My wife and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Armada from another dealership. Three months after the purchase we began having transmission issues and they told us we were on our own. We brought the vehicle to two transmission shops, they all had the same response about the computer being bad and we should bring it to a Nissan dealership. I was hesitant to bring it to a dealership, knowing that it would probably cost more at a dealership for the repairs. I scheduled appointment and had the pleasure of meeting James in the service department.From the beginning, I knew he was straightforward and cared about mine and my wife s overall experience with Nissan. James was wonderful and told us of our two options for the repairs. He was straightforward and didn t hold anything back. James went out of his way to make sure that my wife and I were insulated from any possible issues. He assisted us with financing options, getting a rental car And made the overall experience As pleasurable as it could be, With that expensive as a repair. James kept us up-to-date on the status of everything, And even reached out on his days off.I have a new Outlook on using dealerships for repairs It s hard to find honest, good natured people anymore, but I know when dealing with James at Nissan. He will be honest and straightforward.

Mary always takes good care of us. When we arrived for a recall appointment, we noticed our tires were bare. I said we would get tires but, not here . Mary asked why and said we haven t even heard the deals she has to offer. As it turns out, Mary was right. We purchased our tires through Maas at a great price and relaxed knowing it was done right. She is a gem!

I went there with my daughter looking for a used small truck for her. We talked to Matt Boylan and he showed us 2 real nice trucks, one was a 2023 and a 2021. We decided on the 21 Nissan Frontier, it looked to be only 1 year old. We agreed on the price and bought it. We were both happy with the deal overall. I don t agree with the dealer fees that every car dealer is charging, but there s are lower then some.That is the only reason I didn t leave 5 stars. I would definitely go back if in the market again for a used vehicle.

After looking for cars around town for a full week. I was finally able to find the perfect car for my daughter s. Today couldn't have went better ! I owe it all to Maria ( the ABSOLUTE BEST SALES PERSON and I seriously mean that!!) She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and hard working! And did I mention SWEET as can be ! She worked all day getting me into my new Sentra, Thank you again Maria !!! And also a huge thank you to Antonio our finance guy , Extremely kind and just as sweet as could be too ! Thank you to everyone we didn't see pushing the deal to go through !! You guys rock ! The entire dealership had a very positive vibe , everyone was kind and attentive to us as well as others in the building. Overall GREAT experience! wont go anywhere else !!! The fact that they donate 105$ from every car sale to children's charity is just a beautiful thing ! Thanks again to everyone at Maus Nissan in New Port Richey and gotta say it again Thank you Maria !!!!!!!

I am 51 and have purchased numerous vehicles in my lifetime. Maus without a doubt has been best experience. Great team! Matt my salesman amazing and Jaryd the finance guy did whatever it took to meet my financial needs. I drove off the lot happy and secure. I'll never go elsewhere again..

My daughter brought her car to the dealer due to her driver side seat not moving forward. It was a basic connection issue with a button. They want over $500 to fix it. I called and told them I am a recent widow, and I can not afford to pay this. They said the cost for the car to be released is $189. I asked if there is anything that can be done as my daughter did not have my permission to bring the car to them and I wasn t told the cost before they did anything. I would have been fine paying a reasonable fee but $200 is not in my budget and I would have never agreed to this. Lance the service manager said he is the TOP manager at the location and I could not speak with anyone else. So they are holding a widows cars hostage. I have bought three cars from this place and I would never deal with them again. I guess they just get to keep my car because I have to choose to feed my kids or pay them to get the car released.

It was a great experience for me because the salesman, Nick was very professional and knowledgeable with information about the SUV purchased. He took the time to explain the different devices of the car. Also, the financial representative was great and very professional. I was and am truly thankful for shopping with the Maus family

Extremely pleased with our service, more specifically, with Sal Iacono! He is the epitome of what a customer service representative should be and I hope Maus knows how valuable he is to their business. He was knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and an excellent communicator. I initially called to get a quote on tires & replacement lugs for our Titan XD. He went above and beyond to match the quality of product I was looking for at a reasonable price. That just got me in the door. My husband and I were so impressed with his actual demeanor, professionalism, knowledge and experience once we were on site and dealing with him directly. He clearly communicated and explained additional services that were identified during our tire service, kept us up to date while each service was being performed and worked with our needs and deadlines while our services were being completed. We could not be more grateful for his time and energy. We felt in good hands and very well taken care of. We ended up spending far more than originally anticipated however there were no surprises as Sal always kept us updated on what the technicians found and clearly explained the recommendations made. Having a 2,500 mile trip ahead of us, we left feeling SAFE in our vehicle and there's no price tag you can attach to that. As busy as this location is, this service department is a well oiled machine! I also want to add that everyone at the dealership was very friendly and you can tell that they worked well as a team. As we awaited our service completion, we were not once harassed or pressured by sales people (like dealerships generally do) but rather engaged in friendly conversation without further expectation. This is the absolute BEST Nissan dealership that we've been to throughout the U.S.! (and we've been to MANY).

