World class service. That's what comes to mind when I think of Raymond Charles automotive and towing. Going above and beyond for their clients and making them feel welcome and at home like family. They have an urgency of service and are very communicative when it comes to the job. They are trusted and are professional. I know that I can leave my vehicle with them and with confidence know that it's going to return to me in better shape than before. Thank you Raymond Charles you are without a doubt unequivocally the best in Tampa Bay.

This is the only mechanic I use now! I've had all three of my cars in their shop. Always have had top notch work done in a timely manner. They're transparent about any issues they find, and they'll show you so you know it's legitimate. They even told me when they weren't sure one of my cars could be fixed fully due to massive engine issues- they cared about me more than making a profit from my busted car!! Truly awesome people that care about you and your cars health.

Frankie was amazing. Personality wise and honest. I went in not knowing anything. Having been told by another franchise I needed major work, for major money that I didn t have.After my diagnosis, I was assured my vehicle was perfectly fine and reimbursed my fee.Will be returning.

Ray did a great job on my 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD duramax. I had wrecked the truck, and was in a position in my life where I couldn t afford to fix it all the way. The wreck had threw the suspension alignment out and bent some parts. Ray and his team got my truck driveable with what money I had at the time. Once I had the money to repair, I brought it back to Ray. Ray replaced the broken and worn parts, and told me let s start there and see what we got, as this was not easy to determine exactly what was bent and or broken. Once the new parts were installed, Ray got it on the alignment rack, and got my truck driving better than before the wreck. Price was very reasonable, and I would say better than most mechanics in the area. He also installed 2 new tires, mounted and balanced them perfectly. This is a heavy duty truck with a lift and big tires, and I can now proudly drive my truck comfortably once again. Thank you so much Ray, Kenzie, Frank. I can t remember the other mechanics name, but thank you as well. Time in shop was very reasonable, and the entire process was extremely efficient.

This was a 5 star review and even had commented on how your work is good and follow through even better. That was over a year ago and I have spoke with Kenzie 5-6 times over the past year and at least 2 different others. I stopped in there a couple times and called multiple. Never once, did I get a call back. I waited for the tailgate handle for 3-4 months before I just ordered it myself. Around the same time, I called Kenzie about the air acting up that I paid you 2K to fix and was told she would call me back. Spent close to $3500 at your shop in a 30 day period. After many attempts by stopping in and calling, I gave up.

Awesome experience at Raymond Charles automotive these guys replaced my starter and also let me know about another issue that needed to be fixed which I appreciate they also shopped around for the best deal on parts to save me some cash .. they ended up saving me $200 very cool people with a super cool dog!!! Highly recommend taking your vehicle to these guys !

I called Raymond Charles Automotive today for a last minute repair. They had availability same day. There prices are very fair. Kenzie ,The mechanic & Ray were professional. Personal friend referred me (Frankie) and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Went in for a pre-purchase inspection and after the inspection and speaking with the service tech I went home and got my 2nd car and brought it in the same day. The detailed explanation and ability to answer every question I had was far superior to any larger shop. Its a small shop so dont expect to sit there watching them replay their ads over and over on a tv while waiting. This is definitely one hard working shop. Thanks guys!

Ray Ray and the crew are incredible and amazing. This is the second time I have brought in my 2012 Nissan Titan, for totally different issues . From the start Ray and the crew were Spot On!! In diagnosis of the issue. This is after I received two other quotes from different mechanics, who weren't even close to what was wrong. I can not express how lucky I am to have a Certified Mechanic that truly takes his job to heart. If you want a humble experience go to Our Family Automotive LLC. Ray will break things down so that you understand the workings of what is wrong with your vehicle. His advise is valuable. He will look for the best price on parts without losing quality in the part. I bought Rotor's and Pad for my 2004 BMW 330Ci online thinking I got a good deal. He told me to send them back right away. That they would not last and they were sub-par quality. He could have put them on and know that I would be back eventually but had the compassion to be honest. Being Humble, Honest and Experienced is a good quality in a friend and mechanic. Raymond went above and beyond for my alignment service. He ensures nothing leaves his shop less than perfect and that the customer is 100% satisfied. Spoke with many other customers as I waited; they were all repeat customers and had nothing but the best things to say about this shop and it's services. I highly recommend Raymond and his team. First I want to saying this establishment is well ran with friendly staff who want to help. I came in as a walk in on a weekend and they worked me in without a problem. I semi reluctantly write this review because they were so helpful and spent time looking at the vehicle.The reason I gave them a 3 star is because there is a $100 diagnosis/diagnostic fee, and I left without a diagnosis of the problem on my vehicle. I was told to try to get a new battery and see if that would fix the issue And if it did not fix it, we would have to go item by item to try to rule out what was wrong. I am just like any other person in the world who does not just have miscellaneous funds to throw out to rule things out. I reluctantly did go purchase a battery for my vehicle and try it because that would be best case scenario. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem so I am out $100 diagnosis fee $300 battery fee and I am still having the same issue with my vehicle.The only reason I write this review is because I feel like if you are going to pay a fee to find the diagnosis, you should leave with more information when you came in with. Not a maybe it is this .

