I intended to ask a couple of questions and make an appointment for an estimate when I called at 9:03 AM. Quick conversation recap:Business: "Hello?"Me: "Oh good morning, who is it I'm calling?"Business: "I don't know, you called me.".....Me: "Ooook, I just wanted to see if I needed to make an appointment for an estimate."Business: "I don't care if you make an appointment or not."Never would I ever. I'm no business expert, but I can confidently suggest that your customer service skills on the phone can and do have a direct impact on your bottom line. I'll actively send others in my position away from your business now. Well done.

Unfortunately,I was referred here for my car from an accident that occurred where I was not at fault. I hoped I would be in good hands.Sadly,that just WAS NOT the case.I shouldn't have to be the mediator between the Insurance company and the shop.Here,that is what happened.Proper protocol the insurance requires was not met therefore I had to not only pay storage fees,because of negligence,but I also did not get nearly as good of a end result as SHOULD'VE BEEN!!!! I am worse off than when I brought the car there to begin with.Sad, I really thought this shop may be different than some out there just looking to make a buck and not care about the outcome for others.Guess I was wrong.

I used Twisted Metal to repair my 2017 Civic after I was rear-ended. The company took great care of my car and addressed all of my concerns. I was very happy with the way my car was repaired. These guys took my wrecked car and made it look like new again,. I have used them now four times in 15 years i have lived in Port Richey. I go back because they do exactly what they tell you they are going to do. For exactly the very reasonable price that they quoted me. NO BS and very friendly courteous staff. Each person in this shop is working with a sense of urgency. Obviously why they can turn out the jobs quick. This place is amazing they brought my car back to life! Very quality work for the price! If I had someone ask me if I know a body shop this is where I will and would send anyone! Great customer service and they keep in contact with you while they work on your car so you know everything!

I would recommend this place who has anybody work to be done . They truly did an awesome job friendly accurate prices are very reasonable love this place. My car can't you can't tell that I had been in a wreck wonderful job

Dropped my truck off. They said 4 days..it was ready in 3...They did a fantastic job.,...not sure the truck looked this good when it was new....Great work at a more than fair price. Jackie And Melissa are great. ii HIGHLY recommend this business

Melissa, John and Jackie will treat you like family! Incredible quality body and paint work and at an affordable price. I was in the car business previously and had extensive experience with hack paint jobs from the economy type high volume paint shops. The quality you get from Twisted Metal is exceptional. Will recommend them to everyone I know and will absolutely use them in the future.

They took 3 weeks longer than promised, parts they were supposed to replace and install were NOT replaced. I gave them 2 stars and will upgrade once they get my parts ordered and installed. Office was quite mismanaged, almost everything they updated us on was wrong.

Worst ever. Was told good body shop. Paint good customer service was horrible(Michellle was great John owner not so much). After 5 times I was told that's the best they can do. Driver door doesn't shut. Driver floor board is so wet it stinks(can't get a call back to fix), Scared to even take back to fix it. Felt like he was talking down to me. Hello I'm the customer. As in it was my fault I knew nothing. With in seconds I knew the work was done wrongly.TM please feel free to call me and fix my door.

I can't say enough good about this place. Prices are great. Service is great and the rear job is amazing. I cannot tell what was painted and what is original even in bright sunlight and under streetlighting. They have all of my future business even tho I hope I never have to use them!

Awful. Worst experience I ve ever had at a dealer... I ve had the car for about 2 months and this is the second time it won t start. Hasn t started in almost a week. I have contacted them both times about the issue and the first time said nothing is wrong this time said they would come look at it nothings been done. Doesn t answer the phone or do call backs. Not to mention told me I didn t pay my car payment when I clearly did and it had already came out of my bank account. DO NOT BUY HERE!

Where to start... My father purchased a car from these cruel scam artists it was a run around from the start. Very unprofessional and unclean and unsanitary people working at this place! John promised to pay to have my father's car fixed and pay for it since it broke weeks after purchasing it tells my dad take it to Barry's automotive and when it's ready I pay full cost. Now they will not pay the mechanic nor give my father his car back! Do not go here !!!;

Referred me to German elite which also didn't want to do the job. If you have a VW & you have a leak in your panoramic moonroof prepare to take it to the dealership and avoid the goose chase & prepare to spend between 4600 to 1400 depending upon the damage.

If i could give no stars i would. This place is awful and nothing but scam artist. They run you around in circles and are very unsanitary. Will definitely NOT recommend or ever return to this trashy establishment.

Used to go here all the time bring up my car to get fixed and they tell me the headlights are going to cost $1650 I just replaced the headlights 3 months ago myself for under 500 hmmm Yes they turned into one of those type of places I'm not doing business there no more
