Bobby was great! He made it an easy experience! Our brakes have been screaming at us for so long but we were looking around at different pricing. He gave us great pricing and friendly service! Will be back to get tires shortly.

I ve been going to Mavis for the last 4 years, Austin who is the shop manager is incredibly knowledgeable and always works with me to figure out the best solution to save me money! Not to forget their technicians are skilled and work in a timely manner.As a full time a ride share driver you can imagine the wear and tear my car endures! Tires, brakes, rotors, tune ups, struts, shocks, alternator just to name a few of the repairs this shop has done for me, with highly competitive rates, being a loyal customer I m always treated well and the prices are always affordable!

Bought my first set of summer tires here and couldn't be happier. I paid for a great product but the best part was not being told things about my car and tires I didn't already know and trying to up-sell me which is often in my experience. They were even educating the elderly couple there.They used torque sticks, (some shops don't) This is what I need in a tire shop, not people who make me feel like they did a good job but also actually do it. Even rolled my old tires out so I could check the alignment. I will be coming back here for rotations 10/10

I took my car in for an oil change, because not only are their prices fair, but they rotated my tires for free. I was able to get a few other services done while I was there. I didn t have an appointment, but they were able to fit my car in same day. I am a repeat customer because of their location, price and the trust I have for their employees. They always show me any issues I might be facing with my car, so I can see firsthand and understand what is happening with my vehicle. I appreciate them.

100% my new go to shop for all my vehicle needs! The lobby was very clean, I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle, great and friendly staff and Austin took great care of me letting me know how everything was going/went! My truck drives like it s brand new again! Can t recommend this store enough I will definitely be returning! Great work!

The store manager Austin was fantastic.he was explained everything with my vehicle and showed me the issues with it and fixed everything the same day for a great price. I ll be coming here for all my maintenance and vehicle problems for now on

Awesome place and excellent service. Bob and Austin were great! They were very knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. Unlike most mechanics, these guys are not pushy whatsoever. They are honest and won t try selling something that s not needed. Thanks again and I ll definitely be back!

The staff at Mavis Tires helped me immensely. I was losing air in my rear tire and they kindly helped me. I had my two young daughters with me and they worked quickly and efficiently. This is our second time at this location. They are professional, courteous and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Worst customer service Ive encountered. My wife made an appt. online. They called to confirm and she couldn t answer due to work. She called back and and was told to bring vehicle in and they would get to it. After arriving she was told that they couldnt do the rotation. And after asking why when she had an appointment they told her that they never spoke to her. What a scam. The salesman was a complete joke. I hope corporate sees this but probably wont do any good. There is no accountability for peoples actions anymore. This was our first visit and will definitely be the last!!

Austin was awesome he took super good care of me. The guys go above and beyond over there. If you need anything done from new tires, suspension or just a simple oil change they are the go to guys. Thanks for everything Austin!!!

My new go to place for my 2014 Honda Civic. I had a flat tire and Bob and Rob took such good care of me. All that was needed was air in the tire. I very happy with them with their honesty and throughly checking all 4 tires. Will be going here from now on.

I went for an oil change on a Sunday and was very pleased with everything and then Monday I had to have my vehicle towed there to get a tire replaced. Bobby was so helpful and had me in and out in a timely manner on both days. Very friendly staff and clean waiting area. I was very stressed over waking up to a flat tire , but thanks to Mavis .. I m back on the road!! Thank you Mavis Tires & Brakes!!

I have had no less than 8 separate tires replaced or fixed here. Every time the guys are very nice and the service is quick. Highly recommend

I had a problem with my Alternator Saturday Afternoon, called the usual places, Firestone in port Richey and they Are never interested in helping anyone, pep boys they just didn t want to match the deal my normal place I go to in Pinellas county gives me, so I go into Sunday still calling around pasco because I know my car is not going to make it to Pinellas county, all the Goodyear places are Closed, all the family owned places are closed, I called and spoke to Greg at Mavis, he actually gave me a price that almost matched the Place I go to in Pinellas county, and it was Sunday! He is a very nice man, I told him I am on my way to get the Alternator installed. I drove there, as soon as I got there my car stalled out in the parking lot! lol. He had his technician Travis install the Alternator and all good! I left went for a ride I heard a noise like a rattle from the front, I called him to let him know he said don t worry about it bring it in at your convenience and we will remove the rattle. That was good Customer Service from both Greg and Travis I really appreciate there help Especially on a Sunday! And I appreciate them asking me to come back this week so they can solve the rattle in the front.

Went for a tire fix and was actually shown the other problems with my car (two of which I already knew about) but for them to actually bring me back and show me where the issues are was great because just being told "it's this and that" doesn't really help much.They're also on my way to and from work so it's very convenient.

Very Honest, Clean and Fast service. Bobby, the sales guy, made me feel comfortable in my decision to do business with Mavis. He didn't let me down. Very glad I chose Mavis and very glad they have Bobby behind the counter. He is the reason I decided to have them work on my vehicle.

This was one of the best car care experiences I ve had in a long time. Done in a timely fashion after squeezing me in at the last minute a little before closing time definitely recommend to everyone out there lookin for great car care with excellent staff and wonderful customer service definitely a 100/10 experience thank you so much for everything mavis !!

Just wanted to share the great experience I had at this Mavis location Bob and Rob did a fine job of helping my mother in law with a new set of tires and some small filters that needed replacing As a last minute need she mentioned a light had burned out just last night and like that Bob popped it in and she was done Thanks guys for a great experience

Hi, just replaced 4 white walls on my 55 Buick special, I asked the guys at Mavis tires if they could dispose of my old tires, they could not have been more helpful, so refreshing to find a crew so helpful, I will definitely be using this tire shop from now on.Geoff

Went to this shop a few years ago and they were fantastic. Took another car there recently to get four new tires mounted and balanced, it took almost two hours with having an appointment and they scratched up our rims. We said nothing about the rims and decided to just let it go. Less than three days later we noticed a tire had a wobble, so we brought it in to get rebalanced, which they said we did not need an appointment, " just bring it in tomorrow", we brought it in and they stated it would be hours. The employees were rude. Thanks, but no thanks, there are plenty of other tire shops to go to that treat people nicer.

Best mavis around! Everyone was awesome and super friendly. They got my tires ordered, which they got next day, and knocked out mounting and balancing when I scheduled, I have been coming here since it was a kauffman, and will always come back, but all the staff went above and beyond for us, and thats makes us repeat customers!
