The customer service is amazing! A rock broke my sunroof on my LandRover. My insurance and so many other places was giving me the run around. Superior fixed my glass and provide clear communication about everything. The woman at the front desk really takes care of all customer. A year later I notice a little raddled, and she allowed me to bring the car back and double checked my sunroof and found a small bolt was loose and fixed it. One day in, one day out! As an Autoglass repair replacement windshield facility, sometimes there is windshield replacements that I can t get to. When the customer is out of my area or when I need a specialty windshield replacement done, Linda Rollinson is my go to. She has an amazing team and can repair foreign domestic and troublesome windshields. Best experience with Linda at Superior Auto Glass!!! From the moment I walked into her business I was greeted with a friendly smile. She knew I would be waiting so she made sure my truck was done in a timely manner. Linda spent the entire time I was waiting talking with me! I stopped by to make an appointment for an auto window replacement and met the owner Linda. She looked at the damage and advised me that it was repairable and was able to fix it while I waited. Linda is super knowledgeable and very customer oriented. This is the type of local owned business that we should all be supporting. Thank you Linda. We will be customers for life. Linda has been taking care of my windshield needs for over 9 years and every time I have been more than pleased! She is very knowledgeable in everything she does. She always responds in a timely manner and gets me scheduled and taken care of quickly. Superior Auto is friendly, helpful, and convenient. Excellent service, excellent work! Linda was great to work with, she's very knowledgeable and informative. I had to wait a while for a ride and she made the time pass pretty quickly. Very nice lady! Superior was awesome. I used them based on others reviews. They made it easy and did a great job. Window was spotless too when I picked up the truck. Don t let your insurance company steer you to the big box company. My insurance tried to get me to the discount shop but they have to let you use your shop. I paid nothing at Superior and super happy.

What a fantastic experience! I needed a new windshield and really just didn t want to patron someone like Safelite when we have good local companies who can do the job right and super fast. I ve had to (unfortunately) replace two windshields within a week because of rocks breaking them and I was offered service next day for a full replacement. The jobs both times took less than an hour. Linda is sooo kind and felt so terrible that I had to go through it twice within 1 week but took excellent care of me. Please consider giving your business to the locals first, they do great work! Highly, highly recommend.

This is actually the second time in the last 2 years I have had to have my windshield replaced (joys of living off US 19) by Superior Auto Glass of Tampa Bay. The service that Linda and her team provide has been amazing both times. The first time I had my windshield replaced it was with another company. So last year when that one cracked I called Linda at Superior was incredibly impressed with the service. My first replacement windshield had been installed incorrectly, and in order to replace it Superior Auto Glass had to not only replace the glass but framing pieces around the glass. Couldn't be happier result with the replacement materials and the work. I had to call on Linda and Superior again this week and it was wonderful. She remembered who I was (which is a fantastic/warm & fuzzy feeling) and worked with my schedule to get the glass replaced ASAP. Again, I am so happy with my new windshield and how quickly it was able to be replaced. If you ever need a replacement windshield in the Tampa Bay area, I would definitely call Linda.

What a great company. Linda really helped us with our insurance claim. The technician was unbelievably great. You'd never know our windshield was changed. Would never consider using any one else. This company really rocks!

During this pandemic crisis, it's important to support locally owned businesses. I initially chose Superior Auto Glass for this reason but was very pleased to discover them to be accommodating, professional, quick and very reasonably priced. They even gave me unsolicited advice on how to fix myself a separate problem they noticed with my car. I would highly encourage you to consider this business over the big chains. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome place and people. My insurance would not pay for my shattered windshield and Lynda gave me a great and fair price. I was also in a pickle due to not being able to drive it so they also worked with me on that. It's was a painless and very smooth ordeal. I will recommend this place to any one. Thank you so much!!!

It was the best experience ever. I was, for some reason, expecting to be taken advantage of. I have just moved here and I not sure where to go for any service.The nice lady that ran the shop was fast and knew her stuff.So my whole experience was "The Best!" and I recommend Superior Glass to everyone. The owner Linda is one of the nicest people I know, after buying a new used car, she noticed I had chips in my windsheild! Glad she caught it! After scheduling an appointment, she fixed it up quick and easy. Hassle free experience! It's been several months since I've had it done and the repairs are holding strong. Thanks for saving my windsheild! I guarantee I would of needed to replace it otherwise!

The owner of this establishment is so professional kind and helpful she even took me home so I didn't have to wait while they fixed my car and the job was excellent. I came in again and my car windshield was repaired in 15 minutes because of another crazy driver! I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a replacement windshield. Linda was great about working to immediately source my requested glass and schedule the appointment. However, there was a concern, when I got it back my jeep could no longer fly, float, let alone jump or rollover like it used to. But, Linda and team made sure the new windshield was just as good as when it came out of the factory floor so I guess we are even. I am sure I will need a replacement windshield again at some point and I will be calling on this shop again for all my needs. Thank you Linda and team!

About a week ago the back window of our one year old Toyota was broken buy a rock hitting it.I took the car to the local Toyota dealer where we bought it. I got there in the last hour that they were open for the day.When I asked for help they handed me Linda Rollinsons card And told me that they considered her company Superior Auto Glass of Tampa Bay to be the best in the area.I called Linda on the spot. She came to the dealer, ordered the glass, cleaned all of the broken glass form the rear of the car,put plastic over the opening,and did all of this on a cold evening after super hour.The next day Linda called with pricing and set up a time for the install of the new window.Two days after the window was broken, a man who works for Linda met me at the dealer, installed the new glass and the job was done. The customer service that I got from Superior Auto Glass was far above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and they asked nothing extra in return.May God Bless them with success now and in the future.They are the best in the business, In my opinion too.
