Amazing work again. John, the on duty manager listened to my concerns and took initiative action right away to resolve my truck's issue. Sent my truck out to their specialist and the mechanical issues was corrected.Thanks again, John for the recovery of fixing my vehicle. Much appreciated & respect. Highly recommended .

Im new to Holiday & I recently had work done at this location. I m glad I found this shop, Honest & Trustworthy! I had the Water pump & serpentine belt replaced on my Hummer H2. Very please with service and turn around time. My car had to be jumped started by AAA. AAA wouldn't change the battery because when he did a dianostic it indicated I might need a new alternator. That day was a particular bad day for me. My husband had just been admitted to the hospital the night before. I had several loads of laundry that I had just done that night and in the morning my dryer was broken . So I loaded up the laundry to take to the laundromat and my cat because the groomer was only a few minutes from the laundromat. However, low and behold car did not start.When I got to Ice Cold Air, Jake had them do a diagnostic while I was there which only took about 15 mins. All I needed was a battery and advised to replace my serpentine belt. My SUV is almost 7 years old so I had that replaced as well. It was not my alternator. They gave me a ride home and said it would only take about 1-1/2 to 2 hours to get the repairs one. As promised they called me about 1-1/2 that the car was ready. My neighbor dropped me off and I was on the road again.Andrea G.

Have taken my 2003 Jeep there two times. The mechanics, and manager (who works very closely with staff to ensure correct diagnoses) are excellent. Both visits they diagnosed correctly 1st time. Here is a rarity for you, they do not charge for simple diagnosis (I'm sure there are cases where they must due to time required to diagnose.) Last two repair shops I went to charged over $100 to open the hood, with an agreement to credit if I did the repair. Having waited for my Jeep I overheard the manager interact with customers and he is excellent. They strive to do every job right the 1st time, but if they don't, from what I overheard, you can bet they'll make it right. Let's face it, all repair shops today are expensive, so why not go to one that is honest, and does quality work. They have earned my business at this location!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

For more than 3 years we have taken our vehicles to Ice Cold Air for everything from routine oil changes to major repairs. We have always been treated like family!Jake was our mechanic and now is the service manager. He continues to make sure everything is done right and communicates with us clearly throughout the process whatever it may be.He is a Jeep owner , like myself, so I am confident he knows his way around my 2013 Wrangler but my husbands 2022 Silverado gets great attention as well.ICA does their best to keep prices as low as possible in this crazy expensive world too but the greatest value they give is the peace of mind of knowing your vehicles are in great hands and that they tell you the truth.Thanks Jake you are doing a great job buddy!

Of all the places my husband called to get my AC looked at/fixed this was the only one who was able to take my car that day and have it done the next day! I'm currently pregnant and was dying in my car without AC in this Florida summer heat and these guys got my AC running ice cold and we are so grateful for that! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone I know who has trouble with their AC, they were really great with communicating what was going on with my car and how it was fixed and I even got a warranty on the work they did as well.

I took my semi tractor in for an issue I was having on the secondary unit. To my surprise, they were familiar with the park-smart APU. You can take any vehicle on the road to this place and they can fix it. Job well done!

