Wonderful service!!! Pat was so friendly and professional. He installed my car battery after I purchased it and I was on my way in no time at all :)I appreciate that AutoZone helped me choose the right battery for my needs and I love that they provide FREE installation of the battery on-the-spot!!!

Went to Auto Zone today for a battery check. Patrick came out and tested it right away. It did require a replacement battery which Patrick gladly installed right there in the parking lot! Some of these newer cars are very complicated electronically so I was very happy they were able to take care of the issue without me having to run back and forth. I have shopped at this store many times. The store has a vast selection of - well everything you could possibly need for your vehicle. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Glad to have them at our end of town.

Very nice and helpful people with great personalities. One of the employees I was telling them my problem with a engine I rebuild and they called up their buddy and helped me out. Awesome people!

The BEST!! I tried to order brakes and rotors online myself. Well turns out I ordered the rear and needed the front, noticing halfway through the job. The two employees (one there a year and the other 5 years, manager I think) were absolutely 5 star customer service. Quick refund and had new parts on counter ready to go when I walked in the door. I couldn t happier with these two gentlemen. Super friendly and helpful. THANKYOU!

Sean works at this Auto Zone and he was instrumental in helping me find a radiator sealer to help my car stop leaking water. He knew exactly the one to recommend! A very helpful parts person!

There is "class," and there is really great "class." Took my dead battery in (bought from another store) and since it was under warranty - they replaced it at their loss. Helped put it in. Kudos to Patrick, the manager, for doing this. It is why we ALWAYS go to AZ first

Took my 88 year old dad to have his car battery checked they were so very helpful Patrick was so kind and installed the new battery for us. Everybody was so nice highly recommend this store. Thank you so much.

I purchased a 2.5 inch to 2 inch receiver adapter. Told the man at the counter it was gold. Because they didn t have a gas can battery pump I went to Walmart. Half the price. I understand profits and Walmart volume, but twice.I ll not get stung like this again.

I have to say that Autozone never disappointed me. They help tested and replaced my car battery for free. I can change the battery very easy but it was getting dark and I was in a hurry. The guy at the store was very eager to help me. This is the reason why I keeps going back to Autozone!

These guys (Gary, Ron and Jesse) were fantastic - I had a small project that ended up taking all day (and then some) - I probably made a dozen trips to the store and they were extremely helpful in helping me diagnose various problems with the vehicle. I can't recommend them enough!

Justin totally helped us out! We broke down at the airport terminal at Punta Gorta and we couldn t get a tow or any help for over 4 hours so we called his store and he delivered us a battery and tools to install it ourselves! He made sure we were good to go before he left!! He s a complete rock star

Mr . Sean Reed the manager there is great . Excellent customer service and highly recommend this store for your car parts and they are very informative with also resetting the check engine light after I replaced part in the parking lot . Two thumbs up

My mom and I were having trouble to find a solution into getting rid of the scratches on our car. One of the workers, Donald F., suggested the products for us to buy. He even went out the store and showed us what we should exactly do!! He helped us get most of the scratches off. My mom and I are super thankful for him and his help.

I want to thank the store manager for going above and beyond this morning to help me and make sure that I was replacing the right thing. I knew either my battery or my alternator was bad when I went in. The manager tried testing the battery, which was too low to test, then jumped the truck and tested the alternator. We confirmed it was the battery needing replaced. He put the battery in the truck for me, and took care of everything!I'm constantly going into AutoZone shopping for either my 99 Chevy Silverado 4x4, my Infiniti, or the shop truck I drive for work. And I must say this is the best service Ive ever received at any AutoZone to date!Thanks!Myriah
