Recently purchased my 2017 mustang here and let me tell you, this wasn t like other car dealerships I ve been too. They took good care of me and were as helpful as can be. The process and paperwork was quick and they made it easy to understand. Michael answered all my questions and was very easy to work with. He didn t try to upsell me on anything and treated me like an actual person, unlike other dealerships that corner you and try to bully you into buying from them. Chris was also super helpful. Great customer service!!!

Thank you Rob and Chris for the best experience. You both made shopping for a mom car easy and fast for our family. Not only did we receive good customer care but we really felt at home. It wasn t just buy this and go they actually care about their customers. I love my upgrade and couldn t be more thankful to be able to leave with the keys in my hands. I definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a new vehicle.

Came here and got the deal and sales person ever. I spoke with Freddy Fox and one thing I can say is that he was very helpful. Buying a car can be very stressful especially when most places you go make you feel like you have to buy there or they are lying just to make the sale, well not here. He was patient knowledgeable and honestly honest. I would definitely recommend going here to purchase a car they will get you right!

We were fortunate to stumble on to Gene Gorman s after relocating here in 2004. At last count we have purchased over 15 vehicles for ourselves and our children. Chris has been our go to guy for the last several years. He is amazing and we trust him 100%. We do not shop at any other dealers. We let Chris know what we are looking for and he always finds the exact vehicle at a fair price.We have never been dissatisfied with any of our experiences. We trade cars sometimes several a year and we would never look anywhere else. Our adult children will never look elsewhere else and we send all our friends to California Chris for a confident and rewarding experience.

I have bought multiple cars from Chris at this Gormans. He s always treated us fairly and he goes over and above his job title when taking care of his customers . Jeff is also a great sales person there, he kept an eye out for the type of cars we were looking for and guided us away from vehicles he felt would not match our needs. Again they have directed us towards some great deals. They work with your availability and they sell superior cars. The Owners are stand up people as well. Should a snag arise they do everything in their power to do the right thing. Be assure that you will get great service , quality cars, and helpful honest customer care!

My wife and I came in to shop for new trucks where Chris the manager greeted us with a smile. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Listens to your wants and needs. All around great experience and would recommend to anybody looking for a new vehicle to come here.

My husband and I purchased a 1997 Ford F350 from Greg. The vehicle had issues as soon as we left the lot (it ended up staying overnight at their shop) We were told that they had cleaned the vehicle as well before delivery which they had certainly not. There were debris on the floors, and there s a gas leak as well. Overall it felt like we were not valued due to buying an older truck cash, and not being upsold in order to finance. Any other dealership I had been to would have also filled the vehicle up with gas before delivery took place, which they did not. We will not be purchasing a vehicle from this company again.

Will not purchase a vehicle anywhere else! I traded in my suv for a truck last year and it was a great experience. Freddy is great, he took time to look for the truck I wanted and even spent time with me after hours to get the deal done exactly to my expectations. No pushy sales just honest answers to my questions. Thanks Freddy!

Amazing customer service! Helped me get the best deal for insurance after searching literally 2 hours long(not because the process is slow just because I was very specific on the budget I had to meet for monthly insurance rates). Very friendly,even drove to thier other location to get me the vehicle that would accustom my needs. Micheal and Freddy fox ,thank you guys for getting me back on the road, highly recommend these guys!

Freddy Fox is an awesome, knowledgeable, honest and efficient salesman. After going to the auto dealerships and having them add $3000+ in dealer fees, going to Gene Gorman Auto was so nice having them tell you their $595 total fee up front, with no surprises. Their cars are clean and nice - it s the only place I ll be purchasing autos from in the future.

We just traded our GMC 2500 for a low mileage 2020 Ram eco diesel. Freddy got us great value for our trade in vehicle. He pointed us to the perfect vehicle for our needs. The pricing was fair and the trad-in process went smoothly. Freddy is very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Sammy and the service department did a great job getting the Ram to nearly new truck condition. The entire process was a seamless 5 star experience thanks to Freddy and his coworkers.

They ve helped maintain my vehicles through regular service through their other location as well. All around a good and easy experience, they don t run ya around.

