AMAZING!! I was concerned about my tires and pulled into the closest place. I am so happy I did. Chad assist me and took care of things quickly. Both men there taught me some things and made sure I was back on the road in no time. Very professional and honesty put my mind at ease. If you want a place to take care of your needs and give competitive prices THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD BE!!Thank you guys so much.

Awesome shop. I needed new tires and called to get some prices. Sean gave the the prices for multiple tires so that I could choose the ones that I wanted while also staying within my budget. He ordered the ones that I wanted and they were there within a couple of hours. I went in after work and did not have to wait long at all for the tires to get put on. I would highly recommend this shop for all of your vehicle needs.

Fantastic place. I used to go to the old location then I came across Sean and Chad at this shop. Up front honest and fast to get my car looked at and on the road. I drive a German car so a few shops didn t want to touch my timing job,but they did and quoted me substantially lower than anywhere else and even used Oem parts. Chad was very knowledgeable and Sean did what he can to get me a better price and even beat the dealership. Car runs and drives fantastic now and they even looked at a misfire issue that I couldn t figure out! Thank you guys so much for this. You gained a new lifetime customer

****They ended up paying me****During challenging situations, it can be hard to do the right thing, but Integrity made it look easy. What started out as a simple diagnosis turned into anything that could go wrong. From delays in parts, to a bolt accidentally dropped in the worst place possible. We are not defined by the mistakes we make, but how we choose to handle them. Integrity made all the difference, the way they reacted to each hurdle was impressive. I didn t feel like the company was focused on their bottom line because I knew they were focused on my safety and comfort. They lost out on money correcting many issues and most of them were out of their control. I never thought I would say being without my jeep for almost 3 weeks would is easy but here I am saying just that. From owners to managers to technicians, each member of this team was pleasant. They took the time to educate me on what the parts do, why they recommend each step and they never try to hide their areas of growth. I really respect how none of the staff spoke as if they had all the answers. I also loved how even though my vehicle cost them time, money and let s be honest headache; I was never made to feel like a burden. In fact when I would mention how I don t want to cost you guys any more money than I already have Integrity s response was you let me worry about that. What a comforting statement! I did just that, I trusted them to take care of my worries. I am so glad I did. Lead with Integrity and you will have customers for life.

When this auto repair shop opened up in 2023 I brought my car in for repairs. The staff at that time were decent, and honest. I have spent several thousand dollars on repairs for two cars here, but NO MORE.It has changed dramatically in 2024 as front end staff has changed. Sean, who sits at the front desk only cares about making money for the owner. I had a written quote to weld broken pipe near front of engine. Scheduled appt to repair the exhaust pipe on a Monday and dropped the car off in early afternoon. The car was not worked on until Tuesday. After paying for repairs on the vehicle, I drove away and the engine was literally shaking so bad (was not when I drove it there the day before). I called Sean back immediately and explained the issue. There were NO notes or other issues noted when I picked up the car to drive to my doctor appt. Odd that Sean said he had notes written down, but didn't provide the information to me, the paying customer, that there were more issues. I took my car to two (2) auto repair shops and after they looked at why the engine was shaking, said it had nothing to do with motor mounts, or ball joints - yet I was given quotes to repair both by Integrity. Owner and his wife showed up - they were combative and not customer oriented. While I was in waiting area, a male customer was in the shop waiting for his speakers to be hooked up and after paying for easy install and paying $150 plus - the speakers didn't work. HELLO?Find a reputable shop in Pasco County such as Farmerie's Garage on Ridge Rd.INTEGRITY means "the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness." The owners and staff do NOT exemplify integrity.

I've known Sean for over twenty years, and he's the only one I trust with my car's service needs. He's honest and upfront and has always guided me in the right direction of what I needed, not what he could sell me. I would, and have, recommended him to everyone I know when asked who is the best around. Integrity isn't just the name, it's the way they do business.

