jeep Gladiator!Awesome dealership and staff!

Liked the price we paid for the vehicle and the vehicle itself. However the second set of keys for the vehicle were lost , the vehicle was filthy and was not detailed as promised and the fuel was not topped off as usual. Was told when we purchased that someone would come pick up the vehicle to take it back to the dealership to install trailer hitch and floor mats that we ordered. That did NOT happen. And now we will have to travel back to the dealership for the other set of keys and fight to have the vehicle detailed properly. Typical car dealer, making promises that don t happen.

Mike and Jimmy along with the rest of the late night team really went above and beyond to help me when I was truly in need. They found me a new car within my price range the same day I asked for help after the last vehicle they sold me was totalled just weeks after my purchase. Tracy was absolutely amazing , I have been going to a different dealer for all service on my gladiator but I will be changing to Gettel . The communication is key and she definitely has that down !

Yesterday I went into Gettel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram just to browse their inventory, I did not think I would be leaving with my dream car. My salesman, Sawyer Swindle, was fantastic. He asked me what exactly I wanted and did not try to persuade me into anything other than that. He was very personable and did everything he could for me while I was there.I was told that I would be leaving that dealership with a car and I left with one that I love. Sawyer and Josh Davis, the general sales manager, ended up getting me into my dream car at the end of the day, for a fantastic price. They were accommodating with everything I asked and they worked with me on every aspect. I even had issues with setting up mobile apps and when I called the dealership Sawyer was able to help me no issues. Once I left the dealership they still cared about my experience. I will be recommending this dealership, Sawyer, and Josh to everyone I know looking for a vehicle.SHOUTOUT to those two!!!!Although finding the car was a great experience, my experience with the finance person was not as smooth or pleasing. With that being said, Josh Davis came in and made the issue right. Once again another great experience I had with him.Overall, I am beyond happy with my purchase and happy that I was able to work with Sawyer and Josh!

The Sales Agent Noah showed Complete lack of integrity and character and because of his misleading, my wife and i missed a great deal at the GMC Buick dealership.We went in with a mailer and assumed that it was from the Chrysler Dodge building. The sales agent took the mailer and said in-fact it was from them, Knowing that it wasn't he tried selling us a vehicle but I was not liking the terms and payments.I got a call from another sales agent at the Buick Chevrolet dealer stating the mailer was from them. I went back to get the mailer that had a $1000.00 voucher a chance to enter the raffle drawing and the agent Noah could not find the mailer and lied that he handed it in to a supervisor knowing he did not. It was a shamble he stalled wasting my time. (the mailer was required to be in hand in order to get a deal on the trade in of our Buick enclave (hence i was so inclined to get it back)I called to make a formal complaint and was given the run around by other staff who answered the phones Now I'm leaving a review. Be careful dealing with slick, non integral sales people at this particular dealership. Fair Warning

Excellent customer service. I am going to start with Mrs. Baker, she replied back within 3 minutes after i sent my first request. After i got my appointment, Lian Galvez took care of me. Very respectful and always on top. Gave me plenty of options to get my Tacoma out of the dealership. Excellent customer service.

We have never been so disappointed with dealership service than we have with Gettel Dodge! Our truck was attempted to be returned to us as if someone went mudding in it. We had just had it professionally detailed before taking it in. Service manager didn't seem too concerned just very non-chalant said "yeah, it shouldn't look like that." Seriously! Then Looking at our bill after we picked it up there's a $25 charge for "Detail Shop Supplies", so you charged us for cleaning what you messed up!Wouldn't give us the name of the employee who drove our truck, what standards you hold your employees too? Apparently the same as the management...not very high! Never again!!

Based on recommendations from customers of Gettel and needing a new car I visited the Gettel Jeep showroom at 3:00 pm. Noah Bagoly was my sales person. He went over the 2 Grand Cherokee Summits he had in stock. He had 1 brought out for me to drive. I liked it and bought it.Then the 3 hours of paperwork started. Noah said paying cash required the same amount of time as financing though Gettel gets a kick back on financing. I paid cash. No kickback for me. Noah told me about a survey that would be sent to me and asked that I give him a 10. If I wasn t going to give him a 10 he said don t sendl in the survey. The survey was buried in a lot of emails I received about the purchase. . I was even called to follow up on it. No response after I even called to request it be resentThere were a number of calls made to Noah. He never returned the calls.As part of the purchase we needed a tow package added. It took a number of calls to get this set up. We were told we would have a car while the work was being done. We didn t know we would have to go to the rental car place, pay a deposit to get the car.I was very disappointed in the customer service of this Jeep dealer. I was told I would be given my EZ pass and sunglasses I inadvertently left in my trade in but no one remembered.
