The lady Mary Dawn was very pleasant. Car done in a timely manner , 4 tires installed. Picked up car to find grease and nasty fingerprints all over my wheels. I would think for nearly 900.00, you would ensure everything was clean and like it was brought in.

I had an appointment at 3:00 PM for a tire replacement. I arrived on time. They took my car. They told me that the completion time for the work would be one hour. However, they didn't start working on it until 4:50 PM. Terrible service! I got my car back at 5:46 PM.

I had one of the best experiences with a car shop in recent memory. It was easy to make an appointment online. When I arrived, I was checked in, and my car was serviced immediately. Even with some extra services I asked for, the entire visit was no more than 45 minutes from start to finish. Everyone was polite and courteous. I am more than happy to recommend!

I called and checked to see if they have the tires for my wife's car. They did and she scheduled the day off to get the tires installed. They called the night before at closing to tell me they didn't have the tires. I called back the next day. Basically theysold the tires out from under me. I waited two weeks for them to get the tires in and talked to the store manager. He said he would have the service department call me. They didn't so I called back and they acted like I did something wrong. Don't waste your time. Go to the Port Richey store.

Highly dissapointed in the service. Been coming for years and this last week ruined it all. Came in two Days ago and they told me it would take an hour for an oil change so I went shopping and bought milk and came back an hour later and they still had not even started on my car. They told me to come back Friday at 8:00 a.m. and they will make an appointment where I can go first. I came back today Friday at 8 a.m. the cashier told me the people ahead of me would wait for my car to go first. I come back an hour later after grocery shopping only to see that my car hadn't even been started on and the people that were ahead of me were leaving first. The cashier goes back to ask why and comes back with the excuse that someone's car was taking longer but I can clearly see the people that were suppose to be leaving. They clearly lied and once again waited 2.5 hrs with groceries that went bad.

We genuinely had a great experience here. Ordered 4 new tires and oil change online with an appointment set for the next day. We showed up and was immediately (& politely) helped. When we received a text a few hours later that the car was ready, we rolled up and walked in and out within 5 minutes. Fantastic experience!(Added bonus: We received free road hazard as a Walmart+ member )

I needed 4 tires. After spending hours on their website i found the ones i wanted so i called to order them and set up install. Well... you can't call and order them and set up install, you have to do it all online.Ugh.Now i have to scroll back through hours of tires because the search feature won't find the tires again. Finally purchase the tires and it automatically allows me to schedule install from there. Which was pretty easy and convenient. Even though the guy i spoke to at the location told me Walmart would call me when the tires arrived to set up the appointment. I got email notifications about my tires being delivered And an appointment reminder. My appointment was at 2 on a Saturday. I arrived at 130. The lady at the desk, Mary- who was VERY kind, checked me in and explained that i would get a text when my vehicle was brought back and another when it was done. I asked her a time frame and she said that they had a vehicle in now and that since i had an appointment my vehicle would be next and it would be about an hour once it was in the bay, and that i could already check status updates through my account online. I went about shopping and browsing to pass so time. After about an hour i hadn't received any texts so i checked my online account. Yay! Evening is marked INSTALLED! I quick check out and head back to the car care center. I explained my account was showing installed but hadn't received any messages. After some confusion and back and forth with the desk clerk and the repair team it was established that my car was not finished... nor had it even made it into the bay yet... and it was looking like it was going to be awhile.Ugh.I was about to reschedule or take the tires elsewhere when the clerk offered me a discount in exchange for my on going patience. My inner jew won out (yes, i was raised jewish) and i agreed to wait. A bit after 4pm i finally got a text that my vehicle was up. By 5pm they finished. I had to remind the clerk at check out that i was given a discount, and that came to $16 off.Over all it wasn't a terrible experience. The tire light didn't come on when i drove home so I'll take that to mean the install was done correctly. Everyone was very nice, and delays do happen. I appreciated the discount. 4 stars.

