Unfortunately, I had two minor accidents in a few months of one another. This place is head and shoulders above caliper collision. Service was significantly better and the time to fix was much shorter. Definitely give them an opportunity to give you a quote.

From the first phone call to the shop to picking up my truck after the repair, Joe Hudson Collision shop showed expertise and professionalism all the way through the process. Everyone was very friendly and always kept me informed of what was going on. I definitely recommend this shop!

The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained all that would be needed to be repaired, gave me an estimate and scheduled the work for the following week.The company kept in touch with me almost daily via text or phone calls on the progress. The car was completed on time and they even gave me a free car wash and vacuum.I would highly recommend Joe Hudson s Collision Center for all your repair work.!!!

Everything started off great, they were very professional and polite. There were the usual delays you would get with any body shop. And the date of completion got pushed back a couple times which I find completely acceptable these days. When I had to take the car back for something very minor they ask me why I had to give them such a negative review on thier corrporate site. (7 out of ten) I felt ganged up on which pissed me off, its not like I gave them a 2. instead of saying we're sorry and just taking care of the issue that took them all of five minutes. That should have been that. I would have driven away happy and would not have felt the need to write this review. Apparently corporate is not interested in learning from their mistakes. They are just interested in punishing their employees with these surveys. They explained to me that anything less than a 10 on their survuy was considered a failure. Ok then you Failed. How dare they put me in a position of having to defend my survey. I don't really blame the guys working there If that's the way it work, I blame corporate. I'm satisfied with my repairs and the resolution of the problem. My advice if you use them, don't fill out the corporate survey unless you plan on giving them all tens you dont want to be brow beatten over your true feelings on how things went.... I felt like they were saying to me, give us all tens or don't bother filling out the survey because we don't want to hear It!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Went to a few places for quotes to fix a Tacoma rear back up sensor, Joe Hudsons gave us the best quote and we were very comfortable leaving the vehicle with Brian. He explained everything he was going to do with the vehicle and gave us a call the same day when it was finished. Great quality of work for a great price.

They are the rudest people I have ever dealt with & in hey do not communicate At all. They have had the car for longer than it was suppose To be there & yet they have to keep it & never let me knw. Plans (flights)were made around the return of the car now what !!??! I do not advise this place at all..

I was told my car would take 21 days to fix took 4 months!!!! Have had my car back for 1 week and im having issues with my car now Spoke to Craig and he basically said you drove your car out of our parking lot so there's nothing we can do..........would not recommend this shop!!!!!!!

The worst customer service ever been hung up on five times just trying to see when my car will be done they have taken a month and a half I used to work at a auto body shopping mass and they are telling me that it takes two weeks to paint my car when it only takes one day they are the slowest the rudest they need to be shut down I will be calling corporate today and telling them about their shop in Newport Richy is the worst I have ever experienced in my life I recommend nobody go to the shop stay far from these peopleService: Painting