This place is amazing, will be returning. I was able to take my car in and get an oil change quickly without any pressure for unneeded services! The team there is all friendly and treat you like family.

Update: I have referred friends here and my roommate brought her 2015 kia in for an oil change and the tech let us know that due to the recall going on for her car it was better to do the dealership to have them do a test and get the engine replaced due to the car going through oil.Not only did they not charge her , but they advised of the recall and gave instructions on what to do at the dealership. I will be referring more people here.--Called to schedule an appointment for a vehicle inspection on a used car I just purchased, they were quick and honest. Will be back in the future and refer others.

Needed new tires and brakes and a neighbor told me about this place. Spoke with Sean and got a great deal and most important no upsell on things I did not need. I will definitely be back!

This place is great, one of the few places that open early to get your tire fixed. I thought I was going to need a new tire but they were able to patch it, from the time I called to when I was on the road again was less then an hour, can t beat that!

So it s a tire place but they don t mount tires So you lost my business for some impressions or everything and you refused to mount tires just because I didn t buy them from you hmm that s not a nice business practice.

Bobby at store number two is fantastic! I went in because the pressure was low in my tires, they filled them up and then noticed my check engine light was on. I told him it s been on for a while, but I ve just been so busy. I haven t had the time to take it in, they took a few minutes and did a scan, and within five minutes were able to tell me I didn t have the engine problem I have been dreading for almost a year, it was because I was leaving my car on while getting gas. They were able to fix everything in 10 minutes. This is my new service store, it s worth all the money in the world to find a reputable mechanic that is honest and doesn t over sell you. Highly recommend!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

So after 2 visits to my Ford Dealer for a leaking tire and TPMS sensors not programed properly. Jim and the crew at Integrity found a leaky valve stem and re progmed the TPMS now all is working perfectly. Will never go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. Went in last night about 15 min before close due to a screw in my tire. They looked at it and said they will take care of it. Was in and out within 10 min.

Love both shops 1 and 2. Is willing to work with you and explain the issues of your car to you before repairing. They have done work on my car and my husband. Great folks keep....Standing true to your name.

They did an amazing job repairing my car and awful lot of work went into it. They took the whole thing apart basically and we're able to put it back together correctly. They were very attentive and explained everything to me and gave me an estimate that was right on the money. They are also going to be working on my daughter's car. We go here a lot

The name says it all. Integrity. They are the most honest and helpful mechanics around. They are about the service, not the upscale. I 100% trust these guys. The prices are fare and reasonable and the products they use are superior.

These guys went above and beyond to help out my family we experienced both of our cars having trouble the same hour in the same day they were able to get both of our cars up and running safely within an hour we think these guys a lot.

Shout out to Jason and crew at the INTEGRITY TIRE @ 9736 Little Road in New Port Richey! I went to a TIRE CHOICE store and was charged 40.00 to patch a tire. And then was told my tie rod ends that I had personally installed in 10/22 were already wore out and needed replaced. .INTERGITY TIRE found them to be only loose and tightened them up. Apparently, I had failed to torque them correctly. TIRE CHOICE tried to talk me into an impulse repair of $600.00.INTEGRITY TIRE also diagnosed a strut problem I knew that I already had. These guys are in the business of honesty. INTEGRITY TIRE is a place true to it's name. I will be back again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Used to love this place never had a issue with them but 2 weeks ago I brought my car in to have the ac fixed almost 400$ two days later the drivers side is blowing hot air I go back and they wanna charge me another 200$ to fix that issue I just left because this stuff should have been discovered and fixed the first time cut to today now both sides are blowing hot air so I call again and he says it could be this or that wrong with it and they would have to charge me again! I already paid them to fix my damn ac! But according to him this is a different part of it that needs to be fixed so im suppose to pay not right I already paid to have my ac fixed it's not my fault they did not check for everything that could be causing problems I do not mind paying more but all these so called issues should have been found the first time now my ac is worse then when I brought it to them.Service: A/C installation & repair
