These guys are AWESOME! So helpful and kind with great communication. They definitely know what they re doing and have a lot of knowledge about trucks. Spent 9 hours with my driver and did not leave until problem was fixed. Highly recommend! Jeff was great! And can t forget Adrian too he was wonderful!

I highly recommend Adrian and his crew.My experience today was from another world, very professional and straight to the point.From the crew that changed my tire, to Jeff that helped me with the computer. It was an all around The best mechanic crew in Florida For all the new truckers this is the place to go! From now on they are my go to team!Thank you again!

Took my time writing this review to be as accurate and detailed as possible. I came here to Empire Truck Repair from another shop who misdiagnosed my truck and wanted to replace my whole fuel system(hp pump, filter housing, all injectors, etc) for a grand total of $21,000.I knew I had 1 bad injector possibly 2 on my DD15, been driving for 16 years, millions of miles, so I know when someone is trying to stick it to me, specially being from out of state! Long story short, I called Adrian from empire, took my truck there where he diagnosed 1 bad injector and 2 weak ones. So I decided to just replace all 6, bought my own Injectors online for $4,000 less than what the previous shop(certified fleet services) wanted to charge me and Adrian had his very very knowledgeable, meticulous, and professional mechanic Jeff do the work on my truck. They replaced all 6 injectors with hp fuel lines, injector wire harness, timed each injector and since then I put approximately 7k miles as of this review, trouble free miles! They are a family ran business, very friendly, honest, professional hard working people and I admire them!!!!!! Adrian even called me few days later to ask if everything is well and all is good, thats something that no shop ever did in all my years of experience!! I ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMPIRE TRUCK REPAIR for and heavy duty or light duty repairs!!!! Thank you Adrian, thank you Jeff for being HONEST, knowledgeable, fixing my truck, getting me back on the road without no issues and being fair with the pricing, unlike the previous shop I had my truck mis-diagnosed at!!!!

Came to them two days in a row. The first day was about a drive issue. Mill checked things out and recommended a tire balance. Unfortunately wasn t able to do here but he seemed like a good honest guy. The second day I came with a trailer needing vents. He did a good job and quickly too. Another place quoted it would take 2 hours. I was in and out in about 30-40 minutes

Awesome company and the staff are amazing. Had an 34 ft RV that needed pick up and tow. They communicated each step of the way and were very professional and quick. Could not rate them higher, wonderful.

Had a inside flat. Came out with a new tire that I didn't need but still bought for a spare. Charged me 2 hours of labor cause his worker had to leave because he lost a part.. that was kinda shady but I'll learn next time... gave the worker a 20 tip because he checked all my tires. (He didn't have to do it)

I highly recommend this company- Adrian was professional and friendly plus right on time! He towed my full length school bus RV to a storage lot and skillfully backed it into a very tight spot. I was extremely impressed with the way he handled my bus rv- much better than the other companies who have towed me in the past!! If you re looking for a reliable company who will treat your rig with the same respect you would look no further. So thankful I found Empire and will definitely use them again in the future!

..... what!? I'm very happy with this company! Adrian is certainly top notch, both as a person and a mechanic. it's crazy out here as an owner operator when you begin to expect to just get screwed at every turn, (thanks mainly to Volvo dealerships who really really set the service standard dirt low), and then, when you're on the side of the road needing a drive shaft repair, you come across someone like Adrian.the guy was personable, professional, timely, HONEST (both in ETA's regarding arrival to me as well as repair time/ projected cost). Really seems to care about doing a good job, also gave me pointers on ways to watch out for any future signs of failing parts.Thank You EMPIRE TRUCK (Adrian) for giving me back some of that lost faith in people again!Definitely recommend these guys!

I ran over a piece of garbage and Adrian was the only one to answer his phone , TOP GUN ! he fix my all my lights all my air system even did a computer wire harness , these guys incredibly talented, good group of honest men !

We were working at quite a distance from our shop and got a flat tire on our trailer. Empire was quick to come to us and replace the tire getting us back on the road. Very accommodating! Great customer service!

Simply the best service that can ever be expected! Showed up quickly to diagnose & get us off a dangerous highway. Unfortunately it wasn t able to be fixed roadside so they took us to a great hotel and repaired our RV bus as fast as they could! Couldn t be more pleased with their service!

