This is one well-run establishment got some tires Saturday first thing first in line got it done in 1 hour way to go guys.It's really going to be awesome here when they finish the landscaping and take out the concrete barriers to make the gas pumps more efficient.If you're prepping for the inevitable storm coming in the world this is the place to prep. Two thumbs up Ralph.

Worst customer service. Been coming here for years because the price is great, but it comes at the cost of service. They quote astronomical times to deter you from buying. No one is ever at the counter and they just have horrible attitudes. I had to bring back my car that was under warranty for headlight restoration and was quoted 2 hours and was done in 20 minutes. And they didn t even wipe down the from after the job. It was literally covered in the chemical run off. And you can only imagine the wonderful service I got after making them clean it up... had these same issues with the tires I buy as well. Great prices but the techs are just toxic... buyer just beware

The prices and the value are awesome. Free road hazard warranty is exceptional. Expect to wait. When there is so much for the value of the dollar , that creates a lot more demand. I have purchased more than 16 tires here over the years and I m very very happy with every single one. Recently I got new tires for my daughters Honda Civic amd love the price vs local tire and battery shops. Get a membership and save $$$$

I had four new Michelin tires ordered on the 9th of November. Two weeks later I recieved a call that they had come in and was told that the 30th was the first day available to install. I took the appointment for 10am. On the 30th I dropped off my key and they said it would be about an hour and someone would call me. After an hour and fifteen minutes I went back to the counter and they asked if some one called me. I said "no, I was told it would be an hour and that time passed so I was checking if the car was done?" He looked around and found the key and said oh yeah they just finished it. As I'm leaving I notice the one tire pressure shown on my dash was 0 while the rest were 39. So I go back in to ask about the discrepancy. After several minutes we were able to resolve the outlier. Now exactly two weeks later I have to bring them back because that same tire has a slow leak of 10-15 pounds everynight for the last three nights. I called Sam's tire center to see about an appointment to fix said tire. The response I received from them was, "we don'thave ANY appointments, just bring it in." Finally, here I am waiting for them to open to see how many hours I have to leave the car in order to remount a tire that should have been mounted correctly the first time. I'm guessing three hours. I'll edit with their actual resolution and timeframe.Disgruntled,J

Sam's club Auto done excellent repair on my flat tire and had it done by the time I was done shopping
