Unfortunately, I was rear-ended on the Interstate and my truck was damaged. I thought that it would never look the same. So, I decided to bring it to Sun Toyota collision center. They did an amazing job as you can see from the pictures before and after. They made it look brand new like it was never involved in an accident. I definitely would do business with them again they made me a happy customer thank you so much.

I was involved in an accident after someone ran a red light. Sun collision center made a very long and frustrating situation end so easily and got my car back to me in a timely fashion. John was absolutely wonderful to deal with, he was pleasant and polite, and kept me updated along the way. I'm really hopeful I will never need them again, but if I do, I will absolutely return here.

George and his staff are amazing,I highly recommend them if I could give more than five stars I would.They stand behind their work and honest and nice people.Pricing is very fair also.I attached a before and after picture looks like nothing ever happened. I have brought all my cars here for any issues in regards to auto body repair. I have always had nothing less than excellent service. However this last time, they had my car for 3 months, and when I got it back, I noticed that the front passenger side headlight looked different than the drivers side headlight (it looked like I-Robot), there was a gap between the hood of the car and the body, and the front bumper was popping out on both sides and would not stay in place. I brought it back to them and they stated that the wrong parts were ordered. They scheduled for my car to come back, gave me a loaner, I got my car back as promised with everything repaired properly, however they have still not addressed my A/C line issue or my passenger door after repeated calls and emails to the advisor.Although I can understand the frustration with the service technicians not getting stuff done in an appropriate and timely manner, it is no excuse to order the wrong parts and give someone their car back in poor condition. I even downloaded the scope of work that was performed on the car because I have concerns about the A/C line being replaced, and they insist they did not replace it. Ok, then why is it on the paperwork that it was replaced and the line is brand new with no caps?I am not some illiterate woman that does not know anything about cars, and being dismissive to a client is completely unacceptable.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Vehicle maintenance

I was in a car accident and took my Corolla to Sun Toyota Collision. My adviser was John Matuisa, and during just the first few moments of speaking with him about my car, I had a good feeling. He took me through all the steps of what was going to happen and what was going to be fixed, called me on a few occasions to give me updates, and made sure my car was ready on time just as he said the first day. My car now looks brand new! Thank you John for your wonderful service!

Minoli was the rep that I worked with and he was absolutely awesome. The shop did a wonderful job fixing my baby. Everyone was very kind and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

I took my car there to fix the front bumper and gave them a cheque written by a third party on their name. They accepted the cheque and they are still keeping my car for over 15 days now until the Cheque will be cleared from the bank. They never told me, when I gave them the car, that was going to delay so much. They are causing me extra rental car payment and time delay, until I get back my car. I will never bring back my car here again.

Was made to wait extra day for insurance to pay balance ( that s ok). Work was not completed and issued small refund ( takes 2 weeks) and told to finish repairs myself. I know now why so many bad reviews

They did a great job on my car. It looks like new, since it is a 2017, and some damage the whole passenger side it was awesome an awesome job they did to make it look like new, only post a few before. Almost, everything had to be replaced.

I literally was in a target parking lot when a man approached me and told me about the recall for the pearl white coming off my Toyota so out of my curiosity, went to Sun Toyota to ask and they said absolutely 100% taken care of cannot believe how beautiful of a job they did , apparently it was a recall on the pearl white paint jobs

Utterly and totally impressed, not only were my repairs done in a very timely manner. Everyone was truthful and pleasant. All of my worries were discussed and addressed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Unprofessional and unorganized. No one called to give me updates on my vehicle even though they explicitly said they would I had to call them multiple times and they still couldn t give me an answer. My estimater didn t call me before starting the job like he s supposed. My car was completed two weeks after the original estimated time and still wasn t fixed properly. Would NOT RECOMMEND.I should ve known there would be a problem because the very first day when I came to drop off my car there originally. There was another lady in the lobby complaining about the work on her car. Her check engine light was still on and the car wasn t starting properly even though they ve had her car for over a month. I thought maybe just one bad apple but . Seems to be a routine thing for them

16000.00 in damages and they have me waiting 4 months for a $100 00 rear bumper protector. Ill never see it. The service advisor repeatedly LIED to me.

Dont get Scammed!!!! First was overestimated. Quoted me a job for 3k, when it was cash pay... but once we decided on insurance pay...the price miraculously dropped down to $700.... Had a side scratch i asked if they blend while completing the insurance job... instead ended up with a scratch that went from barely visible ...to one that was so obvious I can literally see it from a far away ...I have the pictures to prove ...when I asked about it.. was told they "couldn't fix it" but quoted me $1000 to replace the whole side panel. ...these people are dirty scam artists...Service: Body & Trim

First time using Toyota collision center and the communication by phone was fast, timely and very helpful, once I dropped off my car there I was attended to quickly by appointment and I think that customer service on the site should improve a little. Once my car is ready, I will update my review here.

I have always been happy with the customer service at sun Toyota and their collision center. Took my highlander in for a paint chip program this month. They got me in within a few days and scheduled for repair. No questions and no paperwork. The manager John walked us around the car and explained the process, what would be painted as well as additional possibilities. It did take a week longer than expected, but they called to give us updates and they offered a free rental car from the start. New paint matches and looks great. Car was returned clean. Very happy again with the work and customer service.Service: Painting

My car was hit on the passenger back door. The door had to be replaced and the panel needed repaired. They kept me informed and got me in quickly. They handled everything. My car was rear ended and I didn t think it would ever be able to run the same but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it s running after the repairs. It looks better than it did before it was hit. I was kept informed all along the way and it was finished before I ever expected it to be so I m very satisfied with everything. Also, a few years ago my parents had a couple of fender bender s with their car. They took it to Sun Collision and they were very satisfied with the quality of the service as well.Service: Body & Trim

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT THE REPAIR DONEI came to them after I was in a collision. I am fighting with insurance companies, doctors, lawyers, and on top of all of that I have to fight with sun Toyota to make the repair that they ve already been paid for.The unprofessionalism that I ve experienced during the time I was supposed to feel at ease with who my vehicle was being cared for byWhen I came to pick up my vehicle is completely over the moon.I was unpleasantly surprised with the quality of repair. There is a full 1&1/16 inch gap between my front bumper cover and the fenders. A beauty cap that was lost in the collision was never re ordered. My grill is very loose and I can move it around with very little effort. When I came to bring it back I was informed my technician was on vacation.This is what s acceptable to put out before vacation??Update:I brought the truck back 2 weeks ago and I just now received an email about how they don t plan to do anything about it, citing reviews that people were having to bend the bumper and they don t do that. Upon my own research and reaching out to the manufacturer, I was able to find no such reviews or comments and the manufacturer hadn t either. They could ve contacted the manufacturer about any issues they were having with fitment but instead I had to. it s very clear no one here cared about the quality of repair once the insurance had paid out. And I d advise against anyone bringing their vehicles to this location based on this experience. At this point insurance has paid out 5,800 usd and I have to still go home and figure this out on my own. Thanks for nothingService: Body & Trim