Unfortunately we were duped by this company . My husband swore by them for several services with many of our vehicles while I questioned the amount of time, excuses and excessive costs not to mention that soon after we left the lot, there was a new issue for them to diagnose almost every time. Didn t sit right with me but I was cautiously supportive since he was so adamant. Throughout our time with them, we gave them thousands of dollars and went on for days on end with no updates or vehicles on numerous occasions. I just didn t trust them. Later, we brought one of our vehicles to them yet again for another repair . This time it was the AC compressor. They quoted us at nearly $3,000. I think they got very comfortable astronomically charging us with zero shame. There s so much more detail to all of these horror stories with them and their poor performance and ridiculous costs, lack of communication and time management . When we told them that that was out of our expected range this time, the mechanic made a call and changed the quote for $1000 less Like, how is that even possible? Sketchy. That s how you treat loyal customers???Anywho enough was enough . I went with my gut and we called around . We were quoted for the same exact job that was basically the same distance from our house for $2,000 LESS!!!! Shady, shady business. Beware! We ended up going with Evolve Autowerks. They were so pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and got right to it. Gave us a time to bring the car in. and an expected time of completion and DID JUST THAT. We are now using them moving forward. Side note my hubs brought my vehicle there just prior to this incident for an oil change he paid $80 for that again . HOW?!?! It s a Jeep Compass for crying out loud. I bring it to Pelican Car Wash in Palm Harbor for $15-20 less and they do a full detail for free . What a rip off but again, they took full advantage of my husband s loyalty to them. Ps-The person who changed my oil at Ice Cold never reset my oil change sensor so it began going off 1 week after I had it done at the shop and hasn t stopped sense. I absolutely refuse to bring it back there to have them finish the job correctly in fear that it may take days to do and that we will again have another issue once we leave. We will never go there again. BEWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS!!!

We took our car to Ice Cold Air for an ac check, and they were BEYOND helpful! They answered all of our questions and were very professional from beginning to finish. Jake and his team are by far the best there is. Howard is very knowledgeable and goes out of his trying to find the best solution for you. And I can't forget Sal! He is the technician who did the work on my car and let me say a job that should have taken quite a few hours only took him like 2 hours. We are so impressed with their work that anytime we need anything done in the future, we will be coming to see the guys at Ice Cold Air in New Port Richey. By far the best shop in Pasco!

I stopped in on Saturday, because my driver side window would go down but not up. I could not afford to spend too much money to get it fixed. The owner was wonderful and very understanding. He managed to get the window up, at no charge and provided me with the part number so that I can get it replaced. I cannot speak well enough of how awesome this place is. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have their car worked on.Service: Electrical repair

Take your car anywhere else. They will sell you a whole bunch of stuff you don t need I m almost $3000 in I bring it to another shop get it fixed for 85 bucks. Third or fourth time I dropped my car off there. They either have no idea what they re doing or they are purposefully ripping people off. Simple patch fixed my leak they wanted need to drop another $1200 on another part and I bet they still wouldn t of done the simple patch that was needed. Idk how these people sleep at night .

Would ve given them 5 stars for fixing my AC but it took them 4 days to fix it. But the worst part is they tore up the wheel well splash guards and didn t even try to fix them. Picked up car on way to Tallahassee and heard noise from front end. Had to temporarily tie one piece with a shoe lace and another was just sitting in the wheel well. Threw that one in the trunk. And to top it off, they didn t return the wheel lock key! Had to make another trip to their shop. Which wasn t close. Would not recommend.Service: Air conditioning

I brought my 2008 caddie in for a/c work in the middle of July! Not only did they get me in on a time period that fit my crazy work schedule. .. but my a/c now runs so cold... that we are in August with feels like temps of 110� daily.. that I often have to turn it down! Ty ty ty to the awesome guys at ice cold air!

We were very happy with our service we are from RI visiting Florida. The motor for our vent blew and are brakes were not in good condition. The were able to fix everything for us . They gave us a ride back to our campground and came back to get us when I car was ready. Everyone is very nice would recommend them to other people . I had a problem with my car my check engine light came on. They took it in told me it would be 99 to find out why. I agreed n waited knowing it was going to be $$$. The owner came out n told me the hose on my overflow tank was leaking. He said he called for the part n it was a NO CHARGE.ty to the owner for everything!

The new manager is very honest and friendly. He answered all of our questions and concerns about the work they did and even provided me with pictures of the damaged parts. Had to get my A/C recharged... Something eye could have done myself, but my A/C gauges were packed up still. Friendly and courteous, took about a hour to do, plus diagnosis a problem eye didn't know eye had. Plan on going back when eye get extra time to let them fix it.
