I came into this location quite frantic, looking for immediate assistance, a caring attentive automotive guru of sorts to alleviate my worry, and who i encountered was so much more than i could have hoped for. A Huge THANK YOU to TRISTAN He is kind, super friendly, comforting, funny, and has the auto know how to make you feel at ease in an instant. He makes me want to give oreily auto parts my business n trust. A great representation of how a man at a business should present n conduct himself n the brand he is entrusted to represent. Always have lots of knowledgeable staff you ask for something they can run and get it before you could even figure out what aisle it s on highly recommend the store they have their act together

The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable they even helped me put in a battery I bought somewhere else. My arm was in a cast. I will never go anywhere else

Just a greatncree that's there really. They actually KNOW what they're talking about when it comes to parts for cars, their accessories, and all that jazz. Help u when they see ur stumped with which product ur trying to figure out to buy. Just note people who are super friendly

A young man saved me $20 on a wiper blade this rainy day. $10.68 total. Beat that, Amazon!Update: 3/1/23. Another very nice young man quickly installed my battery. $140.69 (total; including core charge) Another win.

You have the best experts behind the counters and great managers I was working on my 2005 Ford focused I wasn't sure about my tie rod ends and they were very helpful and experienced by helping me find the right parts I needed just want to say thank you for having the best experts at your stores thank you I appreciate it Ray Terry

O'Reilly's has definitely earned my business... Went in there for running lights and brake lights and when show wipers and the gentleman walked me outside and put them in knowing that I had nobody else to put them in... An amazing place prices were reasonable and would absolutely 1,000% go back to service was absolutely remarkable

Went in today becuase my battery died and I have zero knowledge on how to swap in a new one. They were super nice and professional. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but he did the swap for me and awnsered all my questions with ease. Definitely coming back here in the future.

Every time I have shopped at O'Reilly's, I have been treated politely and professionally. Staff has even on several occasions walked out to my pickup to get their needed information... Now THAT'S professional, and most appreciated and respected. - O'Reilly's is just up the road a couple of miles or so, easy to get to, and they almost always have the merchandise I need in stock. A+++

First time at this location, I couldn't be more pleased! Extremely helpful, and had the best price. One of the few places that don't treat women like idiots! Definitely recommend!!

Very nice crew that works there, they are very knowledgeable about parts and helpful with tips on repairs, while saving you money. Lines are short and fast moving! When comparing prices this O'Reilly came out with the best prices!

Had a check engine light on and they told me it was a misfire. The guy came out and said that my 2 back plugs needed to be changed. He even went on his phone to see about my engine and went far and beyond. Excellent service. Bought the two plugs and put them in and car runs fine.

Placed an online purchase, the store was not aware of it over 30 minutes later. Went in and they were nice to look for it and get me the parts I ordered. The site stated that I will get $25 off in purchases over $100, the store did not know anything, nor the points were applied to me. So now I have to call corporate office to "try" to get the issue resolved.

So I took my battery to get it replaced and I thought maybe I should get it tested before I put out the money for a new one. So the guy tested it and he said your battery is fine. I asked are you sure and he said yes it tested good. Well let me just say that either he had no idea what he was doing or he is not doing his job because I ended up paying 259 dollars for the towing and labor for the mechanic to change my battery.

Customer service was terrible, it was almost like I was bothering them when I asked a question. Unless that is the only place that you can get what you need , check Amazon first, then go there.

Very friendly people and helpful. They treat you as if they have known you for years. Very good handicap parking. Seems to have the parts I cannot get at other auto parts stores in the area.

I called earlier to see if they had a key battery for my car.I gave him all the information that they would need and told him that I was going out of my way. They told me yes and that it wouldn't be a problem to replace it and to come by. As I got there, the sales associate did not have the battery and didn't know how to open my key. He said he has never did it before. What a waist of time and gas to go out of my way. How misleading.