I got my oil change done here. My car takes full synthetic. I paid for Mobile1 full synthetic. It says on the sticker that they used Mobil1 full synthetic. The sticker also said to come on after 3000 miles. Mobile 1 full synthetic protects your vehicle for 10,000 miles!! I don't drive daily and my car sits on a garage so, waited until 5k miles knowing Mobile 1 full synthetic protects for 10k.I checked my oil today and it is low abs very dark!! There is NO WAY they used Mobile1 full synthetic!!! This Walmart is trying to rob you! Do not come here. I just took my car to Take 5 and was in and out in 15 minutes. Not only was I out in 15 minutes but they agreed with my suspicion. The gentleman told me he didn't think they used full synthetic considering how low and dark the oil was if I truly came in at 5k miles. I will never have Walmart do my oil change.

Made a reservation for the next day, to have my tires replaced, and when I came in at my appointment time, the same people I had spoken to on the phone told me I did not have an appointment, and they had put somebody else down for my time slot.

Ok so the service is good but it takes hours for them to get done. I waited in the store for like three hours. I feel like they are just understaffed Walmart should definitely step it up.

I have come in & gotten my tires fixed & no issues. However when they see my tires are under warranty it seems to take hours. They told me it would be 2 hours & I am sitting here at 4 hours waiting. She said another hour or 2. I have watched people come in get their tires fixed & leave before me.

Absolutely terrible experience here. This is the slowest, least efficient, incompetent experience i ve ever had to sit through. Hire more people, train them properly. The people working register have zero clue what they re doing, making the smallest task seem to take hours. The cashier is on the phone with someone for ten minutes explaining how to put air in their tire, meanwhile 6 people are standing in like waiting to spend actual money on service.

I went for an oil change and the updates were via text were great. They were so attentive. I will definitely return for further auto care and repair. I felt they were very honest and reasonably priced

Dropped my car off and walked around the store while they were supposed to do an oil change and tire rotation. Upon drop off they let me know that there would be a wait to get started on my car. An hour later I received a text from their service department stating they had begun work on my car an hour after that, I walked up to the service department and asked them an update since it had been two hours. They said that they had only done the oil change after a full hour of servicing my vehicle. They said if I was to wait another 20 minutes they could get the tire rotation done. They had use the excuse that they were nine cars ahead of me, but I had already received notification that they started my vehicle and it still took a full hour to do just the oil change itself. I was walking around the store with my son who is only a year and a half and I thought point could not wait the extra 20 minutes because he had gone ballistic waiting. I have used the service department at this Walmart since I was 17 years old 10 years later after this?!? I will never go back.Service: Oil change

Hire a new manager urgently. I left my car for a tire rotation, they called me saying they couldn't find the wheel lock key. I said it was in the glove compartment, but they said it wasn't, when I check the wheel lock key was exactly where I said it was, and when I went to complain nobody knew who had looked for it.

I waited 2 hours for my car to get 4 New Tires even with an appointment? I should have returned after leaving due to a bad tire or bad balance job. I called first thing in the morning and was told by the Manager to come in and they would take care of it. I went there at 1:45 as I explained to the Manager and when I showed up, she quickly deferred me over to, I guess the shop Manager and I now was told I would have to wait for all the folks in front of me to get done and I would be after them? I explained to both of them, I don't understand, I waited 2 hours yesterday with an appointment and due to the lack of ability they couldn't even get a tire and balance job done right the first time and want me to wait for another 2-3 hours again? So I made another appointment for tomorrow morning and we'll see how long that takes. I personally will be not go back to that store. I wish anyone who does a lot of luck and I only wish you read the reviews before going in the first place.Service: Auto tire replacement

Waited two hours after my vehicle was taken into service bay to change tires and they came to me telling the system showed they have 6 tires in stock but they only have 3 tires and asked me if I wanted to change the tree tires instead of all 4 tires. Then I was asked if I wanted to go with more expensive tires, it was just waste of my two hours on a Saturday morning. This is all after I called a day prior to make sure they have the tires.

This place is always packed. On holidays it's even worse. Today most of the beef was green. The fresh fruit and vegetables was a mess. The parking lot is a mess with the expansion of the health and wellness center.I normally like shopping at Walmart. It is gonna be really hard to shop at this one till after the expansion.

