I will be filling a law suite Terrible service my husband got an oil change yesterday tried a new place because it was convenient only to drive home and have a giant puddle left in our driveway. Come to find out they forgot to put the filter back on and tried to say it blew off. My husband ended up driving it back so they can make it right they are 5 min from the house. However he ended up stalling out on the highway this morning on the way to work. Meanwhile in and out express denies any wrong doing and denied a refund or any help with tow costs.I never like to leave bad reviews but they were so wrong in so many ways. Now we are out a car.Do not use this place there are so many honest hard working non expensive places to go.

I live directly across the street and figured I would give it a try because it s so convenient. I went first thing in the morning right when they opened, pretty sure I was the very first customer of the day. The person that helped me was nice, but took forever between the oil change and giving me my bill. I think I was there about 30 minutes which I think is way too long. Ok no big deal I left there and went straight home and parked my truck for the day. After the truck sat for about six hours early that evening I opened the garage door and noticed two little puddles under my truck. After investigating apparently when he took the old oil filter off all the oil dripped on top of the cross member frame which is completely normal because it s right underneath it. It s obvious he did not take the 30 seconds needed to just use a rag and wipe the excess oil off of the frame. Instead, he left it there and at home as the truck was sitting for the day it eventually it dripped off onto my brand new driveway. I figured being family owned that I would get a more personalized service, but they are no different than Tuffy or one of those other corporate ran places where typically this type of stuff happens, It was also the most costly oil change that I have ever gotten in my life at $98.00 I will not be returning to say the least.

We had our oil and filter changed today in our Jeep and it took 15 minutes. The checked tires and everything else and gave my Husband a military discount. We will be back for this and other services!!!

I experience courteous, polite service every visit. Today is my 4th visit and I was happy to find that I could get my breaks installed here. Price seemed fair and reasonable too (a fraction of what the dealer was asking for the same work and parts). The other work they've done for me is 3 synthetic oil changes on 2 different cars. Charged me $20 to change a small lightbulb under my hood. (I brought the bulbs with me.) Which then proceeded to quit working two days later, so I installed a new one myself. They ordered the wrong sized battery for my car, which didn't fit in my car. They were pounding in my engine, trying to make it 'fit', but when it didn't, they took a used battery out of another vehicle on site and put that in my car. Charged me around $200 for that. I went there 4x in the early afternoon to get my brakes done, and was told 3 of those times that they didn't have time. They were changed the 4th time, but ever since have loud squeeks when I back up. The last time I went there, to the other location, another $160 bucks later, my car barely ran when I left there. My lived reality!

I went a couple of days ago, it was a horrible experience. The guy told me that he didn't know how much to charge for my car, exactly like the last time, sounded sketchy, I asked him if he would top off the fluids, and he said he would charge extra for that! I turned around and left, as this was the second time this guy overcharged me with a bogus explanation. It used to be a good place for an oil change when another guy was there, I think he is a relative to the owners.

Andrew and John are truly a blessing man they always take care of me and keep the businesses name reputable they are patient friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I've been going here since the mid 1990s and these guys are always polite and honest. This time I brought my car in and told them that since I work from home now because of covid, my sticker says I still have some mileage before my oil change but it's been over a year or more because I don't drive that much anymore. The technician told me he would check it for me and said that the color is still good and it's not broken down and ask if I wanted to skip it for now and I said Okay. He still checked all my fluids and did my tire pressure and they didn't charge me anything. It's good to see a good honest business that still have the neighborly feel, especially with all the new homes and increased population. These guys make me feel like I'm still in "old Florida" with old Florida hospitality. Thanks guys.

Very helpful staff. Dealer told me hundreds just for pads and rotors. I don't know how but they beat the dealership price by almost half. I encourage anyone looking for honest and helpful advice on their vehicle to give them a try. It took less than ten minutes for an oil change on my vehicle. I have been a customer for several years and will not go back. Something as simple as taking responsibility for losing a wheel lock has turned into a police report and letter to corporate. I was told they would reimburse for the bill to replace it and when I stopped by the employee spoke very harsh to me and this took place in the presence of another customer. For future reference, when you take the wheel lock out of the glove box, just put it back. This way it remains with the car. Do not give it to the tow truck driver??? That makes no sense and now you re upset with the customer.Chris you say that, but apparently you did not share that information with your employee because he was rude and irate with me and told me to leave. Giving the lock to the tow truck driver and not putting it back in the vehicle is the issue! Had you done that, the lock would have remained with my car. I can do without the sarcasm. I'm sure you don't treat other customers in this manner. This conversation is over because you have proven you are not going to be accountable.

I was advised on when and why I should change my oil vs a vehicle with a larger engine. It was very good to know. This business I will recommend to my friends and family. Both times I ve been to the shop, once for a/c service and another for an oil change, Chris has been so helpful and super nice. I don t have to wait or even get out of my car. Just yesterday, Chris didn t even charge me for airing up my tires and then adding a can of leak-stop freon that I brought to the shop. Who does that? I support family owned businesses.. In & Out is one of them..I ve been going here for years. Chris, a family member is so professional and polite it s a pleasure to see him. Soo efficient, takes excellent care with my vehicles, something you do not get at any chain operation. The wait time is not long at all..I highly recommend In & Out . Went in For an oil change . Very friendly very Fast especially since I had my whole family in the van kids get cranky fast and that is a plus. It's only 50 dollars for an oil change ,especially with the special paper oil filter I have, and they also top off all fluids . Very courteous staff.