I had repairs done to my car that were diagnosed, on point, and conducted at a respectable fair price! I had an emergency situation and Ray took my car in same day I came to him and he had me back on the road by the next day and that was ONLY because he had to wait on the part needed. He kept my service hours extremely low and could have EASILY charged another hour or 2 like some shops would do. Ray and his staff are friendly, treat me with respect, and did exactly what they said they would do JUST as promised! Ray even worked my emergency issue in to their day in between other cars they were working on. Rays shop reminds me of "the good old days" where you get a fair job at a fair price. Respect, Integrity and Quality would be my words. Couldn't be more pleased! I would give SIX stars if I could, businesses like Rays are almost impossible to find these days. I went to pick up my husbands truck after an amazing experience diagnosing the issues and unfortunately my car ended up having a funny smell occur at the time of pick up. Ray was awesome enough to use some of his busy time to look at my car for me and replace my cabin filter. I can t say enough great things about this place! Not to mention they are fairly priced and will always give an honest answer.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Ray s shop was highly recommended to me on a local community page. I stopped in for an oil change and to get a tire looked at for a small leak. The service and staff exceeded all expectations. They found a nail in my tire and communicated effectively the cost of everything upfront through their service app. The staff got me in and out in under an hours time and their pricing is unbeatable. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and was appreciative that he took the time to double check that my vehicle was ready for me to drive off in. The Service at Raymond Charles is superb!! Frankie was a pleasure to deal with. He got me in the scheduled for an alignment the next day. I received updates on my car throughout the day. They were able to text me the estimate before the job started & the invoice once the job was complete. Ray was very thorough with his inspection and found what was causing the uneven wear on my tires. I now feel a lot safer in my car thanks to them. I will be going back to get my CV axle fixed. Ray and his team have been of great service to our family. They have worked on our 2012 Chevy Traverse and took the time to Look it over and make it safe for our twin boys to drive when they got their licenses. They also have done some great work on our 2015 Dodge Durango RT. If you want good, honest work done, I highly recommend. They are timely, professional and nice people that do good work you can trust. Will be bringing my car here for my oil changes and pay, rather than KIA's free oil changes in Wesley Chapel. They even did the 12 (?) point inspection which KIA never did.Very communicative, went through proper channels to use my warranty. That, in itself, well, four other shops wanted to charge me upfront first, and they all charged more.I just moved to PR, and Florida last year and it's nice to finally find an honest shop, including the techs, as I watched their rapport with customers while I waited. Straight out upfront giving all options. And Kenzie knows her stuff or will tell you she'll check into it. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place! They have always taken great care of my car. Frank, on my first time getting automotive help here offered me a program that does 100-day loans called the Snap program and that was honestly a life saver ! Thank you guys for being so great !

I work at a car dealership and have access to a service department at a discounted rate. I still choose to bring my family s 2022 vehicle to Raymond Charles Automotive, because of the trustworthiness and the reliability of their service. As part of the 50,000 mile maintenance of our vehicle, they performed a transmission fluid change, coolant fluid change and also brake fluid change as well as doing front brakes. The entire bill was less than one fluid change that we were quoted from the dealership. All of the work already shows up on our Carfax report and it now keeps our manufactures warranty and extended warranty in tact. I fully recommend them for all of your automotive needs.

This is was the best automotive experience I've ever had . I went in for a simple oil change but I was greeted with open arm's. Everyone was so nice , I was given a bottle water and the mechanic took me in and was taken care of in a timely manner. Most importantly they made me feel at home. Communication was key for me and I was informed from start to finish. This is my new Automotive mechanic and I was Extremely pleased with the service I received and look forward to my next visit. Thank you so much for being Awesome. You have my business forever .

Unhappy with big dealership service issues, I asked my friend Zack for his trusted opinion. Sent a text shortly after 8:00 AM, got a quick response to come in anytime the same MORNING!Found the shop in an industrial area, figured it would be a guy's enclave and was a bit nervous as a "woman of advanced-age" going into the mechanic's world! Knew it would be fine when I found the hot peppers planted at the enterance. I was warmly welcomed by the mechanic, the service advisors and a great dog! The Diagnostic process, fees and expected time frame were explained. The 2016 Honda CRV needed an alignment and tire rotation. Costs are as expected for the quality of skilled services. The work was completed in a timely manner, with care for the vehicle and kindest attention to me during the entire visit. Thanks for sharing coffee and fruit!! I really felt treated like "family"--better, actually. I will return for routine care and highly recommend Ray and his team!BTW--I did get a bunch of fruit and veggies at the produce stand, thanks for the referral!Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment
