This team of customer service has a consistant local helpful attitude. Thanks for the amazing help year after year! I would like to see the system store customer and vehicle info. So, I save time with not having to go through vehicle descriptions.

I just thought it was pretty rude after I spent $40 and needed to just borrow a funnel. The manager told me know and that they have some for sale which was pretty damn rude if you asked me someone else to check on that because I know just as well as everybody else knows if that was him in my shoes he would ve just borrowed a damn funnel yet they let people borrow tools all day long and runoff with them. I even told him I would clean out the final when I m done using it for the antifreeze. It would ve took me less than two minutes.

Got a battery for our f250. Mike was very kind and helpful. We have always had pretty good experiences there except one manager who is mo longer there for good reason. Since then even time has been good. Thank you Mike for the help.

We spent 2 hours at auto zone trying to get a part, didnt have it so had to improvise, went up the road to advanced auto parts and the only person working knew exactly what he was doing, found exact part we needed and we were back on the road in 10 minutes. We appreciated his knowledge and superior customer service.

They had my jet ski battery but it was higher than I expected. The cashier was nice and help me with everything.

I've been coming to this store for years, and also having the batteries in key fobs for both of my vehicles opened and replaced on a regular basis, and today, RALPH flat out refused to do it.... Not busy, literally NOONE in the store... Sadly I will be taking any and all future business down the street to O reillys from this point forward.

While I didnt feel very welcomed, the product I ordered was there when I arrived. People go through things so maybe he was having an off day. Idk. I will try this location one more time and if the same thing happens I will just go back to Autozone.

Most people know what they are talking about and are very helpful. There are a few people who don't know a thing about vehicles and ONLY use computer knowledge. Mainly depends on who you get. Would give 3 star but they always have brake cleaner on sale

Employees there are rude and don't know anything about auto parts and it took forever to pay cash for a quart of oil, he kept asking for a phone number and email address, it was so unnecessary and took way too long

My brother needed an alternator he checked all the auto stores, Advanced Auto is the only one that had it in stock. Gave him a ride there he went inside, asked for the part the associate had it on the counter ready for him.

Nice people, typical discount auto parts store. Looks like they have everything, but what they have is just common everyday stuff. For specialized things I always shop at Napa.

The service in thia place is the worst ever. They never have anything I need don't even ever look it up on the computer to even see if they can get it. Glad that O'Reilly's is right down the street.

The prices at an Advance Auto Parts are a little high compared to a Walmart. Although they might have something that Walmart doesn't carry. The store was very well-merchandized, very clean, and very bright. The staff would leave you alone if you were just browsing. I would say shop at Walmart if both stores carried the same item, and shop at Advance Auto Parts if Walmart doesn't carry the item. Also shop at Advance Auto Parts if you need technical help or mechanical help. You really can't get that kind of advice at a Walmart.

They never have what you need. They can get it in a few days. I does a lot of good when your working on something at the time when the parts are needed.