We purchased a vehicle from Freddy Fox at Gene Gormans a little over a month ago, and we are glad we did! We purchased a 2016 Maserati, and as you may know, buying a used vehicle is always a little trying. You feel like you're being pressured. You feel like you're being pressured and pushed. However, our experience here was fabulous! Freddy was great to work with, very communicative, and not pushy. I waited a little while to post the review as a way to make sure the car was in good shape, and we have been very pleased. The car has been great, and there are no issues at all this far! Thank you to Freddy and the whole team for the great experience all around!

BEWARE... I HAVE BOUGHT 4 TRUCKS AND A CADILAC FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THE LAST TRUCK SALE WAS SCREWED UP SO BADLY AND THEY LEFT ME TO FIX IT AND LOSE 3 BUYERS WHEN I WAS TRYING TO SELL... They did not apologize nor did they fix it. I had to fix it. I had to pay more money and more money and more money to fix it. I traded my diesel Nissan for a gas Nissan 1 year difference and Freddy did the paperwork backwards And wound up with the diesel title which was sold to someone else at this point.I took it to Freddy and I showed him as soon as I got it. Oh no he said this is right this is right.... No it was not correct. I had the diesel's title that I have sold to them and they refused.To repair their wrong so now it is taken me 6 to 8 weeks. To re-register unregistered re-register again and another 4 to 6 weeks to get the damn title...still with no apologie... A couple of the guys have attutudes... watch it...

As an out-of-state college student, I approached this dealership with the hope that they would not conform to the typical car dealer stereotypes. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. Barely over two months since the purchase of my vehicle, I discovered a significant issue with the paint job a matter that should have been a straightforward fix for a professional dealership. Despite my attempts to contact them for a resolution, my concerns have been completely ignored. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction and after-sales service. The issue I encountered is relatively minor and should have been easily addressed, yet their silence has been disheartening. This experience has unfortunately reinforced the negative stereotypes of car dealerships, which I had hoped wouldn't be the case. It's especially challenging for students who manage their resources carefully and trust dealerships for significant investments like a car. I hope others take note of this experience before considering this dealership.

I had a 5 star experience buying my car from Gene Gorman ..Freddy guided me to the car that met my expectations and needs and wants: and he found exactly what I was looking for in the 2021 Volvo XC90..The car was delivered to me and the paperwork as well .This was the easiest auto purchase ever , I did not have to take time away from running my business . I want to thank Freddy for his dedication to his craft , enthusiasm ,professionalism and knowledge .He is a shining star in the car business !

Small family dealership which shines in customer service and satisfaction. I begin my search late last year on a specific make and model vehicle that just so happened to be on the lot at Gene Gorman s dealership. From my first phone to Greg I immediately felt he had my best interest in mind. After speaking to him in regards to the vehicle he sent me some additional photos and we scheduled an appointment for that weekend to see the car. Upon arrival my family and I were greeted and shown the car with no wait whatsoever. After talking to Greg for a bit I wanted to take a few days and really make sure the vehicle was the right one for me. During that time Greg reached out once just to make sure there were no other questions he could answer and he never once tried to be pushy salesman. After a few days we were able to negotiate a fair deal for both parties and Greg took it one step further and actually offered to deliver the vehicle to me since I was about 2 hours away. The entire buying process was so personal and quick that it took all of the stress out of what s usually involved with buying a car. I have bought several cars with many dealers and small shops and I would put Greg and Gene Gorman at the top of my list. Now I did have a hiccup on the title work that had nothing to do with Greg or his team but the prior state that issued the title. Here is where Gene Gorman s team earns extra points. Melissa contacted me directly and said she would handle the correction on my behalf. Not only did she send me the paperwork overnight with a return envelope but she was able to get it corrected in less than 24 hours and had my new title sent out the very next day. Again I want to point out this wasn t anything that Greg or his team had any blame for but they quickly jumped in to help me and make sure I was 100% satisfied. All I can say is that if you are looking for a specific vehicle and find out that Gene Gorman has it on the lot, don t hesitate to call Greg or his team. Good things do come in small packages and just because it s a smaller dealership don t discard them for that as their customer service blows the big boys out of the water. I would definitely do business with them again should I find another vehicle down the road that meets my needs and is on their lot. Thanks again Greg and Melissa, you two were fantastic to deal with and I appreciate all of your help with my purchase.
