Jonathan had my car for several weeks and it drove worse after I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Hr told me repairs were complete and it now drove great. I was having front end issues. Charged me around $1300 and wanted cash because having issues accepting credit cards. Can't take my car back because suddenly he's closed up shop. To add insult to injury, it had a half tank of gas when I dropped it off and it was on empty when I picked it up. I took my car to another qualified mechanic who replaced a faulty part that Jonathan put in. He basically redid the shoddy repair work that Jonathan claimed he did. Car now drives great. Jonathan not only lied to me about repairing the problem but charged me $1300. He basically stole from me. I hope you can sleep well at night. He's a very charming crook.

Something has happened to Jonathan s professionalism and morals. I have used him for years, he has worked on 3 of my vehicles over the past 5 years. Last winter I took my Lexus in for the 90,000 mile check up and during the work someone at his shop drove my suv into a wall and damaged my front bumper. Jonathan lied and kept my car for over 3 months telling me that it was getting painted. At the end of season, I told Jonathon that I needed to have my Lexus back to drive north and 4 days before my departure, after 3 and half months of him lying to me about getting my bumper repaired; he dumped my car on a local paint repair shop and owner. The owner of the paint shop couldn t get my number fixed in the 4 days I needed it painted so I had to drive North in a much older car that I own, after another 6 weeks in the shop, I was able to pick up my Lexus SUV and now the owner of the paint shop is not being paid by Jonathan. I regret not involving the police.

When I first arrived at this location, I was a bit worried, if they could even fix my car, based on their ages. I had just been to other locations and no one could resolve my transfer case issue, so I was willing to give them a try. Well, much to my surprise Johnathan diagnosed it as a stuck break caliper and not a transfer case issue. I was delighted to learn this and eager to have Johnathan fix it. Here is where 2 stars come in. If Johnathan could have ordered the parts and implemented the repair, I would have written a 5 Star review, but he did not.Not only did he have me drop my truck off Monday to be fixed but asked for me to drop it off again on Tuesday and it still was not fixed. By the end of the week on Friday he had given me many excuses as to why he did not have the parts? I called a brand new shop, a mile away from his garage and they took me in Friday at 5 pm and fixed my truck Saturday, the next day. Maybe Johnathan has no money to order parts, I don't know but these type of business practices, will cause his business to fail.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

They did a great job on my truck. They are very easy to talk to. He doesn't mind you asking questions. John is a good guy he will work with you. I have taken my car to be repaired by Jonathan and his amazing team 4 times now. Every time he has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand everything that needs to be done. He has also worked with me time after time regarding my budget and needs. I will never go to another repair shop. I trust everything he says and know I am in the best of hands when he is working on my car. I have been taken advantage of by other repair shops. That has never been the case here. Our community knows and loves Jonathan and his team. Do yourself a favor, and take your car needs to them. You will NOT be disappointed!

I got my tires replaced and my brakes replaced today and everything was an absolutely wonderful experience, not only was John very straight forward and up front with everything he got everything done quickly and is also much more affordable than every other place I ve gone so far, especially for the top notch quality of work that was done. I recommend this shop to everyone with any automotive problems or questions.Services: Tires, Brakes

I was at certified today having some minor work done.i was in the office when a lady came in to pick up her vehicle that she had brought in for oil and filter change tire rotation and a full transmission service.When the owner (Jonathan) came in the office he spoke to the lady and you could tell she was expecting bad news.He said her tires were and explained in detail their condition and how many approximate miles they had left. Explained the oil change and type of oil used according to manufacturers requirements.Now comes the biggie the transmission.Jonathan explains to the lady customer that the previous mechanic she had did a great job and the transmission was in top shape fluid clear and filter clean no sign of wear.She was stunned and said feeling she was a woman she d get taken.Not with Jonathan.A possible $300. plus bill for what she requested turned into under 100. And got a good safety inspection on her vehicle.He is probably the most caring and honest person in this entire area.And he stands by what he does.I m proud to call him my friend.

Called on the phone and the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quoted a price over the phone and scheduled a service. Timing belt and water pump replacement. Car was completed on time and price was exactly what was quoted. No surprises just good honest work. Was able to get me in very fast to fit my schedule. Will recommend to friends and family.

This place is amazing!! A while back on a Saturday I had an issue with my car when I was going down i-75 and I Googled mechanic near me. I called and they said to come right in. They immediately fixed my problem and did a great job and I was on my way. last weekend I just wanted to be assured that everything was still okay and they said to come in and they checked it and everything was still great. I can't say enough how much I recommend them. I wish they lived closer so they could always be the shop of my choice.

Jonathan is an honest mechanic that does great work at a fair price. He's worked on my car many times and I've never had a problem. Veteran friendly.

The experience in this garage with mr. Jack P. Was the worst experience in the garage I've ever had the vehicle went in for a turbo charger kit to be applied to my 1999 Chevy Silverado the vehicle was there for four months after Jonathan said it would only take two weeks for this process to be done contact you again after the two weeks if it was another week for parts this went on for four months finally the vehicle was towed to another shop in the area Jonathan never completed the job and broke several components to the existing engine head bolts to the manifold oil dipstick very unprofessional he had the vehicle from mid-February till mid-june did not complete the job very happy would not recommend to anyone putting wrong parts from the vehicle it would not fit the vehicle he admitted he was baffled by the construction of this turbo system excuses excuses excuses

Going to Certified Auto & Performance is like going to visit my grandpa. John s super knowledgeable, honest and takes care of you to make sure all your issues are taken care of. If you re looking for a mechanic please don t look further, call or visit CA&P!

Not only have we have not had a car for a month because the owner kept lying to us saying well we can t find the part , we ll we found the part but it doesn t match the color of the door , oh we painted it and it still won t match after a month we told them to put the door on there that didn t match but painted and we show up at 4:30 shops all locked up and we have a blue door in a all white car they didn t even attempt to paint the door nor give us the right keys to the car this place was really a joke the shop closes at at 5 he made sure he was out before we came ! Just a horrible experience and I truly hope you see this review because we will be back Monday morning to talk to you personally John!!!

Jonathan was great! I was visiting from out of town and my Tahoe broke down and he basically saved me! If I lived locally I would always use this shop.

Very unorganized, poorly managed, broke parts on my car that weren't broke before and tried to play it off. The mechanics are always standing around doing nothing, seems the owner only wants to work on high priced cars. They didn't even fix mine and took me visiting there 3 times, left with my car more broken than when I took it. Thanks man!

Great guy and great service. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my cars but John. We moved out of the area a couple years ago, and sure do miss him.

I would give 0 stars if possible I took a 87 Chrysler fifth Avenue for what I thought needed an oil seal Jonathan explained the engine needed rebuilding with new seals and transmission needs seals replaced I wait patiently 2 1/2 months for the repair its dropped off in my driveway and it stalls when I start it when deciding to stay started...out on the road refuses to shift gears properly $2600 hell is forever treat people right rich or poor I'm a customer and I deserve betterServices: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Oil change
