Awesome experience. Got a great deal on some all-terrain tires and some mechanical repairs that needed to be done. Great crew that works here, all old school workers. They take pride in there work and our true Craftsman! This will be my new spot to go to when in need of any issues with my car.

Just finished and excellent service experience with Joe and the crew at Tires Plus in New Port Richey. The customer service was excellent and timely. They were polite and professional as well as genuinely nice. Saw him help an elderly customer above and beyond what would normally be expected. I recieved a more than fair price for the work they did and they finished in a timely fashion. I left completely satisfied and they are now my go to shop for basic and general maintenance.Thanks Joe

The staff were nice and helpful. Gave me a written estimate before the requested work was done and an itemized statement after it was paid. Also gave me a list of things that will need to be done in the future but not critical for repair at this time.

You guys purport to service vehicles, I recently brought my car in for services I can't do myself such as alignment, and tire balancing after repair I performed. I requested to have my transmission fluid level checked and topped off. I was advised tires plus does not perform those services. If you can't check the fluid level in such a critical component I am not sure I want to trust you with other far more critical components such as the tie rod ends recommend by the technician. I will only be considering tires plus a tire sales store in the future.

Went in to repair my tire and they damaged my wheel. I dropped off the tire already off the car, and figured it would make it easier for them. They repaired the hole and it has not leaked any air but they did damage my property and said nothing about it. I only noticed the damage when I got home and was putting on the wheel. If you care about nice things you buy and don't want them mistreated then I would not recommend this shop.Service: Tires

Lance was awsome. She took care of all My truck needs. Even made sure it was all taken care of to my satisfaction. Would not let me leave until she knew I would be safe. The guys in the shop were awsome also. They all helped to make sure my Truck was completely done right. Kudos to Lance she deserves a raise for her for her knowledge and how to rake care of her customers. Prayers and hugs

This is a good shop with honest mechanics who are just trying thier best to deliver the services they offer. As a car guy/amateur mechanic myself, I can understand and am sympathetic to the variable nature that is auto repair every vehicle is different in engineering and overall mechanical state, so things are going to crop up that are unexpected, and I understand this is just part of the game, so I budget ample time to get the work done whenever I bring a vehicle in and have never had any complaints. So far I've had tires mounted and balanced on my 1998 ram 2500, which is an older vehicle and the nature of such stuff is rusted and may strip and etc. One of my 32 wheel studs stripped out (8 lug axles) and they were straight forward in telling me what happened, and scheduling a time to repair it free of charge as they identified it as their error. This is a huge identifier of integrity as so many other shops would have just hit it down with an impact gun and sent it with the customer none the wiser (until you're like me and you go to take the wheel off to do brakes or something. . ). After that experience I brought them my 1986 Toyota MR2 turbo project car for a wheel alignment, few quarks with my hard mounted drivers seat and finding someone who could both fit in the car and drive my stiff grabby clutch, but they got it done and the car is aligned and drives better than it has in a long time. . Have since built a sliding seat bracket to prevent that but again that's my issue/the cars issue and not theirs. . . But I'm very particular with my vehicles, ive figured out how to do about everything besides mounting and balancing tires, but between my 2 experiences these guys get a 5 star rating all around, from initial consult for tires on the phone and finding best rate, to the actual work performed.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Great Shop with good guys!Matt is nice, cordial and upfront about what is going to occur. Brought in for an oil change and Matt actually helped me save money by informing me the proper things that needed to be done to my car.He ran a quick diagnostic and was able to indicate what the issue was. Took our car to this location to have them mount and rotate our new front tires we bought and put them on the rear. They did not even though the work order says to and they didn't even replace all the valve stem caps when they replaced the valve stems but still charged for it & rotation even though they didn't listen. C- service

Actually, zero, not one star. I had a flat tire, a screw is in the tire only needed a repair. Office response was they where to busy and had no time to even look at my tire. It's a couple hours before even closing time for them and they refuse to take a look to see if they could repair the tire. So they prefer for me to drive on my flat tire to find another shop. I will not recommend or ever give you my business for any reason.

Jose was professional and explained my options for a tire change and alignment. Jmax even stayed late to complete the work same day. The full inspection they offer was great as I could do some repairs on my own. Hope I don't have to see them for awhile but I love the peace of mind knowing they are here.