THIS dealership was amazing! we were car hunting for two days and out of the 5 dealerships we went to and running low on hope, maus nissan really helped us get the car we loved and made it possible and easy! they really fought for us and just made us feel secured and safe. i want to thank chris for being honest and open with us from the beginning and a big thanks to Deshawn, the VIP manager there at nissan he really made sure we understood everything, he was there every step of the way to make getting our dream car a reality. he was patient, honest, understanding and fighting for us every way. whenever i thought we were at a standstill he was there to over come the hurdle with us. i also want to thank Darmin, the finance manager who helped us get our dream car for the best possible rate we could get for. he was also very patient and went above and beyond. all and all i thank maus nissan for helping us with everything and making this possible for me and my partner! thank you again! you guys are the best. come here promise you ll feel like apart of the family and also get the car you love.

The flashing light on the dash, alerted me that I needed to head to the dealership. I was made welcome by the owner/manager (sorry I am bad with names) who contacted James S. to start the process. James got things started and showed me where things were but I decided to go home as they had a driver who could take me. Turned out they found a few more items that were needed or should be replaced and the tire and frame were not a problem for them to correct. Nicely done?

I love the experience and the service at Maus dealer in New Port Richey. They found the Pathfinder I wanted for the right price. My Sales person Michael Hawkins was great. We will definitely will purchase there again. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. I love my new 2023 Pathfinder.

Steve Torres is such an asset to this dealership! He is knowledgeable, ready and more that capable to help even the most indecisive car buyer out there. (Me. That would be me!) I showed up pretty late in the day and these poor men stayed till 10:30 at night, the night before Easter to get me in the car I wanted after hours of indecisiveness. From Steve to the detailing guy, to the financing guy to whom I believe was the manager on duty, if you want to feel valued as a customer you NEED Maus Nissan of Port Richey in your life. Go see you Steve, you won't be disappointed!

What a nightmare and how freaking greedy these people are zero concern or empathy when stating I have X amount to fix X they will always take the piss out of you. Mary for one might as well be freaking deaf and blind god forbid how much she will squeeze you for every penny but meanwhile her collogues will tell you how much help she needs financially and how important those stupid surveys are. Her higher up would even call after serval visits and tell us that Mary really needs those surveys.Mary Boulahanis at Maus has zero disregard in who takes what vehicle in for service, Fianc� came in was called my moms name, this happens every time we come in for service and always correct this with my Fianc�'s name. I've advised that I pay for my vehicle and through the credit agency the vehicle is in my name so please address it as such, I get messages continuously referring to my mother who also has a vehicle through Maus. I get told in response after correcting them multiple times that "Oh our system updated so we lost that info." Okay great a giant dealership can barely keep their customers info straight, and allow anyone to go and get service done on vehicles without confirmation of who the driver is or the owner of the vehicle. Then have people spin it around back to the customer as if it's solely their fault.I call to ask for people and get put on hold until the dealership closes; to ask why when my Fianc� originally came in to ask for help with our Tire Locks (since we never had to use it before) why my car was being serviced. To be informed that I'll be getting an oil change and tire rotation after being escorted away from the vehicle by some pregnant woman to Boulahanis and asked to sign something to check the vehicle in, which again IS NOT IN MY FIANCE name.... I don't care who it is if it wasn't me or my mother nobody should be allowed to just WILLY NILLY SIGN WHATEVER FOR SERVICE... MAUS CARE OR NOT. So at 5:16 when I got a email with pictures of my car being "Serviced" without OWNERS CONSENT I called and was told "OH Patricia is here" NO... you did not verify the person at all and now the person has to wait 3 hours to have what they started without consent finished.As for the issue initially, we just needed help locating where the dealership would have stored the tire locks and in which a hefty taller parts person said he'd ask and look as well while the car was inevitably being serviced without my consent and he came back without even looking because the "Service advisor Mary" said these are their only options. The god damn tire locks are in the side wall with the stupid jack in the trunk and it took me all of five seconds to find them after the car got home. I had to pay 137.00 to get the damn locks removed and replaced and now sitting here with a stupid tool I don't even need.Meanwhile all the service advisor could ask as I complained about how seriously they take our privacy "What do you want me to do...". I just want you guys to do better... take accountability ...help... please help the lady with a question and maybe ask who she is instead of assuming who she is and take a second to see what they need instead of pushing them down a line and shoving crap in front of them to sign and process regardless who the hell you are.The service department feels like its developed to take advantage of us.********************Update: Instead of wanting to fix the issue they use coverup methods that make it sound like they are doing you a favor. Trying to get me to come in to spend more money on crap I don't even need.Then when I respond with I just would love a refund or to get the work reversed I get no response.These people are quick to grab your money.

I just want to give a BIG!!! shoutout to Salesman Carlos & Baja for helping me get into my beautiful new baby!! ..The first day I went and I didn t have any luck Carlos let me know he won t stop looking and he will make sure I get a car .a few days later I go back and BOOM I m pulling off in a car the staff truly cares and honestly makes you feel like apart of the maus family ! Not a lot of car dealerships are like that !! I highly recommend Maus Nissan of new port Richey!!!! Especially salesman Carlos and Baja!!!

