Wonderful service as usual. Bryon my service man did a excellent job. As all the employees did . Everybody should be using this carefree stress less service. Never have to leave your vehicle. Doesn't get better then that!

I recently visited Take 5 and had the Pleasure of dealing and interacting with Jason. He was a true professional and extremely respectful. Didn t try to push any other products during the time and process of my oil change. I have worked in the auto field a few times in my life and I honestly felt comfortable here and never felt like they were trying to over charge or treat me like my dollar was the only thing that was important. I recommend this Take 5 and the crew that represents it.

We arrived around 10:00. The assistant manager said they were short staffed and behind being very apologetic. Roughly 40 minutes later we were in and the oil changed service was quick: no pushy sales, and walked us through what they were doing making announcements that clearly are being recorded. (In todays world I see the reason for this) I had a $10 off coupon and with no other work done I was out the door for $85.00 I d recommend going back if they offered better discounts and were indeed a little quicker.

Omar, Houston, and Bryan were very helpful, friendly, and professional, and made sure every step of the oil change was done and verified. Also swapped out my wiper blades. No pressure for an upsell and great coupons. And I got to sit in my car the whole time. Will definitely only go here for oil changes in the future.

I was very pleased with my first visit to take 5 facility near me. The mechanics Were very friendly, fast and did a fantastic service to my truck. This experience was convenient and really quick! I would highly recommend take 5 for your next oil change.

Great professional service. The service team explained the fees and answered my mom's questions patiently. We were provided with complimentary bottled water plus fast service. We never had to leave the vehicle and often asked if we needed additional water to drink or anything else. You're my mom's new oil change service team.

Derek and Michael there at Take 5 Oil Change was very friendly, understanding and professional. I was extremely happy with the service. I haven't driven my older model mini van for while and when asked to pop the hood. Michael was so nice, he didn't make fun of me for not knowing where the button was. Top notch service I also had a coupon that was honored with a smile. Great experience for a first time customer at this location of Little & Ridge Rd on Dec 22nd. Highly recommend and I will be back. Thanks Derek & Michael.

The gentleman who took care of me said he was the manager and I tell you what, he really deserves the title! He was actually called in the previous time I was there and was only a part time employee. He took good care of me then and this time he went above and beyond. He definitely deserves good credit, it s the new year, give the guy another raise!!

It was my first time getting an oil change on my own, and I was lucky enough to get greeted and taken care of by Mike. I got a fresh cold water and he helped me choose what was best for my car, and had some funny jokes as well. Great company. All around a really good Take 5! I will be back :)

The employees were very nice but were unable to do my oul change because the system did not have our new car in it yet. 2024 cars have been out for a little while now, the system should be updated

The guys here are so nice & professional! They show they care about customer experience & service. I m not very knowledgeable on cars or car maintenance but they were so patient and answered all my questions & did quick service on my car. I got an Oil Change & changed my Filter with them. 10/10 will be coming here for future oil changes.

GO! These guys are great! They explained everything in detail, they got my oil changed and checked other fluids and my windshield wipers and took good care of me, and were customer service oriented to boot! Fast & Friendly service, I arrived as a new customer at 7am, I was explained the entire process, received all the services I needed and was driving out at 7:15am.Fantastic service!

Took way more than 5 min. Plus they didn't provide me with the amount before starting the job. Previous oil changes have been around $60 this time $100. Not happy with that. They also say the clean windshield, check air pressure that didn't happen will not be going back to take 5.

I pulled in and no one greeted me even know it was clean that not just I was there but what I was there for after waiting the tec name Keven acted like he was anointed I was even there and the rest of this visit continued that way

This Has To Be THE WORST Experience I Have Ever Had At A Oil Place! I Usually Go To Insta Quick In Clearwater, Where I Guess They Spoil Their Customers Because I Have Never Been There For More Than 15 Minutes!!! I Have Literally Been Sitting At This Take 5 Oil Garage For 48 Minutes Now And They Are Just Now Starting To Get My Information In The System! UNBELIEVABLE! But I Have Been Listening To The Woman With The Red Hair Complain And Complain To The Boy With The Short Brown Hair, And Complain On The Phone About How their stuck here by themselves on a Sunday when it s busy, take 5 made no money yesterday, extremely slow, so they should have expected it to be busy on a sunday! Her words, not mine!! This is probably the worst customer service I have ever had!!! The longest waiting time ever, and I will NEVER return here again, and I will NEVER refer Anyone Here either! GOOD LUCK WITH THIS KIND OF SERVICE FOR A $110.00 oil change!!!
