Thought I d try them because it got good reviews. Well they re as good as the reviews said they were. Took my 2008 Nissan truck for repairs and they saved me almost $200 from my last mechanic! They re friendly and efficient and very reasonable. I ll definitely be back and have already recommended them to others!!Thank you Master Mechanics!

Found this shop to be the best in town. I am new here and did not know where to go, I tried Tire Choice which was a big mistake as I was given a repair estimate of 3,400. which I didn't trust so I then tried Master Mechanic which fixed my problem for 157.00. Just glad I shopped around before getting robbed.

Recommended by several satisfied neighbors for any general auto service & repairs.Extremely happy with fender bender & radiator repairs. Great work for a fair price. Always prompt, polite & on time.Highly recommend as well.

I am a senior and need to take my car to an honest mechanic. Master Mechanic's is a place I trust to work on my car. They are reasonable, thorough and pleasant to deal with. If you want a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go.

I would highly recommend this shop! The price for my service was 200.00 less than other shops in the area! My only complaint is that they do such good work that they are constantly busy, but if you have the time, it s worth the wait.

Professional service, fair pricing, sweet goodie bag gift at check-out that made me feel like a valued customer like in Ye Olden Days. I can see why this place is so packed. The only thing I did not like is that services were done other than what was discussed and agreed upon at drop-off. I don't recommend dropping off your car and going back to pick it up- stay and wait so maybe they'll check in with you before completing a service? Regardless, it was something I needed to get done so now I won't have to do it myself even though I had the parts already at home waiting. I'll probably come back for a future service need to give this place a second try and update then! Absolutely worth a second try, but I hope for clearer communication next time.

Steve and the guys are great. If you have a problem with your car,this is the place to call. His prices are great and he tell you everything before doing anything.

They never fix my vehicle the right way. They took my hard working money. Will never visit this shop. They lied and took advantage of me. No ethics. They donot provide you with recept to avoid law suit.

Being new to the area and not knowing anyone it s hard to trust people to be honest. They were so kind, trustworthy, and honest. I was there not even an hour and my car was fixed! He didn t try to pressure me into getting anything else done. Excellent customer service. I will be back (hopefully not too soon lol) when I need work on my car again. Thank you so much!!!! Best mechanics I ve been to in a long long time. I appreciate you.

Went to Master Mechanics for routine maintenance and found a shop for life, Steve is without a doubt one of the best and most honest shops around NPR...UPDATE 2023 Still the best! UPDATE March 2024 still great service by an expert mechanic!

He replaced the brain. It kept blowing fuses and wouldn't run at all. After he diagnosed the problem he called to make sure I wanted to spend 1200. He would not put a used one in, which was the right decision. The car runs perfect now. They even send a thank you card after you pick it up. Took my car to them for an unknown issue, they told me it was just the battery and went ahead and completed the install for me. At first I was upset that they didn t clear it with me first, but when I mentioned it to them, they had zero problem taking the battery back out and not charging me for it so I could provide my own battery (My job sells car batteries). The man even helped me to install my own battery in his parking lot! Very honest, helpful, and kind people. I thank them for everything they ve done for me!Services: Electrical, Battery

I've been using master mechanics for years the owner Steve is very knowledgeable and honest if he says your car will be ready at 3pm. It will be, I've never been unsatisfied with the work performed there Steve will make sure your car is fixed correctly the first time

I can't express how amazing Steve and his wife are. I had to have my camshaft replaced for my Mustang GT and they did an amazing job! Steve actually showed me the bad part and explained everything to me - This is one of a kind shop. The car went from loud ticking to perfect! I would absolutely not trust anyone else except Master Mechanics. I am beyond happy with his price, honesty, and courtesy. Thanks again! I honestly am grateful!

I just wanted to say wow! What an honest and upfront business Master Mechanics of NPR is! I love that the technician called me and kept me informed about the status of my repair. I love how the tow company they referred me was able to add the tow charge to the bill of my repair. I also was able to get my car towed in at 9~ this morning, and repaired same day for an electrical problem! Thank you for very much, I will be back. This is a very good Company. Steve has worked on my vehicles for at least 25 years and I will not take my cars anywhere else. When I bought my last new car I did not take it back to the dealership even for the "free" oil changes. I only want Master Mechanics to touch it. Steve and Scott diagnosed a one-off problem on my niece's car that the Ford Dealership in Wesley Chapel (after charging her well over $1,000.00) could not diagnose or fix. Steve is a pillar in the Community, active in local Service Organizations and his Church and one of the hardest working people I know. He and Sandy are the salt of the earth.

I had been searching for a new mechanic for some time and fortunately I discovered Master Mechanics. Steve is one honest man and obviously the master mechanic! He is honest, dependable and always right in diagnosing the issues with my car. I am so thankful to have located this shop in New Port Richey! I would most definitely recommend others to take their car in when it's necessary. You will NOT be disappointed! Steve is highly experienced and has an awesome personality! AMAZING BUISNESS NO ONE CAN BEAT THESE GUYS. They are st8 up for the customer %1,000 in honesty & their price CANNOT BE BEAT. If you need it it's would be WRONG not to give your business to these amazing people. Sandy & her husband (who own & work it) have been in buisness since he was 16 yrs old they definitely know their stuff. I'd drive an hour to them if I need work on my car.I would give them 1,000,000 's if I could.

Very friendly and honest service! I really enjoyed this shop and will be back again. I expressed concerns about my car and the owner drove around with me and put my worries to rest. They also have an adorable place to wait while your car is being worked on.

I had an amazing experience there they are very honest and very good people I had an issue with my windshield wiper and he was honest with me and simply said it just needed to be tightened and didn't charge me for it that was a very very amazing thing to do! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their service again!

Called Steve in the morning after a couple of days of our battery not charging.. Steve told us to come over and he'd take a look.. our veracruz takes a special battery.. He ordered it.. got it that afternoon and installed it... can't say THANK YOU enough for the fast.. friendly and efficient service.. this is now our only mechanic we will use!

Honest friendly fair priced . dropped off my 01 dakota rough riding 300,000 plus on it. 3 days they had to order parts she runs better than the day I bought it.