I pull up and was told it would be an hour. That was understandable with the lack of employees they had working, but when the guy all for my phone number that's been in their system for years he gave the wrong name. Them he didn't know what kind of car i drove, while he was looking right at it! Then told me I was only able to get the highest oil change they offered unless I wanted to talk to his boss! I know my car and I know what she needs! I will not be going back there for an oil change again!

I ordered 4 tires online and scheduled an appointment for 10am to get them put on. I get there at 10am, and they can only find 3 of the 4 tires. I ended up waiting 2 hours until 11:45 before they even started on my vehicle. I would not recommend the tire center for tire replacements.Service: TiresService: Tires

Very slow!! 5 people standing around talking instead of working. I dropped off the car we walked the stores across the street. We had lunch walked back to the store. They had the oil changed and were working on the tires. Went and did some shopping waited another hour and a half. The second and last time using them. They had oil all over the motor. I won't use them anymore.

Took them 5 hours to replace one tire when I was quoted 2 hours. Afterwards I noticed a wheel center cap was missing, and found it broken in the trunk; getting reimbursed for it was a big hassle. This would be a one-star review if they hadn't finally made it right.

Went there to buy two front tires or a Hyundai Elantra. Checked in about 3:25 pm. They weren't very busy. I had to work about 25 minutes away at 5pm, so I thought I was safe. They pulled my car into the bay within 5 minutes. I thought I'd be done before 4pm. 3 people came into the waiting room after me. After another 20-25 minutes went by, I noticed that my car had not been looked at yet. The people who came in after me were getting their cars. At about 4:20, I knew that even if they started the job immediately at that point, I would be late for work. I was upset by this time, and asked the assistant manager to retrieve my keys. His name was Oscar, and he apologized profusely. I appreciated his concern, but I was going to take my business elsewhere the next day. The next morning, I received a call from the manager, Bruce, who was also very apologetic. He asked me to please my car in, and that he would do it for half price. They completed the job within 15 minutes of my arrival and saved me $70. That turns what would have been a 1* and turned this review into a 5*. They actually care about their customers! Would recommend!

Best prices in town for automobile maintenance, tires, batteries, and accessories. Customer service employees and supervisors are really helpful, friendly, bilingual (English/Spanish) been here many times and the service and interaction with employees has always been pleasant and enjoyable. Take advantage and do a bit of shopping while you wait, very convenient! Thank you guys for making things easy, efficient, and professionally.

Went to Wal-Mart here in Trinity to get my vehicle oil change. Did not have an appointment. And was waited on promptly. Was only there for maybe 30 minutes. And was pleasantly surprised that not only did they do the oil change & filter. They topped off all fluids. Cleaned the windshield, and vacuumed the interior! Thanks Wal-Mart!

I ordered my tires online and from there they tell you to schedule an appointment to get your tires changed. So I made an appointment and showed up at my time. It was in the morning during the weekday. I was lied to when I got there saying my truck will be going into the bay in 15 minutes. It ended up taking 2 hours just to get it in the bay. I had the woman at the desk checking and she kept coming back with a story. I was just about to take my tires and go elsewhere when they finally took my truck 2 hours later. I shouldn't have had to wait that long with the appoinment set days ago.

Four hours to change a lightbulb and two tires when I was second car in que. The employee working the front desk had to keep telling the mechanics to stop working on other cars and to work on mine. I don't normally write reviews like this especially because I'm not a mechanic nor do I know their workload but I showed up at 845 this morning and it's still not finished. At least make the waiting area air conditioned and give me a comfy chair if I'm going to commit my day to watching you work.

My girlfriend went in for an oil change and while there they told her they would like to give her a free inspection. Sure nuff that came back and said she had a nail in her tire. They told her she needed to buy a new tire. the tires were only a year old so I asked my girlfriend why didn't they just patch the tire. She was told they couldn't patch the tire because it had dry rot. So I went out and looked at her remaining three tires and not a speck of dry rot. This was a scam from the start free inspection, nail in the tire, can't repair, buy a new tire. I called the store and asked to see the tire they replaced and they said they would have it back for me the following Monday. When I called them to tell them I was on my way to inspect the tire they told me they could not find the tire.
