Just bought my 3rd car from Jeff. My daughter has bought 2 as well. He is the best salesman. No pressure, very knowledgeable, and finds you a car that fits you and your budget. Chris is so knowledgeable in the financial side as well.Great job guys.

My experience was pretty good. It took a little time to find a car I want it but they were very customer oriented especially Jeff Jeffrey. I don t think their prices are the cheapest in town for sure, but I bought the car so it was OK.

I can not say enough good about Gene Gorman Dirt cheap auto sales. From the moment I walked in Freddy took excellent care of me. My credit was okay and I didn't have alot to put down. I honestly didn't think I'd be able to finance a vehicle but Freddy and Sean worked their magic and I am driving again. I had a couple of issues with it and Freddy and Sean were right there and fixed it for me. When they tell you they got you, that's exactly what they mean. They are great people and they have gone above and beyond my expectations and I am truly impressed with all of them there including their service department and everyone is professional and such a joy to be around. I for one will always go back to Gene Gorman DCAS. They have my support and continued business for years to come. So if you are looking for a good used car that will fit your budget, I highly recommend Gene Gorman. Ask for Freddy the cute blonde. If anyone can get you into a car of your own it's Freddy. Absolutely phenomenal people and business. I was searching for a car for months and went to the gettel dealerships on 3 separate occasions and their only goal was to see how much money they could milk out of me and didnt want to help me out in my situation. It took about 30 minutes with Travis and Bruce from gene gormans for them to get me approved on a nice, affordable vehicle in immaculate condition and I saw from the start that their only goal was to make sure all of my needs were met and worked with me with maximum effort. I m 19 and just now starting to build my credit and regardless of my hard inquiries the gettel slammed me with and made my score go down 40 WHOLE POINTS, these guys made sure I wasn t driving off their lot in a crummy, overpriced hunk of the metal the Gettel Hyundai branch was trying to get me stuck with. I m rambling but the point is Gene Gormans is a hidden gem and I don t want someone getting screwed somewhere else the way I almost did.

I have bought 2 vehicles from this lot. One has been paid off in full and was an absolutely amazing vehicle. The sales rep was super nice and caring and the whole experience was pleasurable and they worked with me to put me in something I would not only LOVE, but something I could rely on. My current vehicle that I bought from them has given me many problems but has high mileage. I put a lot of work into it myself and have been paying my payments on time every time. I couldn t afford to keep dumping money into a vehicle that I m paying $15,000 in total for, and it was becoming very unreliable. After talking to Owen, the owner, I was able to work something out to have my vehicle serviced and back on the road in proper running condition and they valued my loyalty as a customer. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone buy a vehicle from them as they are an upstanding business that truly values their customers. If you re looking for a reliable vehicle at an affordable price, this is the place to go! 5 out of 5 stars!!! Thank you Gene Gorman Dirt Cheap Cars for the OUTSTANDING service and unbeatable deals! We drove from the Tampa area 3 times. Freddy was such a pleasure to work with, he was so honest. We informed him of our budget and he showed us several options in our budget. Finally on our third trip down, he was able to get us in a really nice vehicle and still within our budget! Love the free oil changes as well. Definitely recommend and will be come down for our future needs! Thanks Freddy and Shawn!

These people deserve a negative star. I purchased a vehicle from them and two weeks later they decided they wanted an extra $294.00 for some licensing BS. I contacted the state about this and they informed me that I had already paid the appropriate amount to the state. I spoke with my salesman and to a lady in finance about the issue and disagreed about the balance due. The manager Shawn Barker was present during my disagreement of fees owed and refused to assist me even though he was aware the vehicle was destroyed in hurricane Ian. Based on principal alone they will be hearing from my attorney. They are liars who have no compassion and only care about money.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

This place has no problem hooking you up with a shady finance company. When you call for advice 5 times, they are good at dodging questions and forwarding you to answering machines. I hate to leave this because I love my vehicle, but when they wash their hands after the sale I feel I must. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

My son a Veteran bought 05 truck in less than a years time had to get a new engine installed. I could accept the engine needing to be replace but the timing it took and the communication or I should say lack of communication from start to finish was a little less than none. He is back in because of the work they did on the engine. Again there is a lack of communication and it has been in there a little over 2 weeks. I am disappointed of a local dealership treating my son and there customers this way. I hope they will change and correct there ways and practices.

Wonderful experience in Punta Gorda. Shawn presented a comfortable, hassle free purchase in an efficient and friendly manner. Along with his personable and professional staff to promptly deliver the right car for me and get me back on the road again. Greg gave a superb walk around with his automobile knowledge. Yet offered car options to accommodate my budget and transportation needs. Thank you all for the most delightful automobile purchase experience. We had an excellent experience with Gene Gorman's auto sales! The staff was patient and respectful while answering a multitude of questions from us. They went out of their way to ensure that we felt good about the car we bought and, true to their word, they followed through with a concern we had after the purchase of our vehicle. Had a great experience! Nice selection to choose from at all 3 lots. From what I saw most were 1 owner, nice clean vehicles. ASHTON helped me before and after the sale with excellent customer service! RICH made efforts to get us good financing and wrapped up the paperwork in lightning speed. Got there at 6:15 pm on Wed and I would say, we did not necessarily intend to drive our sweet ride home that late at night...but with the swift service.. we did! + 3mo/3000 mile free warranty, 4 free oil changes, oh, they told me to come back in a few days so they could wash/detail one last time AND a bonus free book written by Gene Gorman :) What else is nice? The salespeople spoke highly of their employers and seemed genuine themselves. Will recommend and check with them next time we need a "new to us" vehicle.

We worked with Rich Martinez at Dirt Cheap lot.. he was extremely helpful and when we weren t certain about a car on his lot, he referred us to the family lot in Port Charlotte where we ultimately found the truck that we wanted. Rich has been very helpful with us as well as all of the people we worked with at Gene Gorman. Rich also helped us solve a problem through the service department that we had with our trailer hook up... 10 minutes in and out...the service people were awesome. If you re looking for a good quality used car, we highly recommend Rich and Gene Gormans!