Ryan provided excellent customer service this past Sat when I took my Kicks for an oil change. He let me know how long it would take and took time to make sure I was up to date with service on my car. Great guy! Dennis was around, he sold me the car, we were able to catch up and he made sure to ask how I was enjoying my Kicks. Dennis and Ryan are both great employees!

I was in the Tampa area visiting family and had trouble starting my Armada I showed up at 7:20 am and was immediately taken care of. They had some trouble duplicating the problem but the service writer had great communication with me. When they determined what was wrong they ordered a part and still the communication was excellent. They completed the service by noon the next day and since I was staying within 10 miles they shuttled me home and back to the dealer the next day. Everything from the moment I got there to the moment I left was above me expectation.

This experience has been absolutely incredible. My fianc� and I are having a baby here soon in January and my 2018 brz definitely won't fit our needs.. Today we decided to go out and find something we like so we drive to one anndddd.... They threw us out pretty quick without even trying. We were going to stop at a different lot down the road but my fianc� insisted on going to Nissan. So we stop and right as I open my door Mr. Roberto jumps out flying to us with all positivity WANTING TO SELL A CAR. We walk the area to see what interests us and what fits our needs. We eventually after hours of insanity I put these men through we land on a beautiful 2018Pathfinder with moderate mileage that we fell in love with. Mr. Roberto did everything he absolutely could to please us and get the deal done right. Many hours more later and lots of "encouraging" words they did absolutely amazing and I could not complain what so ever. They absolutely changed our life and we are so pleased with the service. I wouldn t mind maybe trading in my car for something eventually but I think Mr. Roberto will be our lifetime salesman for the foreseeing future. Thanks so much for everything. Seriously thank you Also, those cookies are really dang good. Like sheesh

Went to have my oil changed. No issues. They recommended a couple services. OK ouch way over paid for these services. OK well the people were nice. Went to pay and they charged me a 3% credit card fee. What? I just paid like $70 bucks for a cabin filter that I could have gotten for like 16 bucks. It takes 1 minute to install. Sorry Ryan not your Fault but the gread set me off. I spent over $400 dollars for services I know I was over charged for. Maus Nissan I will never buy another car from your brand. The Gread has to stop.My money will go somewhere else. I can get services from a million places. So Frustrating the people were really nice.

We were greeted as soon as I came out of my car by James, which was great he is super friendly. Then we got to sit down in a nice chair and have free snacks, coffee, and hot coco from the coffee machines. Patrick spent 2 whole days with us for about 5 hours each day working with us and the banks to get a car. Which we really appreciated all his hard work. We ended up only having to put a little money down to get an awesome 2017 Buick envision with all the bells and whistles you could get in that model and year. The car is nice! We just feel that we were treated really well by all the staff there.Also, you get free car care for the life of your car to include free oil changes.

Naca is awesome and is a great advisor! I also want to say I love how Milton Young texted me a couple days after just to make sure my service went good. I love Nissan and I won t go with another brand just because of how great they have treated me during my car buying process when I did purchase and also the service department is GREAT. They get you in quickly and I ve always been very impressed by the fact I m able to get an appointment exactly the time and day I need.

I have nothing but positive experiences with Maus Nissan, especially the Service Department. I always make sure I schedule my appointments with service advisor, Naca Rivera, because he goes the extra mile to make sure I'm satisfied with the service on my vehicle and my vehicle is returned to me in perfect condition. Naca is more than willing and happy to answer my questions to make sure I understand the maintenance needs of my vehicle. He truly gets to know his customers and cares about their satisfaction, which is why I trust him with my vehicle's needs!

Had an oil change. The service was exceptional. Everyone was very attentive, the inspection was informative and the special price was perfect. Being asked ahead of time whether I wanted my car appraised was a nice touch, because I did not feel pressured into a sales pitch. I am happy with my Rogue, but when the time comes to get a new vehicle I feel confident this is the place to come to.

I have taken my vehicle twice now to Maus Nissan...once when I didn't want to for an A/C repair (107K miles on the car)... and once when I did want to for an oil change. Both times, Ryan was my service advisor. Ryan was great both times explaining options and recommendations for the vehicle without any pressure. Where I normally would go to less expensive repair shops for oil changes and routine maintenance with a vehicle this high in mileage, I will continue coming to Maus because of the great customer service I have received.

Very enjoyable experience especially with the salesman Nick. The downside was the time to get all the loan approval completed. It was the longest time ever buying a car to get the paperwork done. The usual time has been 2.5 hours in the past. Overall everything was very good.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone! And not only the dealership but Joey should be the only person you deal with! He went above and beyond for me and was absolutely great. He made it such a great time and made my decision on going with them that much easier. He listened which was important and didn't try to pull the whole salesman act and just try to sell me a car and kick me out of the door. At the end of it all I felt like I not only got a great deal but also made a friend! I thank him and Antonio for being awesome and just great people all around.