After traveling on road with our 3 children and our AC going out 3 hours into our trip, we called several RV dealers in the area and no one wanted to help or even speak on the phone. We made contact with Gio at Empire Truck Repair and explained our situation. Gio explained she has been in our shoes before and also has children and would do what she could to help us out. Gio called us back with a tech on the phone to help us thru situation and one of the options got our unit working again. Great customer service!! The world needs more people like Gio

Not only were they able to tow my bucket truck, but they also performed an extensive brake job. Everyone from the owners to the mechanics were pleasant and easy to work with! I would definitely recommend Empire Truck Repair!

Needed a tire changed on my RV on a Saturday. Adrian & his wife are the nicest people. He put what he was doing on hold to change my tire. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, accommodating, really stand-up company. If I ever need something fixed, I will definitely see them.

I was recently in Venice Florida camping and found a Class A Diesel Pusher i wanted to buy but it had a fuel leak. I had to leave in 2 days so I needed someone to diagnosis and fix the leak QUICKLY! I called Empire at 2pm and they were onsite at 3:30pm the same day. When they found the issue the mechanic called and told me it was an easy fix. He explained it thoroughly and was extremely nice and informative. It is nice to call a random business and get treated like they really cared about you. I would give them 6 stars if I could! Thanks!

Save your self time, money and a headache! Scheduled a roadside service appointment for today Sunday 6-12-22 and the guy never showed up. Tried calling and texting him with no luck. He finally replied by text message and said he didn't recall scheduling anything! Unbelievable how people stay in business. My truck could've been fixed yesterday if I wouldn't have scheduled with these people. * Then calls me 5 plus times harrasing me asking why I posted a bad review! Wow!

Adrian take care of my truck on a Saturday they have a great selection of parts in stock for occasion s like this one the dealer was closed and the had the part that my truck need in stock I will definitely recommend this guys

This company and the high school group of friends that run it is a complete scam. They set you up for a roadside service and don t tell you rates up don t in order to jam a $1500 bill down your throat for a diagnostic after telling you they cannot fix your issue. If you ask for clarification regarding the charges they will remove a part from you truck to keep your truck from moving then the call their tow truck and take your tow truck to their shop and charge you a $4000 impound charge.ITS AN UNFORTUNATE HIGE SCAMM. Stay away from these people! They will ruin your business!!!!!

I called them at 4am to replace a u joint. They said that they would be out at 10AM. They arrived at 12pm and had u joint out in 30 minutes but I needed a carrier baring so they loaded up my drive shaft and took it with them saying they would be back in 1 hour. Several hours went by and I called to find out where they were. I was told they were on the way back. I sat on the side of the road waiting for them to return from 12:30 PM until 10:00 PM only to find out this whole time they were down the road working on someone else's truck. Then I get my bill for $1479.00 that includes 6 hours labor when they only spent about 2 hours actually working on my truck. You would think that when a company leaves you on the side of the road for over 12 hours while they lie to you about being on the way and they have your drive shaft with them so you couldn't get someone else to come get the job done they would cut you a break but no, they know they can screw you and they do. I run this lane multiple times a week and I won't soon forget being left, lied to, avoided, and screwed. Don't get caught like I did.UPDATE:After posting the first review they began calling and texting my phone to let me know that I need to "get right with God" . I don't know if that was a threat or not but fear not about my salvation as my relationship with God is in good standing. I have never seen someone handle business like this.These people are something else. Don't get caught up with this bunch.

DISHONEST SERVICE! Very unhappy with the service that was provided. I called at 6am for a trailer tore repair owner gave me one price on the phone. I repeated the price he told me over the phone he had told me to clarify and he did agree the price was what states. The guy shows up and charges a completely different price a lot more then said amount. I called owner up to ask why price is different and he told me he was sleep when I called and he didn t know what he was saying. Then he threatens to leave the job which would leave me stranded on the side of the highway because I wanted to pay the amount that was said on the phone. I deal with integrity and honor and I m also a business man myself. If it was me I would have took the loss since he says that s what it is and homered the price I was giving over the phone. THE WORST PART OF IT ALL IS HE THREATEN ME HE WILL LEAVE THE JOB OF I DIDNT WANT TO PAY THE INFLATED PRICE!!!

Great response and found out I had more problems than an axel seal. Truck was fixed the same day and able to make my deliveries. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I can t say enough about Empire Truck Repair!!! first of all they brought out two really GOOD USED tires for my lowboy... which normally you can t find GOOD USED tires anymore and he gave me a great price on the side of the road for emergency roadside service!!! but then we had a little problem two weeks later... and after one phone call he went over and beyond to make things right with me!!!! my hats off to this company on their customer service and standing behind their work and products... i m a heavy hauler in the state of Florida for almost 20 years and I have dealt with these problems on the road many times so take my word for it this is a group of good guys!!!
