I messaged stormy on Facebook marketplace. She was very quick to respond even on a Saturday morning. She answered my questions very quickly, and got me in and out of there, and basically an hour. I used to purchase from the Fort Myers store, but they would waste at least half a day and the pricing wasn t as good. They were really fun to work with, and made it a great experience. Everyone there seemed pretty happy and that s really nice. They enjoy their jobs and they make the experience, So you want to go back and buy something else. Cash today price means something, it s nice to be appreciated.

I walk In the parking lot, maybe for 5 minutes. Waiting for a person.I was interested in a 3 Wheeler burgundy. No sales person walk out of the store to take care of me. And they were several sales person. Say this door sitting down looking out the window. So I workout and when 2 block widow port. Charlotte in purchase 2023. Freewheeler.....

Rich and crew took care of my needs and were very respectful of my time. Very easy to work with.Service records were never sent to me as I requested. I was told the bike went through service before I picked it up but, rear breaks are shot 2 weeks later.Be sure to fully look over any bike you buy there.They tried to sell this bike with a 14 year old back tire. They finally agreed to replaced it before I signed the paperwork for purchase.

Rich Bessire and the whole staff at Destination Powersports made my experience a pleasure from start to finish. Rich was a wealth of knowledge and his passion and professionalism were evident right away. Rich worked with his team to get me the best deal around on a new KX450SR. The bike was prepped and ready as soon as I arrived and the process was seamless, which took the stress out of my buying experience and allowed me to get out riding sooner. I highly recommend working with Rich and his team as I know I will for any future powersports needs.

Jason the mechanic over there did my fork seals on my ducati. Very skilled and detail oriented guy! He was even kind enough to show me my forks taken apart in the shop and the process, really happy with the work I had done, only downside was detail job wasn't up to par but after pointing it out they were more than happy to make it right with me and remove it from my bill. BIG SHOUT OUT TO JASON AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Destination power sports are modern day thief s that should not be open. I m hoping I can a news media to cover this situation because there is no way they should be allowed to rob people the way they did me. I brought my sons Polaris rzr 170 there just for an oil and fluid change. They said to me that I have to pay for a full diagnostic of the machine just to get an oil change. So I figured that can t be too bad plus my son is riding so it s best to know everything about the machine. About a day or so go by and they call me back telling I need to spend 4700 in repairs to get it running which it was already running when I brought it in I let them know that it s fine and I ll just come and pick up the machine. When I told them that they now let me know that if I don t pay them to do all repairs they cannot put the machine back together. So I had to pay them almost $350 and now my son s machine is in pieces.

Picked up a 24 1000 Ranger Eps for the farm today. Stormie got me the best price in the state and made it super easy. Everyone there is really friendly. Yesterday, I picked up a used Polaris Phoenix 200 for my 11 year old, that too was great, even though it was an inexpensive machine, they still gave the same service. Everyone from the guy who delivers the machines, all the way up was great to work with. And now I'm looking at more machines to buy from them, what a sickness.

I wish we had read the reviews first. Took our older machine in for a fluid change. It has very few hours on it, even with the age.The people are very nice!! But they called, well after we called them a week later, and said the brakes didn't work and needed to be replaced. We unloaded in the parking lot and the brakes were absolutely fine. So for another 1400, they can fix it. If there was something wrong with the brakes, they did something. We had been driving it around the field the week before we took it in and had no issues. Might want to do some more research and look for another place. We won't be back.

I have now purchased two motorcycles from Destination Powersports. My interactions with Rich and Austin were professional. They were approachable and were transparent on the details of what I wanted. I was very comfortable with both men and both transactions that I made with them. They made the whole experience very easy. It was a pleasure working with both Rich and Austin. I will definitely make my next purchase with Destination Powersport.

Excellent customer service from the front of the house to the back. The business manager took us out for a test ride and offered to even help us out on the water our first time. As new jet ski owners, this goes a long way and demonstrates they value building relationships, not just closing a sale.

I found out this morning my bike had a flat tire, the back tire. I called them this morning and they saved the day. Great people in the service department, Zach saved the day.....Update, since I can't post another review for some reason.Destination installed some hardbags on my bike today, they did a great job again.Thanks to all involved.

Excellent customer service. I bought a Polaris Ranger and a small four wheeler and the team at Destination Power Sports made it super easy. I had such a great experience and will definitely go back to them for more and I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a sling shot today which is now our family fav butFirst i will start with stormie she was amazing she make us feel extremely conformable wasn't forceful what so ever and SOOO INFORMATIVE she replied to my questions quickly and had all the information plus more .Then we have Beau and Austin , beau made the purchase very exciting for us and he just has a great attitude all around anddddAustin he was great he explained all financial info and HAD PROOF that he was able to help us out with any future issues which is really a huge help . They were quick and made the whole experience very nice ! Thank you so for the great service !

I worked with Angelina in the service department and this was BY FAR the best service I could have ever expected to receive. I had just moved to the state a few weeks ago and my stand up ski was having issues starting and making a horrible noise when it did. I dropped off on a Tuesday and she had called me SAME DAY to inform me that not only was my ski looked at by a certified tech, but that she had already gotten everything I needed covered under warranty and supplied me with a proper ETA on when everything parts related were to arrive. Once the parts arrived she gave me another call to let me know they had come in but that the tech was booked that day and could get it into the shop the following day. She was super informative, transparent and kind throughout the whole entire process. I was informed there was no indoor storage after explaining I garage keep my ski, so she took it upon herself to hand clean it and helped me load it onto my truck. Start to finish, she was the best person I could have wanted to be paired with as a service person. She was super friendly and overall made feel like I was valued and not just some customer, but apart of the crew there. I would expect this type of treatment from a Lamborghini dealer or Ferrari but never a Powersports shop and I was greatly surprised. 10/10 on this advisor and I hope to work with her more in the future.

Plenty of options when shopping for any adult toy. These people have it all. Stormie was my sales rep and she is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the Slingshots, has great interpersonal skills and is a definite asset to the company. Adam is great in parts and accessories and the service department is top notch. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for trikes, bikes, 4 wheelers, watercraft, etc.

This was the last time i come here , After arriving 30 minutes early at the front door where the employees could clearly see us , they almost seemed to ignore us. After opening doors they did not greet us , did not invite us in . After waiting 30 minutes to see if they have parts for a brand they are a dealer for , I then learn , like always , they don't carry any of the parts , price and shipping are more expensive and wait is longer then looking for parts online. Plenty of better shops around never giving them any money but if you want to , make sure YOU LOOK THE PART , this team is very condescending. Sunsports took very good care of me from Entry to exit .

Was in today. Treated bad. This dealership made a handshake bet that I couldn't get the bike I wanted from another dealer for what I said. Then when proven wrongwould not give what was bet. No honesty,integrity. Would not ever give them any business

Great place to get my Yamaha & Kawasaki jetski serviced. Alex and Angelina have been extremely helpful! They've also been very fast on response time to get the issues fixed.
