I had my car towed in for fuel pump before I towed it everything was good on car everthing worked.I had them put in fuel pump that they over charged and ripped me off upon going to get the car we get there car does not run they said they didn't know what's wrong after just paying.One week later they come up with a lie and said water in tank they charge me again for there mess up.After picking car up gas gauge not working and car is leaking gas.I called them they said bring it in.I bring it to them and they lied and said they put a new fuel pump in it .I get it back same problems.and they also broke my rear seat.Do not use these clowns they don't know what there doing and over charge there a rip off scam they should be out of buisness.

When I wanted a new (used) car, I had to check out the place that said "I'd give 'em away but my wife won't let me"! I wanted a pick up truck but cars were closer to my price range. I bought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata from here & I just love it! The blue color had a hint of purple in it & the cost was reasonable. Overall it was a good purchase & a pleasant experience.

We were only in for a few days and our headlight went out. After numerous places that couldn t take us. Gormans said to come right down, and they would fit us in. Rearranged my entire day because they said they could get my truck in to look it over. Had to walk 40 minutes home after dropping it off, then 40 minutes back to get there before they closed. Get there and find out that they hadn't touched it and said they could get to it in a week and a half.

I broke a fan belt and called for help. They told me exactly how to get there and when I pulled up, they took me right in. I was out and on the road amazingly quickly and was charged exactly what was estamated. Good job, great service, reasonable cost and friendly people. I was impressed for an out of towner.

Friendly people. Too early to tell on the workmanship but expect it will be good. Do not believe their estimates. They upcharged from their quote of $620 to $750. Their $32 oil change was reasonable though. I don't think I'll go back. I usually use Murdock Auto near North Port but couldn't get there this time. I will make more effort to get to Murdock's in the future though.

I had an extremely complicated repair involving the charging system. I had replaced everything personally before taking it to them. They verified the alternator worked on the bench and started checking the wiring harness. This is an 1987 corolla sports sedan, very rare. Eventually they traced the issue to the dash and the wiring to the gage on the dash. They did not want to remove the dash because they most likely would damage it. Their lead tech designed a new circuit to charge the battery with proper fuses etc, if it doesn't charge the alternator is dead. I don't think I could find another repair station like thisto handle such an issue.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

The A/C stopped working in my car so I called around to get it repaired all I have to say is the team at Gene Gorman Auto Repair are very professional and fixed the vehicle at a very reasonable price and even gave me lifetime time warranty on the new parts they put in my car with a 2 year labor warranty and I even got a free car wash. Definitely go check them out !!

I love the staff at Gene Gorman Sarted out at another car dealer who said I had to have my entire interior taken out Went to Gorman turns out it was just the battery. Saved me thousands!!

Made an appointment to have the timing checked on my F150.when I arrive two days later for the appointment I was told they didn't have a timing light!1. Why no timing light at an automotive repair shop?2. Why didn't they call me (My name, number and type of vehicles are in their computer)?0 customer service.
