I can t say enough about Mr. Z and his dealership. I went to purchase a vehicle after not having one for quite some time nervous does not begin to explain. The entire process was relaxed, easy and honest. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price and I could not be more elated. Thank you so much Mr.Z for erasing my preconceived notions of car dealerships and the horror that comes with it. I highly recommend this establishment. Friend to the neighborhood!!! If you want a great experience buying a used car I 100% recommend going to Jade's Auto sales in Port Richey, my salesman was Andrew Hollingsworth he was great to work with he was pleasant to speak with, he was kind and patient! The owner Zaid was also a wonderful man to work with and patient and kind as well they seem to be very honest and like the old school ways and ending our sale with handshakes and smiles! I bought a 2012 Dodge Grand caravan and I'm completely happy with my purchase it was clean and very comfortable! Thank you guys for all your help I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to your sales dealership!

I would have loved to get a car here, but when we showed up he was instantly trying to upsell after we said we had a firm price. Then he proceeded to insult my husband for not wanting to have a car with a complicated composition so repairs would be easier. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, as there are such good reviews. Do better.

We searched all over to find someone to help my daughter get her first car. Nobody would work with us because she's self employed and gets paid cash. The gentleman at Jades Auto sales was exceptional!!! He did everything he could to help us get her into a safe nice reliable car when nobody else would! I highly recommend Jades Auto Sales!

My experience at Jade s was beyond excellent, Z the owner is simply awesome! After searching for a car for my parents everywhere, I came across Jade s. I spoke to Z and immediately I loved the treatment I received. He was honest and very fair in his pricing. I highly recommend Jade s to anyone who s searching for a good car at a great price. Zee was an awesome man of his word and held onto a car for me while I traveled in to pick it up. Car was exactly as he described it and the transaction was quick and painless. Definitely recommend bringing your business to Jade's!

I ve purchased from Russ in the past he s now the guy to go to to get you approved for financing regardless of credit situation. The owner was also very nice and polite and great selection without the pushy vibes. Highly recommended!

I stopped in as a first time customer on a referral and had awesome service. Ziad was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and never once was he pushy. He showed me many cars in the price range that I was asking for and didn t try to influence my purchase. I will be back when looking for another car!

Me and my daughter had a wonderful experience! The owner was so nice ! He made us feel at home and didn't pressure us at all ! He did find us a perfect shocked what he did for us!! We can't thank him enough! Definitely recommend service with a smile cars are great not junk ! So thankful!..

Very good deals, A+ rated dealer, they are very kind and helpful, if you need assistance finding a good used car that suits you for a good price, this is the place to be. They are very reasonable and they are a thoughtful business at that too. What I mean by that is that they make sure the customers are comfortable with their needs and the price, and again the deals are amazing they make it hard for you to refuse. Overall they are a suitable, nice business and I don't regret going there and I'm a happy customer! I would recommend going here if you are trying to find a reasonably priced used car!

I don't usually do reviews, but after having the amazing experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle, I had to do it. "Z" the owner is hands down a straight up businessman. No pressure, very patient and accommodating, nice selection of vehicles with low mileage, contract signing was a breeze and had me out of there in 15 minutes.

Shopped and shopped for a particular truck, found it at Jade's! The owner helped us to secure financing and made sure he checked with a few different banks for the best financing for our benefit. He even continued to follow-up with us after our purchase to see how we liked our truck. We still have it today (it's been 3 years now), vehicle is fantastic and was exactly what we wanted. We're getting ready to purchase a 2nd vehicle and are going to do so with Jade's Auto, this place is great and the owner is a genuine individual. Thanks Jade's!

Jade's Auto is an amazingly pleasant and comforting entity that is prideful of their compassion, customer service & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!! The owner is a wonderful, humble and "masculine" gentleman that respects women and relates to their husbands in a very respectable and commendable way. Guys & Gals please trust that Jade's Auto will be honest, upfront and empathetic, but be ready for a debate when you are negotiating prices lol! However, my wife and I did not feel cheated one bit and he made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and is still checking in on us and the vehicles that we purchased from him! Hands down, a great guy and one can tell that he is sincere in his genuine faith! Will be returning for other vehicles when neccessary!

Exceptional buying experience. We received a great car for a very fair price. We were treated exceptionally well by Ziad and his staff and could not have received a better, more personal experience anywhere. Ziad went out of his way to coordinate after purchase requests and upgrades and provided us with a best in class, informative, and enjoyable approach to car buying. I recently bought a Lincoln MKZ from Jade s Auto Sale, it s running very smooth even though it s an older model. The customer service here dealing with Sam was extra-ordinary meaning HE {Sam} went above and beyond. The car was like new inside and very low mileage. Sam even showed me the car facts! One week in and I m extremely happy! Jade Auto has an A+ rating from the BBB also. If you re looking for a reliable car check them out!!!!! P.s. Was looking for a Rover for my business and found that Jade's had one all the way from Houston. All my questions answered and we conducted our business via phone with pictures. The car we got shipped out to us was just as described and expected. Great service and reasonable prices. Good honest dealer with out all the BS.

I want to thank the owner at jades auto for going the extra mies, by help me with the purchase of my Mercedes, he was a very professional, a very caring, and not pushy at all , the bank wanted 2000 down , which I only had a 1000.00, so he discounted the vehicle to help me out. And on top of that he filled it up with gas and gave me 90 days warranty.I highly recommend Jades auto for the purchase of a vehicle.God bless
