I do NOT recommend this company I went in for a simple tire balance and now the vehicle sways in the rear end, they used my lug locker and stripped it beyond use, and they don t know a simple star pattern to putting a vehicles lug nuts back on.

They were great we had a bolt in our tire and they made room for us to get it fixed right away. Affordable and no up sale. Very nice

I had a screw in tire of my 2013 Toyota Prius. I was traveling for work in the area and found them online. They fixed my tire quickly and affordably. I would recommend them to anyone needing tires or tire repair.

Got into town and discovered a nail in my tire, this was the only shop that could/would immediately take care of it so we could carry out our plans as scheduled. Fast, friendly, clean shop and skilled workers, very happy.

Fast, honest tire repair today after i caught a nail. Not cheap for the inside patch at $50, but very happy with their service. He checked and adjusted my tire pressures on the other 3 too. We will be back for oil changes and tires in the future! Thank you.

I would not recommend this place to anybody! The place is a total scam. When I went inside to pay for gas at the Circle K gas station, someone had put a screw in my tire. A gentleman told me to go to this particular place to get my car patched or plugged. The woman quoted me $25 to do a patch after the car was complete. They charge me $50 and $1.63 because I used a credit card. She tried to explain to me that they needed to use a bigger patch. That s why the price jumped. Supposedly, she was the owner/manager of the shop. Also, the screw that they gave me which was the one they pulled out of my tire was in fact not the original screw. You can see by the photos attached. I left unsatisfied, and knew that I had been taken advantage of and scammed.

After years of searching for a reliable tire shop I've finally found it! Had my original tires and TPMS put on to a new set of rims and balanced, it was done in no time. I highly recommend this shop and will be giving my future business. The staff is extremely polite and professional and my Corvette looks awesome with the new rims!

Price online was 500 plus 50 installation.Price at the checkout was 657$. When you buy tires on FB marketplace you don t expect to pay tax when its all done and installed. Never mentioned it prior to installation. Not very transparent and obviously did not share this information prior.Installed quick and seemingly well, so that s the only good I see.

After I called several places Charlotte Quality Tires had the tire I needed and took my car right in and changed my tire within minutes. Excellent service!

Needed new tires mounted on my Foose chrome wheels and tried here on a recommendation from a neighbor. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and turnaround was fast. Excellent quality work, and I would highly recommend. Thank you, and I'll be back.

1st off i am very happy with the service. the lady in the office help me out. she was nice and friendly. i wanted to see if the spare tire that was any good. they did not charge me to look at it. she pointed out that i needed tires. 4 use tires for 200.00. you can not beat that anywhere. i will be going back.. thanks for the help.

I called to see if they had any used tires in the size I needed. I spoke to Vanessa she was very friendly and professional. She said they had my size and the price. When I arrived I was taken care of quickly and professionally and even recieved $5.00 off the stated price. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a flat. Made an appointment and they had it fixed in about 30 minutes. Very professional. They do need a live person answering the phone instead of leaving messages and they call you back.

Staff were friendly and informative. Picked up a nail after work and every other place I called wouldn t fix the flat because they closed soon. Charlotte Quality Tires took me in right away and got me back on the road within minutes. Great experience!

Open after work and had the tire I needed. Fast friendly service and awesome ladies up front!Update: I haven't used another tire shop since finding these guys! Several used tires and patches later (I work construction) and they have never been anything less than awesome!

Fast and friendly service.They went above and beyond to get me in 5-10 minutes before closing to patch a nail hole in my tire and had me out the door 10-15 minutes later.A big retailer would never do that for you.That's why I go to little shops like this that actually care and work hard to take care of their customers.

This place deserve more then a 5star. Felix and mrs. Vanessa have great team and their services is top of the line. Anytime we need tires we only came here. We recent just brought a car for our business and this car hasnt given us no problem. Their car are very reasonable in price so will differently buy another car really soon. Thank you guys for always being honest with your services.

Best automotive repair service I ve experienced since I can t remember! Fair price, excellent customer service, and quick! I ll definitely be going back. 2 tires in 25 minutes, most places take half a day for a damn oil change.

No one speaks English here ! Tough to communicate. They take patched junk tires off vehicles then do not put new valve stems in your rims. ! mile down the road tire was flat!! Go back after a can of fix a flat and the greedy woman in the office actually wanted to charge me for a valve stem should always be replaced or checked. Then front end vibrated took back again they did not balance the wheel properly . Wanted to charge me again for balancing ! The garage is a mess . Won't ever recommend or return.

These people are amazing. Too much detail to list here, but they worked with me to get me a resolution, that was safe for me and in the best interest of my vehicle. I really encourage anyone with tire issues to go here first.

Saturday afternoon, 3:00. Lunch at Laishley s Crab house. Leaving I hear a thump from my rear tire. Googled tire service and got Charlotte Quality Tires. I called and they said I could come right away. They took me immediately, confirmed that I had a bolt stuck in the tread and fixed it on the spot! I watched them do the repair. They removed the tire from the rim and inspected the interior prior to patching. In and out in 20 minutes. Total expense: $27.00. Happy ending to what could have been a dreadful outing.