Had a appointment at 12 pm, operator that made the appointment said take about two hours. Came back to pick up my vehicle at 4 and was still sitting in the same placed I park it. Service personnel said they were short and couldn t get to it. I was a little upset and conveyed that to them and now there doing my truck. Not sure how this is supposed to work. As I was there a lady came in and asking to by new tire her car was Serviced and gone. I need a rotating tire that I purchasing and was move to the end of the line. Hope no one else has the same thing happen to them. There we ll not be a next time but it there is I ll wait in the waiting room.Service: Tires

Jose the service manager does not know how to run a shop and while he is busy doing other stuff, my oil change took almost an hour and a half, with an appointment and one other car in the shop. After oil change and tire rotation my vehicle almost dies when started and they lied that it was having issues prior, and writing fake notes on the recommendation page, in which the technician told me otherwise. Tools left under my hood, washer fluid left empty and then Jose yelling , shaking a pry bar at us and antagonizing my husband to do something, and be his guest to call management. I realize staffing is tough but really?! Taking my business elsewhere and closing my credit card with them!Service: Oil change

Absolutely awesome experience!The service personnel took my car in right away, since I think some of their appointments were late. I read my book, listened to the music on my phone, and the tire that picked up a nail was patched. Really calm enjoyable experience

I ve been coming here for over 20 years and have been very satisfied every time. Even though they have change over in mechanics and management it seems like they have a good system and are honest. I would not go anywhere else. Just dealt with Mat today and he was fantastic. Five stars

They were very fast and efficient. Had my tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour and had a promotion goin about applying for credit and I ended up paying nothing. Not always going to be the case but they had best prices and the mechanic handled the job very well. I will return for any other work I can't do. They are my primary go to auto shop! Thank you guys!

Place is a joke! Don't waste your time or money. It's clear from coming in for a simple oil change that this place is hurting bad. They are so desperate for money and business that they have to resort to scamming anyone who walks through the door. I went in for an oil change, I get a call an hour later from a "tech" who says I have about $1,600 worth of work that "MUST" be done otherwise it's just "not safe." They literally told me, you can't drive this car after today unless I paid the $1,600 worth of work to "keep it safe." Clearly, they saw me and thought, well he probably doesn't know much about cars, let's just lie and make him think he needs this. Laughably, I elect just the oil change, drive down the street and picked up a set of new tires for less than $900. Just watch out, these people will scam you anyway they can. They are hurting for business so bad, just look at the front of the store if you don't believe me.

I wanted to thank Jim (2nd pic) and his coworkers for providing amazingly quick and efficient service to me today. My engine died while traveling west on 70. I was stuck in Arcadia for 4 hours waiting for a tow. I called more than a car repair locations, ask advising I can drop my car off and they "might" be able to look at it Monday. This included 3 other Tires Plus locations who provide the same response. This was unsatisfactory as I needed to be at work Monday morning on the east coast of South Florida. When calling this location however, I got Jimmy on the phone. He told me to bring it in and he'll look at it. He was honest about not making any promises so I drove my dying car to his location and when he saw the situation I was in, he had my car in a bay being looked at within 10 minutes. I was beyond shocked and grateful for his willingness to help. His team member in the first picture did the inspection himself and gave a thorough explanation of what was occurring with my engine. He didn't spare me the bad news and got to the point, which I both appreciate and respect highly. Although I had to rusher my car to Hyundai down the street from this location to ultimately see it was a recall issue, the people at this location helped ease my frustration and I am thankful for the experience with them. I highly recommended this Tires Plus location as opposed to the others in the area, because when push came to shove for me, Jimmy and this team came thru when I needed an assist the most. Thank you gentlemen! You are nothing short of amazing service providers!

I took my van up there to get my oil changed and they called me and said that my filters needed to be replaced and that there was a leak in my radiator on the passenger side and it would be almost $600 to fix, I told him to replace the filters but not the radiator. I took my cane a couple days later to my normal mechanic and he did the exact same pressure test on my van and found 0 leaks. He said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my van. I will NOT be going back to this places for anything. They fact that they tried to charge me almost $600 in work that wasn t even necessary is absolutely shady. I highly recommend getting a second opinion on any work they tell you that needs to be done to your vehicle.
